Pros- clean, excellent location to the conference centre, friendly staff, buffet breakfast included, comfortable bed, lovely toiletries, good water pressure, chrome cast in rooms Cons- average entrance in an alley, reception hidden in a bar area, privacy screen from shower could be better, room service link didn’t work. An excellent hotel for the price point.

Comfortable and very quiet room. Desk area to work at, lots of charging ports. A dark room when you closed the blinds. Always a great stay.

Breakfast menu was very limited, not much choice or quality and often overcrowded. Rest of hotel was ok though but a pool would have been nice. Good location for city centre and tourist attractions

We booked a regular standard queen room, however we were given an accessible room. Upon trying to change, initially it was deemed that I had incorrectly booked, but upon showing proof, they ascertained that it was a hotels.com issue. After a fair bit of to & fro, the front staff managed to provide a room as per the original booking. The hotel was definitely too pricey, we paid almost double the regular rate, all hotels were hiked up due to the concert & events during the week. Breakfast was included but generally average. It was overall an expensive stay. The front office did their best to accomodate where possible and rooms were clean with good, on time housekeeping. Location was very central, so that was great.
