This is our favorite hotel to stay at when we’re passing to Arizona. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. The folks at the desk are very friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I have is the pool. The chlorine smell is extremely strong.

We stayed for a baseball tournament, and the room was great along with everything. The only exception was the indoor pool and area seemed like it had too much clorine because it was strong smelling when we walked inside the pool area. Then after swimming for about 10 minutes the kids started coughing so we got them out and went back to the room and their coughing quit.

I was in the elevator with my 10 and 8 year old kids when we got stuck in the elevator for 30+ minutes! We tried pressing the alarm but it was so loud and stressful! We called the emergency phone in the elevator and they wouldn’t answer until maybe the 15th time. We also tried calling the front desk and were immediately placed on hold. The staff was apologetic and they brought our kids snacks but they never offered to compensate our stay or offer a discount. I won’t stay again.

Check in was at three. I arrived at four-fifteen and they were still cleaning it. Only to come back and find that the bathroom was not adequately clean nor was the carpet vacuumed. I found cereal in between the table and the beds.

The hotel was nice. Room and shower were not the cleanest? Water in tub dripped constantly causing ahower curtain and tub to have stain/ mold. During checkin was given a room that was not cleaned yet!

Always check your bedding! Coming from a 7 year hotel supervisor,This place was no exception! , sheets had hair and food on the pillow cases , the pull out couch - bed had black mold , was transfered to two other rooms , same issue.. hair and mold.. down to the pull out bed....the hot tub was the best thing at this place , except black mold ...they will need to empty the tub and run some muriatic acid to clean it out. I didn't have a choose for refund which was an option based on what the owner told me the next day... , only option was another room from the front desk..one man operation at night, after a 14 hour drive I was tired , asked for extra extra sheets and sleep over the gunk

I usually love this property but me and my baby needed a quick place to stay and the first night, we got sick! After about 2 nights I noticed athletes foot on myself and the baby(this is the only hotel I trusted to walk without shoes in because it was always been the cleanest). The worst thing was the nails holding the carpet in kept stabbing us in the foot and it blended in so well that we couldnt even mark it with tape for the baby. I've never had an experience like this and I hope I never will again!

The hotel room is a great setup, the TV didnt work, coulsnt connect it to the apps it has Netflix and on demand ans it wouldnt load because the internet would not connect. When I called the front desk we were told someone would come help fix the issue. One hour later, nobody came up and when I called the lady at the front desk said nobody was there and she couldnt help or come up and that was that.

The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and nice. We went to our room and it wasn’t ready yet . I called the desk and he brought us keys to a different room and helped us with our cart. Very comfortable bed, and a seating area in the room.

Got to the hotel at 230. Asked if we could check in. We got checked in but had to wait about 30 minutes for the room. Get to the room and it is the wrong room! Go back downstairs and we are told they will fix it and after an hour we are give the keys to the right room. We get to the room and it is dirty. By this time it is 415 and my daughter is to get married at 530. The only person at the hotel that was kind and tried to make it up was the cleaning lady she was so accommodating and the desk staff apologized but no incentive to attempt to make it better was given! Very disappointing experience!!!!

Did not get the best customer service when checking in, had to wait 10 min for front desk girl to get off a personal call with her grandchildren. I only know this because she told me why she was on the phone. When checking out I was not notified of additional charges, I discovered this a few days later and called to verify. Dustin or Dunkin was verifying the charges then got rude and snarky as he mentioned that Expedia should have said this in your booking. I was placed on the 3rd floor with two senior pets when I booked the room 1 1/2 months in advance requesting a pet friendly room and was ensured my arrangements were booked. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and had to navigate 2 pets across the hotel 3 floors up to use the restroom etc.. This is our second time staying here and booked it specifically because we enjoyed our stay and it being accommodating for our pets but it will definitely be our last. $600 for 3 nights to get get treated like this is not what we signed up for.

Staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed for four nights and found this to be a great place and central location. our only complaint was construction going on next-door that blocked the entrance at times and was noisy during the day. I am certain this will be a temporary situation.

Check in was great very nice lady. Room was nice except for the bed cover had a stain which looked like blood we didn’t notice until the morning. Breakfast was not great not enough food, the lady picked up the hot pans before we could even get anything and closed the whole breakfast room before 9 am. Breakfast should be at least until 10:00 am. She seemed like the guest bothered her. She wanted to clean up too fast.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The elevator broke but one still worked. The toilet was way too low and, of course, the obnoxious window AC was there. Breakfast was terrible, but rarely do breakfasts w toork these days.. However, it was reasonable, clean, and comfortable otherwise. Worth staying in for a few nights.
