Right next to the terminal, you can walk through inside the building to the check in desks, or from arrivals. so a great situation. Staff were friendly and helpful and we had a decent meal in the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel looks a little dated but there appeared to be some refurbishment work taking place.

The hotel is immaculately clean, the staff are very helpful, the breakfast was good. Even the dinner menu had plenty to choose from. Nice bar, TV’s to watch, pool to play and chill out seats for people to relax on, all available in the Lobby. Would stay again, never even heard a plane fly over.

Property was awesome for walking to the airport for an extremely early morning flight. Was under construction at the time of our stay but didn’t affect our stay. It would be nice to have a pool/spa type service.

Check in to a very expensive airport hotel at 10pm in the middle of a foyer that is a construction site. Trying to sleep and text messages at 11.30pm and 6am telling me to check out online. Breakfast among Jack hammers, reversing beeping scissor lifts and concrete drilling. And having to argue to take breakfast up to my partner in my room.

Very clean and convenient stay. Common area in foyer had a pool table, bar, cafe and restaurant. Colouring in for the kids. Buffet breakfast was $35 or cheaper if you prebooked with a good selection. Not enough towels in the room but that was easily sorted out in minutes. Check in and check out was straightforward. Cheaper booking through Wotif than calling hotel directly. Hotel is connected to airport with flight details available on tv in room and in foyer. A nicer place to wait for your flight rather than in the airport. Overall a good stay.

The room is spacious but the cleanliness needs to be improved. The room carpet is not so clean and yet the hotel does provide slippers even when I request for it. The bathroom shower head is too high and not removable. The hotel location is convenient as it is next to the airport.

King bed is simply 2 singles put together - quite worn and soft. Adjusting to that takes time Windows let in too much light, and announcements in courtyard area are loud F&B and service is very good and next to airport makes it convenient for early morning flight

Be careful what room you book as I unknowingly booked a snuggly room which was the size of a dog kennel. If I had of known the room was so ridiculously small I would not have booked it! It was so tiny my bags did not even fit in the room. There was no tv, kettle, fridge. It is half the size of a standard room so it should be half the cost!! The bathroom floor had not been cleaned when I arrived and there were lots of hairs all over the floor. Very disappointing.

The room is pretty spacious. Doesnt have a luxury feel but it is clean and tidy. Its distance to the airport is definitely a very strong advantage if you have an early morning flight. The only thing is the ducted AC system made a horrible, whaling noise that we had to turn it off to sleep. Luckily it was pretty cool the night we stayed but Atura should really look into this and fix it before summer really hits..

Very comfortable bed. Good views from window. Fixed shower head in bathroom but large shower space. Basic desk chair with no back support. Overall basic comforts in room. Crack in cement block ceiling above the bed disconcerting.

Had stayed a few months earlier and had a great, really spacious room for same cost. This stay we were in a small room, you can’t walk next to the bed. I should have asked for an accessible room. My mobility is a little restricted after recent knee replacement. So I found it difficult to shimmy up the bed from the bottom . Odd setup, not unlike a Yotel room.

Accessible room was the best room I've stayed in at the Atura as is was far more spacious, had two king beds, had a spacious bathroom and a shower with a hand held shower head and a fold down seat. The other rooms I've stayed in have only a fixed shower head and are fairly cramped but the accessible room had heaps of space and beautiful big windows with a view. Highly recommend the accessbile room for a better experience and washing/showering is much easier. I hate fixed shower heads.

When I booked the room , I was not aware it would be the snuggle room until I arrived as I dine it online. I was not aware the room did not have a tv on the room which was quite disappointing to us. For the amount of money payable, some form of small tv wouldn’t go astray. I will not not be booking there again in the future. I would rather stay home and pay the ride by uber to the airport.

I had difficulty working my aircon, I called staff ( which are supposed to be 24hr) and no one answered my call for about 3 mins. I gave up and eventually worked it out myself. Other then this the service and facility was great.

Very convenient to the airport, but watch for some quirks - extra charge for early check ins even for just by an hour or two, poor room heating controls, amenities aren’t great (no hand/body lotion), no umbrella loaner, etc. The restaurant food was decent, but service lacks (food brought out without silverware or napkins and had to get it myself). It is a no frills hotel and go with no expectations and it’s fine. They also were refusing to give me a receipt for the stay, which was very odd and I had to tell them I would dispute my charge to get them to act on it, and find me a receipt for my credit card charge for the stay!

Property is adjacent to Airport and great for 6.00am flight. Room service food was OK , nothing special. Just be careful when checking out , as I wanted to use a different card to the one I gave them upon my arrival, and their terminal rejected my bank issued debit card and when I questioned that, the staff member just pointed to the message on the terminal - as I had to catch an early flight, I didn’t have time to engage in why the rejection was absolutely rubbish as there was ample funds to pay $54.00 😳

Very comfortable room , great air con, and quiet. The check in was very slow and there were lots of people everywhere not knowing where to queue so quite chaotic. Only two staff available to help with self check in . Definitely would be quicker without self check in but no other option. Super handy to airport and the food was delicious.

Stayed couple nights before a flight and if you do have a flight from Adelaide in early morning, this is the perfect place as it takes two minutes to walk from the hotel to the terminal. Staff is super friendly and helpful and you also have an option to check in / out yourself with the automated kiosk. For breakfast I suggest to eat at the airport as the selection is not too massive and many things are finished all the time and you need to ask yourself to refill them.

The hotel is nice and convenient for a redeye flight. The walls are solid concrete, so if the neighbour is making a racket, you won't hear it. But I was bitterly disappointed by the room service order; it didn't look like the photos, but that was not a surprise. It was as if I ordered it elsewhere and had it Ubered to my room. Most definitely not what I would expect for room service at a good hotel. Even got charged for a tray fee, but there was no tray (LOL), just a paper bag and a bamboo cutlery, yuck. won't do that again. 70 bucks for this with a bottle of sparkling water,Ouch.
