Unfortunately they don't have elevator. You need to drag your luggage to upper floors. Not recomended if you bring several luggage units or age don't allow you to climg stairs. They should have those notices in hotel info.

Check-in et check-out en toute autonomie et tres facile, j'ai apprécié ce système ! Appartement idéalement situé, c'était vraiment bien d'être proche du centre ville à pied et d'avoir les transports en communs à proximité, bel appartement refait a neuf, la terrasse est très bien. Tout était super, très content de mon séjour, seul point négatif : les finitions de la salle de bain, il faut refaire les joints d'étanchéité !

Bem localizado, instalações modernas, mas o quarto era pequeno. Com pouca bagagem e para uma hospedagem de 1 ou 2 diárias ok! Não tem elevador e isso dificulta um pouco o item comodidade.

Não recebi as instruções do check in dentro do horário correto. Fiquei na rua esperando até ter o código de acesso do meu quarto. Não recomendo! Quarto minúsculo, barulhento, não tem elevador, não tem janela, não fornecem café da manhã como nas fotos. Toalha e lençol manchado. Único ponto positivo é a localização.

The room was well designed for travelers. With all the amenities, little fridge, microwave, small stove, air conditioning. It was great, no frills, fully functional place. There is no parking, but plenty of parking nearby for 10€, we loved the location, next to eating and from reasonable walking distance to Santa Catarina street, and other attractions

Hello, I stayed for just one night. We didnt have WIFI during our stay a as there is no reception there is no one able to help. I reach them by whatsapp as they suggest in their Hotel but they just told be technical issues. When trying to do the check out also same issue. In general hotel is OK but keep in mind there is no elevator and with big luggage can be challenging if you need to be in the 3rd floor. Ok is well located

I loved to stay here, everything is automatic, no key or reception. Very safe area near everything. Discount in parking. The room was very clean and beautiful. Everything worked. Kitchen well equipped, free toiletries and tea. Great service.

No ponía en Expedia que , era sin conserge. Nos hicieron pagar antes ,.no en el alojamiento como ponía en la información. Habitación sin ventilación alguna. Lavabo separado de la habitación por una mampara de cristal. No contestaban en los teléfonos de información a la entrada del hotel.

Lugar tranquilo e seguro. Em frente ao Studio tem um local para deixar bagagem pelo aplicativo Bounce. Deixamos nossa bagagem porque nosso vôo era tarde o check out era 12:00h. Fizemos tudo a pė, perto do Mercado do Bolhão e Manteigaria o que era ótimo para tomar café.

Apartamento en muy buena ubicación cerca del centro, con ambiente durante el dia pero tranquilo por la noche. Todo estaba limpio, no pongo mejor nota porque una de las ventanas que da al balcón no cerraba del todo y se filtraba el aire. No hay recepción, todo se hace online pero contestan bastante rápido a los mails. Un punto a favor es que tiene taquillas donde dejar las maletas antes del checkin y despues del checkout.

Hotel super agradável, maior do que nas fotos, tem uma mini cozinha muito boa com vários utensílios. Equipe de limpeza é excelente, o quarto estava super limpo e organizado, muito perto de padarias e restaurantes, fizemos quase tudo a pé pois fica bem no centro. Tivemos um problema com nosso código da porta e foi resolvido rapidamente pelo telefone, tivemos um ótimo atendimento.

Told staff to change the sheet, but they still did not, because, as they said, the sheets looked clean. Overall the room is acceptable, but noisy when there are people in the hallway/on the stairs. Cleaning service was bad, but customer service was always available and tried to be helpful.

Thanks for an excellent stay in Porto! The rooms were fantastic, very clean and nice view from our window.

Très bon logement, irréprochable sur la propreté. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la mise à disposition de casiers pour déposer nos valises avant le check in à 16h, ainsi que la piscine !

We travelled with 2 kids so we booked a 2 bedroom suite. The suite was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Luckily we only had backpacks and no kids buggy. I can not imagine shlepping luggage up the steep steps. The suite itself was nice and beds lovely and firm. Bathroom was a decent size with a large shower, however there was mold in the shower and skid marks in the toillet. Kitchenette had a little fridge and a sink and a massive locked cupboard with electricity sign on it. On the face of it OK-ish in general untill you try to sleep. The noice from the electricity cupboard was keeping us up half of the night. It was like sleeping in a boiler room and it kept going all night (and day). We were knackered after 2 nights stay. We booked the breakfast, which they serve on the ground floor and that was really nice. They served a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, breads, meat and cheese and even some cakes and local pastries. The lovely lady serving couldn't be nicer and more helpfull.

Toilet var ekstremt intimt, da det var med en glasskydedør. Brusekabine trængte til at få fjernet skimmel. Ingen lobby, hvor man kunne hygge sig. Meget lydt. Sengen var god.

Tive um problema com o código enviado para acesso ao quarto, foi prontamente solucionado após contato telefônico. O quarto tinha vista para a rua, o único senão foi o isolamento acústico, do resto estava tudo bem

Really comfy little studio-like room with small kitchenette and lovely terrace. Very clean and modern. My only slightly negative point would be the later than usual check in time, but a staff member was happy for me to leave my bag. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos sur le site. On nous montre des chambres avec des terrasses, ce n'est pas le cas. La seule fenêtre de la chambre donne sur l'escalier intérieur de l'hôtel, il n'y a aucune vu sur l'extérieur, même sur une cours donc il n'est pas possible d'aérer la chambre. L'hôtel se vante d'un passage de l'équipe de ménage tous les jours, ce n'est pas le cas. Cette équipe, bien qu'agréable, ne passe que pour nettoyer les chambres des personnes partant. De plus, il n'y a aucun autre personnel dans l'hôtel, tout passe par une IA qui ne fonctionne pas, qui ne répond pas à nos demandes mais qui nous harcèle pour payer la taxe de tourisme (aucun soucis quand il faut récupérer de l'argent). Quand nous lui posons une question concernant notre séjour, nous n'avons plus aucune réponse et le numéro whatsapp qui doit nous permettre de rentrer en contact avec un vrai personne ne fonctionne pas, j'attends toujours une réponse à une de mes questions. SI vous voulez juste une chambre médiocre, cet hôtel est passable mais n'attendez pas un service client ou des prestations correctes.

Perfecto, excepto a la llegada que nos enviaron un email para hacer el check-in en otro hotel de MyStay, y si no llega a ser por otros huéspedes muy amables que nos explicaron cómo lo habían solucionado ellos, hubiese sido muy engorroso. Creo que debería ser más eficiente, gacerlo en el mismo hotel y con un email en el que llegasen los datos y forma clara de hacerlo. Que es muy sencillo, pero... debería serlo desde el principio.

Elegí la opción de abonar la factura en el establecimiento; no obstante, varios días antes de la fecha de entrada comienzo a recibir correos con la pretensión de que ingrese ya el total de la cuenta, pero decidí optar por lo contratado (pagar en el alojamiento). Cuando llegué al hotel compruebo que se requiere una clave para acceder al interior por lo que me fue imposible entrar, ya que nadie me la había facilitado. Llamo, con reiteración al número de teléfono que figura en la puerta, pero nadie me responde. Realizo una transferencia por el total de la factura con el propósito de que me envíen la clave de entrada pero ésta no llega. Recupero los correos recibidos y veo que hay un hotel de la misma cadena en la rua da Madeira, por lo que voy hasta allí donde una recepcionista me proporciona la clave con la que pude llegar a la estancia. Cuando pensaba que podía ya disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones sin preocuparme más del hotel, ocurre lo peor: Al día siguiente, es decir, el 13 de abril, cuando me disponía a descansar después de un día recorriendo la ciudad y abro la puerta de la habitación veo, con sorpresa, que la cama está sin hacer, las toallas sin cambiar y que nadie la ha limpiado. Vuelvo a llamar al teléfono de la cadena y tras muchos intentos me responde un señor que me pide disculpas y que no volverán a cometer el mismo error. El segundo día volvió a ocurrir lo mismo, entonces intenté poner una reclamación pero sólo la aceptan por mail. No merece la pena.

Nicely located in Bolhão, it is near great restaurants and just 10-15 minutes away walk from all the city centre. The staff is friendly and helpful. The easy and fast concept of the check-in and check out is excellent.

Excelente acomodação, toda nova e mantida com capricho. facilidade de acesso por senha para entrada e saída, a uma curta distância do Mercado do Bolhão e segura. Impressionou a limpeza de todo o prédio e a disposição das amenities para o cliente!!!! Muito Bom!!!!!!!!!!!!

A hospedagem é bem localizada, porém você não consegue falar com ninguém, enviamos um e-mail e não recebemos resposta até o fim da hospedagem. Mas o local é limpo e tem o que se precisa para poucos dias.

비대면 서비스라서 약간 불퍈한 점은 있는듯하나 온라인 소통도 좋고 나름 장점이 많습니다. 특히 간단한 취사가 가능하도록 미니 주방과 설비가 구비되어 있어 편합니다
