Amazing stay from beginning to end! This beautiful hotel is very well located; close to Old Town restaurants yet easy to come & go (and to park). It has all the amenities: pool, restaurants/bars (including the beautiful rooftop space on 5), and a full service spa. We really enjoyed the Sawmill food hall across the street too. The employees are friendly and very helpful, keeping hotel clean and nice. We will definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Excellent service from a team of friendly professionals. All we met with made up feel welcome and offered relaxed, yet attentive service that was spot on. The gym is spacious, well equipped and has a ton of natural light. The pool & hot tub area are also excellent. Superb 5th floor restaurant with exceptional food and cocktails. Sunset views from the rooftop restaurant and lounge area should not be missed!

The property was beautiful. A bit disappointed to learn that the pool and hot tub were closed for servicing (without any notice). The gym was nice but lots of little things like 2 of the 5 treadmills didn’t work. Disappointed to pay a resort fee of $140 which paid for pool/hot tub (closed), gym (had to wait for treadmills), valet (didn’t use once as we were able to park right in front without a problem) and bottled water. That was some expensive water! Would have been nice if they offered to give a discount on the resort fee without pool/hot tub amenities.

Needed to book a hotel on short notice and was completely unfamiliar with the area. I was happy we landed at Hotel Chaco. Beautiful grounds & room, friendly staff, and great walkable location to Old Town and Sawmill Market. My only critique is that the pool needed to be swept of debris. An attendant was at the pool but did not clean it and it very obviously needed it.

The room was beautiful. The monochromatic light wood was relaxing. The bath was very nice, lots of towels and comfy robes. There was a nice pool, hot tub and fitness center. The front desk was very welcoming. The lobby was unique and beautiful. We enjoyed dining on the rooftop with a beautiful sunset and views of the city.

Overall, I liked the hotel. Very nicely decorated and convenient location. Has a nice modern feel. Rooftop patio and drinks are amazing. Attention to detail in the room was a bit of a concern. Nearly cut my lip on a very jagged edge of a glass left in the bathroom and the sound insulation between rooms was substandard which was disappointing as the bed was very comfy. Spa services and massage was nice but sauna didn’t work after treatment which was frustrating. Front desk staff were very helpful at every interaction so that was a plus and they did what they could to accommodate.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was not only beautiful and peaceful, but also incredibly clean and honestly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in (and I’ve stayed in a lot of nice ones). The attention to detail in the cleaning and the little thoughtful touches in our room really stood out. Plus, the location is super convenient and close to so many things and just a short drive from the airport. Parking was a bit strange but they made up for it with valet.

You expect to get what you pay for. Unfortunately that’s not always the case. For example, the room in this ‘premium’ hotel had been poorly serviced. In itself this may not be a big deal, but then we pulled back the sheets and discovered that the sheets clearly had not been changed. The staff tried to make it better, which meant repacking and hauling everything I had just brought to another room. I was very late and after a very long day of driving, all I could do was cry.

Check in staff was amazing. Really relaxed hotel environment. My room was somewhat clean. The bathroom was dirty (toilet area) lh side and the shower smelled. Water didn’t run out of the faucets (buildup). Paying over $150 a night I’d expect a clean stay with working facilities. No spot for parking (construction) and weird guests from the area walking through and in the hotel area. Last time I will ever boo with this hotel. I really didn’t like that they don’t have security by the elevators for the key scanning, during my stay a lot of people were jumping onto the elevators without it at the pool area.

The Hotel was very nice. The gym was fantastic as well as the outdoor area. Easy walking distance to Old Town, the Sawmill eatery, and museums. The only complaint is the lack of privacy in the bathroom. There is a see-through window in the shower area to the rest of the room. You can see everything even from the toilet area. This seems to be trendy in newer, more modern hotels, and I wish it were not. I prefer privacy when in the restroom.

A beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. The decorations reflect local culture, including a commission of Navajo rugs. The bed was super comfortable, I rarely have such good sleep in a hotel. The window opens to a small balcony. It was nice to have fresh air, although the highway is very close by and loud. Beware that there is a non-optional resort fee, and that you will be charged tax on it. Also, the pool/hot tub have longer hours than the spa. This was confusing to me, so I missed out on using the hot tub.

When we arrived at 5 pm, the front desk said our room was ready but needed a manager to “Sign off” on the room cleaning. Check in starts at 4 pm. Then the room key did not work the elevator or room. On our 3rd day, by 6pm the room had not yet been cleaned. We called the front desk again at 8:30 pm as it still was not done. We needed a light cleaning and some fresh towels. We left the room and it was done by 9:30pm. The shower head had so much calcium build up that it was barely shooting out water. The view of the pool was nice and the pool was a nice environment. It was not heated it seems. 70 degree water isn’t ideal I feel but that is just me.

My girl wanted to leave after a long time after we ordered. Seemed the server forgot us we both had one beverage. I told the supervisor we were leaving and provided him our room number. Then was suprised that same supervisor ran to the elevator stopped us from going to our room. Called security. We were never served our food this was all over 2 beverages, that i thought would have been billed to my room. The staff apologized but this one employee ruined my stay. $485 dollar room and a scene was made over a dr pepper and a modelo....i think that supervisor didn't believe i was a guest. A real bigot.

I had a truly exceptional stay at Hotel Chaco! From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and valued. Staff was incredibly nice but the place just doesn’t function well. Guidance and direction from staff, though courteous, was often inconsistent or incorrect. For example, yes, there’s pool service - but there wasn’t. This happened so frequently that we became quite frustrated. Hard to order room service. Bar closes at 9 pm. Restaurant way overpriced ($55 for a small piece of salmon). Bottom line, this was our third stay here but we probably won’t come back.

The hotel is beautiful very pricey and got no extras except coffee. Upon check in the receptions could not answer any questions told us to the hotel next door. We did see when we were leaving that the hotel had some events set up we could had attended. The room was not serviced while we were there got back to our room and had to call down front desk to ask for towels no I am sorry your room did not get sevicee. .

Hotel Chaco was beautiful and the employees were all extremely friendly and helpful. I loved that they would periodically text us to see if there was anything we needed. Great location across the street from Sawmill Market. The only thing I did not like or expect was the $100 amenity fee we were charged. We did not use the fitness room or valet. I though that should have been an option since the rooms are already very pricey. Still, a great hotel, and would probably stay there again.

The hotel is a beautiful property with well curated designs in common spaces. The room was very large and provided for every need. Great robes. It was also very quiet. Easy walk to the historic Old Town area. The rooftop restaurant service was excellent, as were the meals and beverages. Multiple other dining options across the street as well.

We enjoyed our night at the hotel and our room was lovely and quiet facing the courtyard. Street construction was underway on the front side of property so we were glad we didn't hear that. Enjoyed trying several of the restaurants across the street at the food hall adjacent to the hotel.

We loved this property! Very cute and clean with Southwest vibes. Large rooms and Sawmill Market was right across the street. Good workout facility. Parking was close by and it is walkable to Old Town. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Hotel was great and front desk amazing. Our room had no toiletries. Floor and our room had a sewer smell. Staff was great at getting us a restaurant reservation. At the restaurant service was horrible. Staff extremely inattentive. No table setting no silverware no service. Had to ask for everything. Would expect so much more for such as pricey place. Never eat there again.

Loved the unique history/New Mexico style and design of the Hotel Chaco. Dining was exceptional (Level 5 Restaurant was very appealing and so tasty, the view is unbelievable!), the availability of breakfast dining was just limited to "room service" that was excellent.

We have stayed at Hotel Chaco many times in the past. The last three times we have been there the automatic lighting when you get out of bed at night did not work. The first of those times we didn't say anything. The second time we had maintenance come to our room while we were there to fix it. The repair took a long time. This most recent time we had maintenance come to our room while we were at dinner. We saw that someone had come to our room because the step out towel in the bathroom had been moved from where we had placed it. They came to our room but did not fix the problem. We had to call again and have maintenance come back up while we were there to finally get the problem fixed. To our surprise, all he had to do was plug in the lighting under the sink that someone had pulled out. The maids should verify that the automatic lighting under the sink works every time they clean the room and report it so maintenance can fix it. We have dined at Level V on more than one occasion and were very disappointed on this visit. The service was very poor. The restaurant was not busy but after we were seated no one came to our table while people who were seated after us were being waited on. We tried to get the attention of servers but no one came over. Finally, after being ignored for at least 15 minutes someone finally came over. The music was too loud and was not turned down after we asked for the volume to be lowered. No bread and no soup of the day!

This was excellent. The one thing that was disappointing is that there was no room I. The restaurant even though we were hotel guests. We checked in after a long drive from Colorado and went to the restaurant for dinner. They were ultimately able to accommodate us at the bar but they were unable to seat us I. The restaurant
