Loren Hotel&Suites

The hotel was very good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also really appreciated the hotel’s location. It is conveniently situated in a tourist area, which makes it a great choice for visitors. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel

The primary Sudanese receptionist was exceptional in his service and hospitality. He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay. All the staff were helpful and very kind. Clean rooms, nice balcony view and perfect location close to the river.

The supervisor, Mwafaq and the owner were good and friendly. If it weren't for them then the stay would not have been tolerable. The rooms' walls have a lot of mold that needs to be addressed. The overall and detailed cleanliness is lacking. We stayed for 5 days and did not receive the promised spare keys nor the safety box keys nor did the requested fixing in the room. At check-in, they did not find the second room's reservation with Hotel.com claiming that Hotel.com did not inform their agent - Expedia - of the booking and that all rooms were occupied and full. After waiting for close to half an hour they still were not able to find the booking but gave me the second room I had already paid for.

Very cute hotel and do friendly staff ...so clean and located in one of the best places in istanbul....the room do clean by a washing machine that is so helpful👌👌👌👌👍👍👍

Everything was great! A bit chilly, but could be heated with air conditioning. The handle of the washing machine was broken, they fixed it for us, but the machine still did not work. Cleaning on request, don't forget to leave the key at the reception if you need cleaning. Excellent value for money and quality! We'll definitely be back!
