Our stay was fine, the room was comfortable though the king bed was unexpectedly lumpy. The breakfast was good though the scrambled eggs were a bit runny.

Sorry but we will be choosing somewhere else to stay next time. The noise from the nightclub or pub below was awful and kept us awake. The bathroom is revolting. There's no privacy as it's all glass with a modesty cover. Same door for shower used for bathroom/ toilet. Can hear everything as it's not sealed. If you use it at night the light shines through into the bedroom. Dodgy entrance down side street. Bar Staff don't wipe the tables down after removing glasses. The upside was great breakfast and front desk staff. Our housekeeper was lovely too.

The front desk staff are friendly as same as IHG hotel, one of the lady didn’t show enthusiasm to help when I called to replace a pillow because all pillows are too soft (even if the firm ones), obviously they are aged, the lady at the reception said that no, they don’t have other pillows. The room is aged, bed too soft perhaps too aged of the spring. And the bed light button is pushed inside, a kind of a broken button, I reported to the reception and the lady said they knew; they knew the broken button but they hadn’t repaired it before leasing the room out. Very bad of service and facility.
