Overall, it was a great experience. The property especially near the swimming pool needs to be cleaner. I found a chipped nail there. The kitchen was great but it would help if a kettle was added. The room was quiet and comfortable. The hot tub and pool hours for the hotel was very short and we couldn’t make it most days as it shut down at 7 pm. The hot tub needs to be open after hours. The waterpark had lifeguards everywhere which was great. The property had scenic views and opportunities to walk. We loved the cleanliness of the property and helpful nature of the staff.

Property was clean. The pool closed at 8:00pm and opened 12:00pm the next day. Check out is 11:00am. So if your planning on looking for a pool do not stay here it has limited hours. Waterpark is an additional charge. Resort was nice but plan on spending some money$$$. Everything is extra. Check your card statement because the resort charged for the room that was already paid through expedia. Had to call 2 weeks later for the extra charge.

We were so excited to visit the lodge. Until we got there. Let’s start off with… The water park opens at 4pm!!! I booked it for my kids!!! Are you kidding me? Next, the restaurant was closed 2.5 of our 3.5 day stay. If you don’t know-it’s the ONLY restaurant on the property which is located in the middle of nowhere! We showed up to the bar to order from the limited menu but they were 5 minutes from shutting down , and the cook had left! It was 8:55pm on vacation. Then, the lady told us they open back up at 10p for a couple hours but guess what? That late night menu has like 6 gross things on it. The next day we booked a spa appointment online. Then, when we showed up, they told us that they didn’t know anybody scheduled anything and so they sent everyone home!! To top it off we drive to Cortland. They literally close all the restaurants at 9pm! We barely made it in into a pizza place that closed at 10p for them to tell us that most of the menu is not available because it’s in the freezer. They are stuck in 2020 and refuse to change. The only good thing about the trip was some hiking in Ithaca. The city of Skaneateles was so cute but FULL of pride flags. No thank you. It felt gross there. Especially to see a Pride flag in front of an Episcopal Church. I thank God we live in the beautiful state of Florida. This entire area does not suffer from working too hard or wanting to rank highly on customer service. They should put a sign out that says “tourists don’t come.”

We loved this place! We were a group of 8 people- 2 families. 5 adults two kids and one infant. The water park was small but so fun. No lines at all for the slides. The arcade was fun for the kids and we loved our room- the River Rock Suite. The first night we had dinner at the restaurant and had great service and the food was good. Service was great overall. We will definitely return!

Overall, not a bad place. The rooms are a little dated and could use maybe a remodel. The waterpark is not very big, but it is quite fun. Great slides, nice wave pool and the outdoor pool with indoor access is a nice touch, though I wish it was a tad warmer. Great indoor/outdoor hot tub! Room had a decent dishwasher, coffee maker and refrigerator. The Murphy bed was actually pretty comfortable. So, all in all a nice place.

Even though it was currently being renovated - it did not impact our stay. Rooms were remarkable clean. Dinner was amazing on site in Carvers steakhouse. Really enjoyed the hot tub/heated pool that is accessible inside and goes outdoors. Lovely in the moonlight.

Free parking right beside the hotel was a great start. Super clean and organized hotel with amazing waterpark easily accessible from the hotel. They were accommodating and called me when room was ready for early checkin. Staff was extra polite and courteous, 10/10 would recommend.

More of a party scene where young adults are shotgunning beer in the lobby, teens run through the halls banging on doors late at night, and drunken conversations and cackling happen late into the night. While the hotel should technically be family friendly with all the amenities they offer for families, it's not a place to rest or relax at night. The kids got so stressed that we left a night early. The beds are also very scratchy and hard, and many things in the rooms are broken or worn out. Won't be going back.

The only thing we did not like was the noise of people partying across our room. It interrupted our sleep a lot. It went on until 4:30 am. We finally had to go downstairs to complain. After that we could sleep though the morning ours.

I wish I had been told in advance that there was construction going on , the letter in my room after I drove 5 hours didn’t help. . The windows of my room were wrapped in plastic the one full day I was there. Room service never came even though we left out the sign on the door. The steak house ended up being closed, nice if I knew that in advance too. I picked the wrong time to go, there was a group they took over the fire pit area and my daughter and I could not use the area to melt the smoores being offered. Starbucks looses nice, Murphy beds needs help, falling apart. We found a nice golf spot, Elm Tree, liked it better than Willowbrook set up. I usually do not so reviews, the place is clean, we picked the wrong few days to go

The property and our suite were really nice. The staff isn’t the friendliest. They seemed bothered by the guests. I also left 2 messages prior to checking in and didn’t receive a call back. No one answers the front desk phone. The property though is beautiful, Carvers was fantastic and the rooms are clean. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I loved our summer visit. The property has lots of activities. We went for a hike in the morning and the waterpark in the afternoon and my kids had the best time. We will definitely be back. Also one of our kids has many food allergies and we went to multiple dining options on property and everyone was kind and very accommodating.

We went to Trax after asking the front desk for directions and they were closed. Strange that the front desk failed to mention anything about them not being open when they shared the directions. The pool closed quite early so we were not able to access during our stay.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. It is generally quiet, priced well, has a very good restaurant and bar area. It has a very nice outdoor area with a fireplace and ample seating. An overall excellent stay.
