KLセントラル駅に着いたのが午後9時前だったので、ホテルの場所を見つけるのに苦労した。が、実は、駅から隣のNUセントラルというショッピングモール（2F)を抜け、モノレール駅をめざして道路を越えたらエスカレータを使って地上に降りる。降りたらその区画のちょうど裏側にホテルはある。個人的には1泊のみだったので、何も問題はなかった。もちろんバスタブはないが、お湯も問題なく使えたし、トイレも問題なかった。部屋に関しては、ドアチェーンが壊れたままだったのが気になった。（他の部屋がどうなっているのか分からない）翌日利用する列車が午後9時過ぎだったのだが、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれたし、時間つぶしにホテルロビーで待機することもとてもありがたかった。とてもありがたかった。 To the hotel staff members: I really wanted to take pictures of you two against the hotel name because I appreciated your hospitality. I was sorry I couldn't make myself understood because of my poor English.

The hotel is located opp KL Sentral which is convenient when traveling around. Outside of the hotel were dirty and noisy as there are few coffee shops next to the hotel. Room were simple, and baby cockroachs were found on my daughter's pillow. There is only 1 short glass panel seperating the wet & dry section inside the toilet which resulted wet toilet floor after each shower.

写真や口コミを見て値段の割に綺麗で良さそうと思いましたが、実際部屋は狭く、テーブルがなんとなく汚れていたり、あまり清潔感を感じられませんでした。シャワーコーナーがきっちり囲われていないため、シャワーを浴びると洗面やトイレもびしょ濡れになってしまいます。また、ドライヤーから温風は出るものの電気ドリルのような異音がしました。友人の部屋は問題なかったようなのでこれはたまたまハズレだったのかもしれません。アメニティはシャワージェルの小ボトルとシャンプーの小ボトル、固形石鹸、タオルのみでスリッパ、歯ブラシ等はありません。またUSBポートなどもないためコンセントの変換器は必須です。 KL Sentral駅から近いため選び、滞在も一晩、短い時間のみだったためまだよかったですが、居心地の良さを求めるのであればおすすめしません。また周囲もインド人街のようで、女性の1人泊や夜遅い外出などは避けた方がよさそうでした。時折外の音が聞こえるため敏感な方は気になると思います。

싼 숙박비를 생각하더라도 청결 상태가 정말 미쳤어요 새 수건, 새 어매니티에 붙어있는 짧은 털들(머리카락 아닌 것 같았음 ㅠㅠ) , 침대보 밑 치우지 않은 머리카락들, 끈적한 먼지들로 덮어있어 절대 켤 수 없는 에어컨,빠지지 않는 담배 쩐내로 짧게 머무를 거였는데도 너무 힘들었어요 올마나 쩔었으면 익숙해지지 않는 담배 냄새따문에 머리 아파본적은 첨 체크인 하고 들어갈 때 문이 열려있던데 직원들 그냥 쉬는 방으로 거기서 담배피고한건가? 싶을 정도였어요 다른 호실은 모르겠지만 ㅠㅠ 너무 힘들어서 새벽에 그냥 나왔습니다

Our room was at the front of the hotel, it was very noisey till about 4 am. We were able to change rooms on our second night to the back, which was a lot better. Staff very helpful and understanding.

駅から近い。夜はとても静か。隣の人の物音もそれほどうるさく無かった。床がフローリングでよい。部屋に入ったときの第一印象は奇麗だな。トイレットとシャワーにガラスの仕切り。トイレットペーパーあり。シャワーは固定ヘッド。お湯はすぐ出てきた。小さなシャンプーとコンディショナーのボトル、小さな石鹸あり。ドライヤーあり。ベッドは少し小さめ。180cm超える人には小さいかも。ハンガーが３つぐらい。トランクを開けれるスペースはある。エアコンはさほど強力ではないが、やや涼しいレベルまでは冷える。無いのは冷蔵庫と歯ブラシ、かみそり。チェックインとアウトはとてもスムーズ。

Staff were fine, room was relatively clean, but area wasn't the greatest and sound proofing needs to be improved, every morning i was woken up by the local train announcements regularly because there was no sound proofing of the windows.

A pretty basic hotel to crash for one night for me. Clean and service was good. Some shortcomings like remote controls to aircon doesn’t have batteries. Otherwise it is a really convenient place for to stay with KL Sentral walking distance nearby, the monorail literally the next door, the nearby NU mall, as well as many eateries options nearby

Conveniently close to the KLIA Exspres and food outlets. Clean though was a bit put off by the fact that the TV remote didn’t work (likely due to weak batteries which should have been checked after each guest stay) and that no daily replenishment of coffee and creamer sachets. The stock is per stay per the hotel reception.

Great hotel in excellent location. Staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Farhad in particular is very considerate. When we asked not to be disturbed, he couldn’t do housekeeping so left essentials like toilet paper and shower soap on the door. Never had anything like it before - above and beyond. Thank you to the staff for giving us a great experience.

We only needed a hotel for a night so we picked something a bit more affordable, and this place had decent reviews. But I guess you get what you pay for. When we walked in, there was no one at the check in desk, and they were busy chatting at the back. If employees are going to do that, at least have a bell. We were further disappointed to see that our room door was propped open which made us feel uncomfortable, as what is stopping from other guests from entering and using the room. Unfortunately that was not all of it, the bed sheets had yellow stains on it. We would not have stayed longer if we had booked for more days here.

KLセントラル駅からすぐで立地が良いので利用しました。ショッピングモールもあり、買い物や飲食には困りません。施設は新しく清潔です。フロントの対応も良いです。たまたま宿泊した部屋だけかもしれませんが、シャワーが水しか出なかったので、そこはマイナスポイントですが、宿泊料がすごくリーズナブルですのでおすすめします。

klセントラル駅から近くて、おそらく24時間営業？のナシカンダー屋さんやコンビニが隣にあるので、遅くなっても安心な場所でした。チェックインの際、デポジット50リンギが現金で必要です。部屋は清潔です。冷蔵庫はあります。歯ブラシや櫛はありませんでした。コインランドリーが近くにありました。klセントラル駅近くでホテルを探している方にはおすすめです。
