The swimming pool and hot tub and waterslide were excellent for our grandkids of 6 yrs and 4 yrs. Nice suite excellent cooking facilities and BBQ on balcony. Nice place to stay for the price.

We’ve stayed here a number of times and this is the first time we didn’t have as good of a time. The room was nice however the king bed was so uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced - the mattress felt like it was caving in and both of our backs hurt each morning. We were travelling with a baby and the coffee table was glass and low and so he’d climb on it so we had to move it. The TV in the main room didn’t work properly so we swapped it out with the one from the bedroom. The pans in the kitchen were very old or just used a lot and should be replaced as it was difficult to cook on them. The good parts were the pool/hot tub was nice but the showers at the pool didn’t work on third day we were there. The staff were friendly.

Sehr großes und sauberes Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung (z. B. Waschmaschine, Trockner inkl. Waschmittel, Spülmaschine inkl Tabs vorhanden, sehr bequemes Bett, Balkon, gute Parkmöglichkeiten) Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zentrum von Canmore ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Fitnessbereich ist in Ordnung. Wenn wir etwas Negatives anmerken müssten, wären das fehlende Fliegengitter an der Balkontür. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Garbage would never stay again. The pool was closed and i never got a notice and they forced me to stay and not refund me. Honestly wasnt even that clean and wasnt very nice. Never coming back. Do not recommend

It's a condo style property, not a hotel. Would be great for families bc it's roomy, but property could use some updates. Pillows were lumpy, and obviously years and years old. Towels were worn and rough. My bath towel had a light stain. Front desk was only open till 11pm. You need (different) codes for every door- kind of a hassle. It's a place to stay if you're on a budget with more than 2 people. Otherwise, go to a nicer hotel.

Excellent location in Canmore, walkable to hiking trails, restaurants and shops, and easy access to highway and public transit. Check in was easy with friendly staff. The suite was clean and contained all necessary kitchen items. The only small negative was that the sheets on one of the beds had a couple holes and some old stains, but they were clean. It was not a big enough issue for us to bring to the attention of staff. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a super nice property to stay at! The views were amazing and the room was beautiful and felt like home. The pool was amazing and like that the parking was underground with easy access. However..the room was extremely hot. Even with the air conditioner on, the master bedroom had no openable windows .or ceiling fan. Although it had a patio door, there was no screen to be able to leave it open. The bed was noisy with any type of movement. Overall a good stay and the staff was amazing and very kind

We stayed in a 2 bedroom standard condo, which was very spacious and had every amenity you'd need for a stay including in-suite laundry facilities. The only complaint we had was the paper thin walls & ceilings, and the lack of blackout curtains (the sun rises very early!). Would recommend and would stay again!

The apartment was well stocked, they kept supplies for washer dryer and dishwasher. The utensils were very clean. The location is amazing, you can see the mountains in the backdrop and all around. The parking is fully secured with closed doors and gate code. And all the attractions of Banff are less than an hour and half away at the most. All-in-all, I would recommend this property to anyone in a heart beat. The front desk people are very courteous and very friendly.

The place itself was nice and a great location. We were on the 3rd floor for 5 nights. The people above us stomped at all hours of the night. By the end of our stay, we realized they are staff who live up there. You’d think they would be more aware of how loudly they stomp around with guests below, but nope. It was not a restful stay. I notified management in an email and got no response.

Front desk should have properly explained the parking arrangement as I end up in different property parking and then to different property with the same room number..also, if you dont take the right elevator, you also end up on 3rd floor but in different area but can't go to my unit #. Front desk should explain this properly as that was the.main reason for lower score

The staff at the front desk are phenomenal and friendly. Pool is close and clean. Local restaurants offer discounts and we had several enjoyable meals. We actually stayed here twice as we changed travel plans to avoid jasper since the wildfires. Room we had the first time was smaller, one bedroom and cozy. The room we had the second time had two bedrooms and beautiful.

The property was okay. The toilet was broken as it continuously ran and the blinds had chunks out of them so the sun shined through and provided little privacy in the bedroom. When I mentioned both issues to the staff they said “oh”.

First of all we got there around noon the lady at the front desk was rude and we were the only customer there we asked if our room was ready she said no and we asked her questions and she kept telling us that she will explain it later, she was just rude that's all, we travel a lot and wherever we get early we get a nice welcome and if the room is not ready they will asked us if we wanted to stay and wait for our room to be ready or use the amenities or put our lagguage in the locker if they have one. But anyways we left and did our excursion and we came back finally a different lady working in the front desk she's very nice and more professional even though she had a line in front of us. The place is awesome everything in our room was detailed and brand new, and the locations perfect! We will definitely coming back and stay here.

Check in was easy, but a little confusing to remember all of the codes to get into the different amenities. Room was clean and quiet. Kitchenette was small, but usable for our 3 night stay. Overall very happy. There is construction on the road just outside of the hotel, so hopefully that gets completed soon.

This property in Canmore was an excellent choice for the traveller who would like to avoid the crowded and touristy Banff area but still be close enough to enjoy the sights and trails. Having a condo was very convenient and comfortable. We had a lot of room to spread out and the full kitchen made having simple meals easy. While the condo was comfortable and had all the basics I would call it an average condo more than a luxury one. It was perfect for our needs and had a reasonable price. We liked the underground parking with elevator directly to our floor. There was a washer/dryer in the unit which was helpful for our longer driving vacation. My husband used the gym to work out. The area has a lot of options for dining, shopping, and easy access to Hwy 1 which takes you directly to Banff, Lake Louise, and to the Icefields Parkway. It's also an easy drive from the Calgary Airport. We would stay here again. Only negative was a very small shower. You also had a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom if that makes up for it. :-)

Sunset Resorts was perfect for our needs. The suite was spacious and very well equipped. We had 10 family members in 3 rooms but were able to easily gather together. The staff were very helpful, the underground parking was good. We easily walked into town and found restaurants and enjoyed the atmosphere. We would definitely book at Sunset Resorts again.

The room was large and very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub in the room. Having washer/dryer in the room also helped with the little one. Location was about 15 min from BANFF but the hotels were cheaper in Canmore. The pool with the large slide was amazing.

We booked two nights at Sunset Resorts Canmore. The room was very nice with a view of the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and clean, but the frames had terrible creaks in them. The office staff was very nice and very helpful. They also partnered with several local restaurants to received a 10% discount. It was a little tricky getting to Sunset Resorts due to road construction, but was certainly manageable once we knew the correct route. Enjoyed our visit!

My wife and I had a great 5 night stay there. The property served as a great base when visiting Banff & Jasper parks. As a bodybuilder, having a kitchen made it easy to cook meals each nigh to pack enough food for the next day's adventures. Staff at check-in/check-out were very friendly and helpful. They even loaned us bear spray for the hikes. Plenty of underground parking in the garage with an elevator that lead right up to the room. I would definitely recommend this property for the price, quality and location.
