Il ya ecrit parking avec l'hotel mes arriver sur place rue barrer et aucun parking compri avec l'hotel aucune place dans les rue j'ai du tourner pendan plus 1h pour ne rien trouver heureusement le mr de l'hotel ma donner une astuce ou me garer sejour gacher pas pu visiter se qui etait prevu du a la perte de temp a chercher ou me garer de plus lit d'apoint et un lit pliable de camping pas confortable pour la 3 eme personne

That hotel not have any ventilation, asked the staff,and he said can open the window, but the key kept in manager,but he already off shift,the staff said can ask on morning when manager come, we just can stayed in the chair outside of the room and can't sleep whole night. And the hotel opened the main door whole night,and side door the lock was broken, not had any staff after 23:00 , that's mean not had any secure and unsafe. And I highly not recommend stay in the hotel without parking, because we parked on the street outside of the hotel,and we back at 07:00, and saw two man trying to open our car's door. We shouting and the man said just want to looking our car and leave our car,we check our car,already had some scratch and the rubber were broken.

No hay parking !!!!! La recepionista no sabe que hacer !! al prencipio mi han dado 2 habitaciones una en la 1 planta y la 2 en la quinta. despuis de esperar (UN RATO)qui llaraga el otro recepionista Y dialogar con el, nos ha dado 2 habitaciones una allado de otra pero con 47€ de mas. el desayuno cuesta 9€ por persona. se pagas mas de 70€ por habitacion es que es caro !!! MALA EXPERENCIA

El personal nos ha atendido bien en su mayoría pero no hay aire acondicionado, ni nevera, solo había una toalla, no hay vasos el wi-fi flojo se iba y venía y la puerta no cerraba bien. EL personal muy amable pero en mi opinión faltan servicios...Arriba hay una terraza muy maja para tomar el aire o fumar y está cerca de la grand place unos 15 o 20 min andando.

El personal nos ha atendido bien en su mayoría pero no hay aire acondicionado, ni nevera, solo había una toalla, no hay vasos el wi-fi flojo se iba y venía y la puerta no cerraba bien. EL personal muy amable pero en mi opinión faltan servicios...Arriba hay una terraza muy maja para tomar el aire o fumar y está cerca de la grand place unos 15 o 20 min andando.

Très bon hôtel, bien située a proximité du centre historique. Très très bon accueil, la personne qui c'est occupé de nous a l'accueil était très gentil, qualifié et de très bons conseils... très pro. Le quartier on ne peut pas en dire autant... difficile de trouver un stationnement et quand on s'éloigne de plus de 200m ça craint un peu.

Rien a dire sur la propreté de l'hôtel, mais j'ai été déçu par le petit déjeuner, la dernière fois que je suis venue il y a 3 mois le petit déjeuner était plus généreux plus de choix, cette fois ci lait froid (je ne bois pas de café)pas de chocolat en poudre, déçu, là juste le strict minimum. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de parking mais dans l'ensemble ça à été

We didnt feel very safe staying here. On one of the days the cleaner left our door unlocked! We\'d been gone for 7hrs! Luckily nothing was taken. They give you a key card for the door for after hours but the door was open so late we never used it. The side door to all the rooms was also open. The area didnt feel very safe with weird men at night and we didnt like that the door was left open and anyone could have walked in. The room was clean and staff friendly enough but we wouldnt stay here again. Oh also says you can check in at 2pm. We got there at 2pm and he wouldnt check us in until 2.55pm and said "its between 2pm and 3pm. So maybe they need to update the website.

Netter Service und großes Zimmer, jedoch war die Sauberkeit mangelhaft. Vor allem die Sanitärbereiche, im Kühlschrank stand noch altes Essen, das Fenster wurde ewig nicht gesäubert und der Ausblick aufs Vordach war voll mit Müllsäcken. Parken auf dem umliegenden Straßen gegen Gebühr möglich.

La struttura è un pò fatiscente, il letto matrimoniale comodo, la brandina aggiunta altamente scomoda,mancando un supporto il materasso da parte della testa scendeva verso il basso. Assolutamente i cuscini da cambiare. Il primo giorno gli asciugamani erano macchiati.

L'accueil est sympathique la chambre par contre pas propre du tout,trace de doigts sur la porte de salle de bain,beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles et dans le tiroir et une chambre qui ressemble a une prison,cher et pas vraiment digne d'un 3 étoiles,petit dejeuner pas grand chose au buffet avec machine a café en panne

Bed was comfy, room was big. It was easy to get to. Unfortunately, that's where the good parts end. It was not sound proof as advertised. Loud horns continously beaping, cars and bike revving, people shouting, fireworks etc from 10pm on Sunday for 2 straight hours. I have no idea why. The hotel said it was football celebrations but this seems excessive. Brussells is the noisiest city I've ever been too, it beats New York Also the sounds of other guests in the hotel, banging, and the corridor lights going on and off (the gap around door meant that the whole room lit up) stopped us sleeping. There is also a thermostat, for controlling the heating that did not work so the room was far too hot our entire 3 night stay. And a green light from the thermostat was so bright we had to stick something over it. The pillows were terrible, and no kettle.

The place had no AC. The room had a very small window with not much light. The walls were from concrete. No wall cover such as plaster, paint or wall paper. The neighborhood was sketchy. No underground parking close by.

Walls in the room was horrifying. They were unpainted, you literally feel like you are in prison. Additionally, there is only a small fan to cool the room which is obviously not enough. Area of the hotel is not good even tho its location is almost great, interesting experience

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt schlecht: Der Kühlschrank ging nicht. Die Umgebung war sehr unsicher für Frauen. Das Frühstück hatte sehr wenig Auswahl. Wenn man mit dem WLAN nicht mehr verbunden war, musste man sich immer wieder neu mit Anmeldedaten anmelden. Nach 2 Tagen haben sich die Anmeldedaten geändert, ohne uns zu informieren. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war niedrig. Positiv war das große und bequeme Bett. Das Zimmer und das Bad hatten eine große Fläche. Bis zum Zentrum waren es ca. 10min zu Fuß (als Frau war es unter den ganzen Männerblicken und Sprüchen aber sehr lange 10min). Weiterempfehlen würde ich es nicht.

People at the reception were consistently lovely and spoke excellent English. Good location, close to lots of food places. Only complaint was that the shower water was cold but I'm sure they would've fixed it if we asked - we just didn't bother because we were only there for 2 nights.

Accueil agréable, mais l'hôtesse avait omis de nous demander si on voulait prendre le petit-déjeuner, du coup le lendemain matin, plus possible. Pas d'eau chaude, donc pas de douche!!!! Et personne qui répondait à l'accueil.

And I highly not recommend stay in the hotel without parking, because we parked on the street outside of the hotel,and we back at 07:00, and saw two man trying to open our car's door. We shouting and the man said just want to looking our car and leave our car,we check our car,already had some scratch and the rubber were broken.

Booked a room for 3 people, the extra bed was defective so the third person had to basically sleep on the floor. Did not receive any compensation for that, which would be nice. We asked for an additional hour to check out (12 pm instead od 11 am), and the staff was not really helpful, this would be a great compensation for sleeping on a defective extra bed so very poor service. It is indicated on expedia that there is parking nearby which is not the case so beware of this if you are in need of parking.

We didnt feel very safe staying here. On one of the days the cleaner left our door unlocked! We\'d been gone for 7hrs! Luckily nothing was taken. They give you a key card for the door for after hours but the door was open so late we never used it. The side door to all the rooms was also open. The area didnt feel very safe with weird men at night and we didnt like that the door was left open and anyone could have walked in. The room was clean and staff friendly enough but we wouldnt stay here again. Oh also says you can check in at 2pm. We got there at 2pm and he wouldnt check us in until 2.55pm and said "its between 2pm and 3pm. So maybe they need to update the website.

Très bon hôtel, bien située a proximité du centre historique. Très très bon accueil, la personne qui c'est occupé de nous a l'accueil était très gentil, qualifié et de très bons conseils... très pro. Le quartier on ne peut pas en dire autant... difficile de trouver un stationnement et quand on s'éloigne de plus de 200m ça craint un peu.

De buurt waar het hotel aan ligt is nogal een slechte buurt. Parkeergelegenheid is slecht. De temperatuur in de kamer is erg warm en daar is weinig aan te doen, geen airco. Eetzaal is niet meer in gebruik, we moesten beneden in de lobby ontbijten. Het ontbijt was ook heel erg karig. Al met al geen aanrader.

Einfach ausgestattet aber sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind ungewöhnlich in "Rohbauoptik" mit viel nacktem Beton. Interessantes Design. Frühstücksbuffet in der Lobby, Banket Style. DAS Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer bemüht. Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig an Tram und Bus oder zu Fuss sind es 20min zum groote Markt. Das Viertel um das Hotel herum ist nicht schön und unsauber, hat aber spannende Ecken.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt schlecht: Der Kühlschrank ging nicht. Die Umgebung war sehr unsicher für Frauen. Das Frühstück hatte sehr wenig Auswahl. Wenn man mit dem WLAN nicht mehr verbunden war, musste man sich immer wieder neu mit Anmeldedaten anmelden. Nach 2 Tagen haben sich die Anmeldedaten geändert, ohne uns zu informieren. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war niedrig. Positiv war das große und bequeme Bett. Das Zimmer und das Bad hatten eine große Fläche. Bis zum Zentrum waren es ca. 10min zu Fuß (als Frau war es unter den ganzen Männerblicken und Sprüchen aber sehr lange 10min). Weiterempfehlen würde ich es nicht.

Nous avions pris une chambre standard et on aurait clairement dit une prison. Les murs de la chambre sont en béton (non peint par dessus) aucune décoration rien. Même pas un lustre pour cacher l’ampoule. Nous étions de passage qu’une petite nuit donc ça va mais plusieurs jours aurait été compliqué. La literie était tout de même confortable et la douche plutôt grande. Le petit déjeuner cher pour le peu de choix.

Das Hotel ist vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis gerade noch ok. Wir waren an einem sehr heißen Tag da die Fenster kann man leider nicht komplett öffnen. Der Kühlschrank war zwar an hat allerdings nicht gekühlt. Ich habe das Konzept des Hotels zwar verstanden, allerdings ist eine Buchung bei höheren Temperaturen gerade für alte Menschen nicht zu empfehlen bzw. gefährlich. Sonst kann man sich eigentlich nicht beschweren. Nah am Zentrum und eine schöne Terrasse mit Ausblick. Das Personal war freundlich und es gab keine Problem mit dem Check in.

We stayed here for a three nights. Room was clean on arrival. One overhead LED bulb was out. One bedside lamp did not work. Informed the staff the first night and was told they would address it with the management. It was never repaired. The shower overflowed the next morning when we turned it on at full pressure. We used our towels to mop up the mess and informed the staff. Shower at 1/2 pressure is required to not overflow the very small lip at the base of the shower door. Thankfully they replaced our towels that day. Two small body towels and two hand towels; no wash cloths provided. Windows only open from the top so it stayed pretty warm in the room even though it was much cooler outside. A small fan is provided so we slept comfortably. We did not partake of any amenities or food so I’m not sure what is provided. Property is a very short walk from public transportation. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful in finding a nice place to visit for a late dinner when we arrived. Overall a pleasant stay for the price. I would stay there again, only if traveling on a budget, but recommend the management address issues in a more timely manner (lights).
