We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and center of Fira, but the hotel’s street was quiet. We loved sitting by the pool every morning and the breakfast was nice too. The staff was helpful and even arranged a taxi from the airport for us. We will stay here again

Das Hotel ist einfach unschlagbar. Der Busbahnhof liegt keine 3 Minuten weit weg. Alles sehenswerte ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt gegenüber und neben an befinden sich gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und besonders groß. Wir hatten um ein Babybett gebeten. Dies stand bei Ankunft direkt schon bezogen im Zimmer. Unsere Koffer wurden vom Mitarbeiter auf unser Zimmer gebracht. Um Abends sich nochmal abzukühlen, kann man in den Pool und auf die hübschen Liegen. Das Frühstück war für griechische Verhältnisse super. Mir persönlich fehlt da das dunkle Brot. Wenn wir nochmal in Santorini sind, dann ganz gewiss in diesem Hotel.

Nissos Thira Hotel is a lovely and peaceful place to stay, with welcoming and friendly staff who are always available to help with any queries or travel advice. The pool and communal areas are well maintained, and rooms are cleaned to a high standard daily. The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk from Fira’s main square and 3 minutes from the bus station, which provides travel across the island. There are also great coffee shops either side of the hotel, and a supermarket 2 minutes walk down the road. We spent 5 nights here and couldn’t recommend this place enough for a relaxing stay.

This hotel is very close to the bus station in Fira, so that was a big draw for us. The hotel itself is nice, the rooms are big, bathrooms are nice too. The balcony gave a good view. I think it was built from another type of building, so there was a lot of waste of space. The pool is also big and clean. They provide towels for the pool. breakfast is good, but same every single day. Lots of restaurants nearby, and everything is walkable.

Excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable and very well situated. Few steps from the bus station. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived early and the room was not ready for check in so we left our bags at reception. The lady at reception answered all our queations and helped us book a tour to the volcano. The pool area was very nice and you would definitely appreciated after spending a day out in the sun and the heat. We woke up every day at sunrise with a beautiul view and the smell of bread fresh out of the oven. I think it came from the nearby coffe place. Our reservation included breakfast which was good. I highly recommend thia hotel.

Nice hotel really close to pretty much everywhere with nice pool at rear and a coffee shop right outside. Bus station only a minute walk away. We were lucky to get a room with road facing terrace where we could chill in the evening. Really liked our stay at Nissos.

Great hotel a skip from the busstation and town center. Close to all Fira have to offer but nice a quite compared to the busy little town. Much enjoy our stay and the staff were helpful and friendly. And of course there is a nice pool and free breakfast.

The pictures of this hotel on Expedia have definitely been beautified and are misleading. The room is just bare-bone, and not very clean. The towels and bedding are of low quality. Right after we checked in, I saw mosquitoes in the room and asked the receptionist if she had some sort of repellent i could use in the room. She said she didn’t have any but will ask someone to spray the room shortly. Nobody ever came. I killed three mosquitoes myself that night! The breakfast has very limited options and is not appetizing at all. The only thing I like about this hotel (and therefore two stars vs. one) is that it is close to the town center and the bus station. Keep in mind that this hotel is at the back of the hill/cliff and you cannot see the sea.

This hotel is in main centre. Lovely place and lovely hotel, staff are so nice. But one thing they don't keep tea kettle or tea sugar inside the room. Every time you need to ask them for it. Otherwise every day housekeeping and they change bed sheet and other stuff, super clean hotel. We really love this hotel.

The property is clean, the AC turned off in the middle of the night. The furnitures are all old. It could be improved by purchasing new furnitures and drapes. No one using the pool. Breakfast was dull, I think they can do better. Shuttle bus driver that they called to drive us to oia looked pissed off. No smiles. Really needs improvement and it will be better. I would look somewhere else when I come back

Clean, average room with terrace in central location. Bed is firm, but I slept well. Refrigerator & safe in room. 3 minute walk to the bus station, just around the corner. If you don’t need a cliffside Caldera view, this hotel is centrally located and well run. Average continental buffet breakfast. Coffee shop downstairs and a mini-mart just down the street. The staff are very friendly and excellent!!!

This property is the best if you want to use the local buses to get around either to tourist areas, port or airport. Not only that, front desk reception was so FRIENDLY! Helped so much for our stay. If you find this a negative, it is not in those white building cliff hotels side views with the pools but easily walkable to that area.. around 5 mins max. Only thing that could be better for me personally was the bed was too firm and the AC was not what we are used to in North America.

Front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Location really good, not loud and close to all the main attractions. Don’t have any complaints about this hotel and I can usually find many things wrong. So that says a lot about this hotel. Great place to stay!!!!!

Nissos Thira Hotel is a lovely and peaceful place to stay, with welcoming and friendly staff who are always available to help with any queries or travel advice. The pool and communal areas are well maintained, and rooms are cleaned to a high standard daily. The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk from Fira’s main square and 3 minutes from the bus station, which provides travel across the island. There are also great coffee shops either side of the hotel, and a supermarket 2 minutes walk down the road. We spent 5 nights here and couldn’t recommend this place enough for a relaxing stay.

The property is clean, the AC turned off in the middle of the night. The furnitures are all old. It could be improved by purchasing new furnitures and drapes. No one using the pool. Breakfast was dull, I think they can do better. Shuttle bus driver that they called to drive us to oia looked pissed off. No smiles. Really needs improvement and it will be better. I would look somewhere else when I come back

A wonderful hotel to visit in Santorini! Short walk to everything related to Caldera including viewing / dining and shopping. Hotel and rooms were very well done with a classic Santorini feel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated their assistance with transportation to and from ferry port. Hotel was right next door to pick up points for tours. Great experience and good value for a visit to Santorini!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and center of Fira, but the hotel’s street was quiet. Coming back again and again to this hotel. Everybody is so friendly and they do everything to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The location is perfect. It’s close to the bus station, restaurants, bars, shopping and the caldera.

Highly recommended. This hotel located Fira center. One minute walk to bus station and 2 minutes walk to all restaurants and shops. Hotel room is spacious and clean. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. We had a great stay.

Nice place: clean, good room, beds and bathroom! Beautiful pool, close to center Thira and very kind hotel staff. Breakfast included free and good value. We slept on the street side little noisy but acceptable.

Nice hotel really close to pretty much everywhere with nice pool at rear and a coffee shop right outside. Bus station only a minute walk away. We were lucky to get a room with road facing terrace where we could chill in the evening. Really liked our stay at Nissos.

Great hotel a skip from the busstation and town center. Close to all Fira have to offer but nice a quite compared to the busy little town. Much enjoy our stay and the staff were helpful and friendly. And of course there is a nice pool and free breakfast.

Amazing location, close to the bus station, restaurants and amazing views/walks. The property is on a busy road so bear this in mind with regards to noise. If you want a good breakfast, you need to arrive at 8am. We had breakfast at 9am and by that time, all the best things have gone and they aren’t replenished!

The property was lovely! Huge room, very clean. Nice big balcony area and very close to main bus stop. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend for the price!

Front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Location really good, not loud and close to all the main attractions. Don’t have any complaints about this hotel and I can usually find many things wrong. So that says a lot about this hotel. Great place to stay!!!!!

This hotel is very close to the bus station in Fira, so that was a big draw for us. The hotel itself is nice, the rooms are big, bathrooms are nice too. The balcony gave a good view. I think it was built from another type of building, so there was a lot of waste of space. The pool is also big and clean. They provide towels for the pool. breakfast is good, but same every single day. Lots of restaurants nearby, and everything is walkable.

Clean, average room with terrace in central location. Bed is firm, but I slept well. Refrigerator & safe in room. 3 minute walk to the bus station, just around the corner. If you don’t need a cliffside Caldera view, this hotel is centrally located and well run. Average continental buffet breakfast. Coffee shop downstairs and a mini-mart just down the street. The staff are very friendly and excellent!!!
