Should have known to check the parking charge!! £15

Only complaint is that the website advertises a shuttle to the airport. There is NO shuttle. However, it's about a 5-7 min walk to the airport from the hotel.

The only thing that amazes me is that you do not provide transport to the airport. Also your dining room does not open early enough in the morning.

Great airport hotel looks to be fairly new. Hot food and drinks available in restaurant and the bar. Clean comfortable bedroom and quiet. Be aware parking on site is £15 per day.

Lift didn’t work. Hallways smelled terrible. Room was great though

Great spot to stay, nice and close to airport! Unfortunately no shuttle service to the airport but it is only a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute cab ride (approx. £10).

It was ok, nice and quiet hotel, comfortable beds, rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Parking charge is a rip off, Glasgow airport is a rip off for cars in general so shouldn’t be surprised. But don’t believe guests should have to pay to park, £15 a night it cost no matter how many nights you stay. I had to ask to move rooms as first room one of the beds could not be slept in and should probably be replaced but I was moved straight away and just down the hall so no issues. The pillows are mixed, I had a couple with feathers and couple not and when I asked them to remove and replace feather pillows they could not do this until next day, luckily my mum who is allergic to feathers was not staying with me the first night so not an issue but for an airport hotel to have no housekeeping or way to swap out pillows at half 6 at night is pretty poor. I personally did not eat in the restaurant, didn’t think downstairs smelt very good, very fishy smelling so I was put off but it didn’t seem to put others off so this is just my personal opinion. Another thing to mention, they have a sign up to reuse your towels and were to hang, I was happy enough to do this and hung my towel there but it was changed every day which I’m not sure the point of having sign if it’s ignored. I probably would stay again as was nice enough but they could improve in areas.

Excellent airport location, very clean and comfortable and helpful and friendly staff. Just a pity they now charge for car parking, which I think is a bit mean.

Bad enough that as a blue badge holder they charge you for parking. We could not get parked on the three disabled places. One car on a disabled bay never moved in the three days we were there. In fact getting parked at all is difficult, ad apparently people park there cars in the hotel car park then fly away on a trip. Result, hotel guests often cannot get parked. On first day we got the only remaining space. We also saw cars parked on the street because they could not get into the car park. They need a system whereby only a set amount of non guests can park in their car park.

Stay was good. Only problem I have is I got a parking fine for 100 pounds when I dropped my son off on the 4th of Jan, Sam Macdonald, room 103 marriot member no 195862077 and I stayed in the car perk for 15 minutes to make a phone call. I have made an appeal and would appreciate if you could also help me out here thankyou.

Gave us a different room than I reserved when we checked in. When I pulled the sheets back to go to sleep I noticed that the bed linens underneath were covered in hair and bodily fluids. Staff was very I accommodating, but eventually moved us to a different room at 1:00AM. New room had a permanent wet spot in the carpet outside the bathroom and smelled very bad. Parking was $18 a night even though the it said free on the website. Took 2 hours to get our dinner at the hotel restaurant. Had to go up to the bar multiple times to get our server to come back to our table. Window overlooked the main entrance to the airport and was very loud.

I had a very clean and comfortable room. Overall the hotel appeared very clean. Staff were all very friendly. Restaurant was busy and there were very few staff available to serve so it was a bit slow, but the food was great and the staff were still very friendly and helpful in spite of how busy they were, which was nice. The proximity to the airport is excellent. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Lovely clean room and very quiet

Property is not that old stayed in it when it was new and the condition of the rooms have greatly deteriorated. My room was dirty asked for chair to be taken out it was so dirty. Something was spilled all over the carpet and absolutely no attempt to clean it up had been made couldn't wait to get back out thankfully just for one night. Shame as it was nice first time i stayed.

Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Staff we met were polite and courteous.

Everything was perfect. Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice and bed was super comfy. Bathroom was spotless!✨

The sheets were stained the towels didn't look clean. It was a disabled room it just didn't suit us. The toilet was uncomfortable to use as we aren't disabled.

The staff were fantastic. My bathroom could have been cleaner... the shower floor had some mould and there was a ball of hair in the sink when I arrived. The bed was fine. The furnishings were lovely. I slept well and appreciated the quick walk to the airport. I would stay here again for an early morning flight.

Difficult to get to from terminal dragging luggage. Through parking garage then parking lot. Sidewalk surfaces not great for wheeling luggage. Hotel too many firedoors to go through getting to room. Room was ok, carpets had huge stains. Restaurant food was great but pricey. Service was terrible.So slow taking order and clearing table. Had to ask for plares to be removedwhen finished.

It's an airport hotel. Just wanted a quiet room near the airport for an early morning departure. Check in was easy, could not hear the jets and was able to catch some Zzs. Lots of partyers in the busy lobby restaurant but I could not hear them from my room. Shower stall had no door which I found a bit odd.

Very noisy for a good while just after 12 there what seemed like a coach full of Irish people talking loud and up and down the corridor they must of all been on same level unfortunately for a good hour not good when we were up at half 2 to go to airport

Lovely clean rooms however the beds were the worst hotel beds I have ever slept in, so uncomfortable.

Fairly expensive for what it is. Convenient location however let down by standards in comparison to other cheaper hotels - two joined single beds/mattresses advertised as a “King”

Big and comfortable room. We had two double beds in our room which was great for just two people. The pillows were not to my liking but they are usually a very personal comfort thing. Everything else was very good.

The hotel itself was lovely, couldn’t fault the room, staff etc. didn’t use the restaurant or bar so can’t comment on those. However the noise level was really bad. People in the hallway sounded as if they were in the room with you and you could hear conversations and noise from other rooms around, showers, tv, toilet flushing etc. didn’t have this issue at the holiday inn so I’d probably just stay there next time!

We were given a room with two double beds one of which was missing a leg. When we got into the bed our feet were in the air. On investigating we could see a leg was missing. After notifying staff we were told that no one was onsite to fix the problem. There was no broken leg under the bed so I am sure the staff were aware. Staff offered for us to move but it was already late and a huge inconvenience. Definitely would not stay here again.

Disappointing that there are no wall usb connections in the bedroom

Room was very clean and comfortable however the bed was very small for a double

Tub is unsafe with limited space for feet upon entering due to the slanted back of tub and curved sides…also no grab bars.

Staff were amazing as they were inundated with so many early check in requests due to Heathrow fire and so many passengers being re-routed!

There was a HUGE line at check in and only one staff person there trying to handle it. She needed help! Also, it was 7pm and she was still not sure which rooms had been cleaned. Once we were inn it was all perfect but when you are really tired after traveling, you don't want to wait in a long line.

We were booked to stay at Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow Airport. When we arrived they said they were overbooked and could not put us in a room - our booking was pre paid. They ended up moving us to an alternative hotel, which was further away from the airport so not ideal for our early flight. It was absolutely appalling.

Mark on reception was amazing, I had a little problem on my second night and he resolved everything quickly and efficiently. Large comfy bed. Spotless bathroom. The restaurant was fab good fresh food. Fantastic breakfast.

We arrived at 21:40 and asked if we were able to order food. We were told that the kitchen was closing and we would have to wait till 11pm till the next shift came on before we could order. We asked for the menu so we could decide what we wanted to be told “I don’t know the menu, I think you can get pizza, soup and stuff” I asked again if there was not a menu to be told to go to our room and look for one as the staff didn’t know. I asked another member of staff for a menu to be told there wasn’t any. In the whole restaurant. Even though people had been eating the food they had previously ordered before the kitchen shut. We sat and waited till 11pm to be able to order food, and when the gentleman came on shift at 11pm he seemed surprised that we hadn’t been able to order. I’m only sorry we never caught his name because he was the most efficient person who was there. He managed to find a menu straight away and told us what we could order from it. He also told us that he had to cook it too. Amongst all the other things he was trying to do he brought us a beautiful chicken pizza and an egg mayo sandwich. We eventually got to our room at 00:10, a full 2.5 hours after our arrival. Only the gentleman who came on shift at 23:00 seemed bothered about actually providing any form of hospitality, the staff finishing their shifts didn’t seem to care one way or another about providing any kind of service, merely suggesting we got a Deliveroo if we were hungry.

Great location to airport. Standard Marriott Hotel, with all expectations met, as usual. Super comfy bed. Room spacious and good bathroom facilities. Staff very customer focused and polite and friendly. 12noon book our was helpful as flight was in the early pm! Overall a great stay.

Great customer service in Bar and at reception.

The staff are the shining stars of this place, even arriving late and the restaurant was closed I was able to get food. The staff including reception and management were so accommodating that my family member had a service animal for her mental health. The bar staff were friendly and welcoming. This hotel is a shining star of a hotel and anyone reading this I absolutely recommend this place. Thank you so much for showing true hospitality

This was a great property because its like all the other Courtyards. No surprises from the building itself. They advertise everywhere that it is a 5 minute walk to the airport, but it is treacherous! You have to walk at least 10 minutes down muddy trials, over grass and worse yet in the busy street - there are no safe sidewalks or a shuttle. Dangerous!

This hotel was very conveniently located to Glasgow airport. It is just a 10 minute walk. The property was well maintained and clean.

The hotel was great, although saying walking distance from airport is a little misleading. Some sections there was no path and had to walk on grass via busy road to get there - not so easy with luggage!

Very convenient for Glasgow Airport. It was about a 6 minute walk along a clearly marked path. The room was clean, fresh and quiet. The shower room was very good too. We didn’t have breakfast but the evening meal was good. .

This hotel is very conveniently located if you have an early flight out of Glasgow Airport and would rather not deal with driving to the airport at stupid o'clock in the morning. The hotel is very clean with nice rooms and has a decent restaurant and bar. As a former very frequently traveller I was impressed. It is slightly lower priced than a couple of the other hotels that are a touch closer to the terminal building but for the extra 3 minutes walk it is worth the savings. The Terminals are easily walkable from this hotel.

Directions from airport would be good

It was great. Hotel was good. Unfortunately I put Courtyard Glasgow into Google and there are two of them.we ended up I. The wrong hotel and we’re told oh this often happens!!! Given the traffic it was a big deal to us!!

It was difficult to walk to the airport in the rain! A shuttle to the airport would have been nice.

The breakfast was absolutely terrible . The omelette ordered by me was the worst I have ever eaten . The overall hygiene in the restaurant, was quite poor for a hotel of this class .

We did not have breakfast. However we did have dinner which was a disaster. Waited fully an hour for our food to be served. Staff were apologetic and knocked a but off the bill but this did not make up for waiting an hour. Have spent many nights in the Marriot leeds anf always had first class waiting service.

Like the fact I can walk to the airport in a few minutes. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere. There was a long wait for food and the Restaraunt was cold. Food was tasty when it came but could have been warmer.

Expect for the VERY SLOW restaurant the place was perfect.

We stayed here before travelling up to my wedding. It was a perfect hotel to meet my family at the airport, once you do the walk once it is fairly easy to get to Glasgow International. The breakfast was great and evening restaurant does amazing food, and the staff were the best. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast serving area cramped, poor selection. While having evening meal the barmaid was sneezing, blowing her nose , rubbbing her nose with her hands then pouring drinks without cleaning her hands. We had to sanitize our drinks glasses before drinking from them.

Room was pleasant enough but wouldn’t use the restaurant again, had to ask twice for my drink to be served , they forgot my food order and asked me several times if I’d received it…

comfortable room, great space, nice amenities, dinner choices very good, breakfast buffet was exceptional

I checked in at 10.30 pm due to cancellation of flight. I got the room at ground floor. Room was good with all facilities mentioned in the website. My only negative experience was I booked buffet breakfast to have good breakfast before starting for the flight. It was only one muffin, coffee and some cut fruits. It should have some more options for the early leaving customers as they are paying full price.
