This property is absolutely perfect. The gentleman who checked us in was an huge help with questions we had about the area. There is some work being done on the 4th floor but you wouldn't even know if they didnt tell you. All of the photos they have listed on the various apps and sites are exactly as you will find when you arrive. Completely perfect location completely quite and calm area to rest and relax.

The room was newly updated and was excellent. Very nice lay out with lots of room. Fantastic restroom and walk in shower. The young lady at the front desk was professional, courteous and easy on the eyes. The updates were happening so there was some construction equipment outside but was clean and properly stowed. We were their Memorial weekend so no workers present. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed.

Overall this was a good hotel. However, I hate these new tv’s that aren’t friendly to firesticks. I couldn’t control the volume of my firestick with the remote for the tv box thing. So I had to use the limited apps on the tv. Luckily I do use Netflix. These restrictions are stupid and will make me consider other hotels in the future.

This hotel is lovely. Quiet, convenient to freeway, but no freeway noise. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Charisse in the Bistro was awesome! And the breakfast was delicious! We highly recommend!

This past weekend the hotel was one of the host Hotels for the biggest soccer tournament in the United States each year. Friday afternoon/night they had one guy working check-in. People were lined outside the doors waiting to check in. Our wait was 30 minutes to check in and we spoke to others that stated it was longer for them. The breakfast was included with the stay and being served in a room off to the side of the dining room. They would bring out the food and then it was completely gone. 15-20 minutes later the one guy would return to re-Stock the food bins. Way under staffed. No preparation from the Hotel.

The cleanliness, staff, and parking were perfect. My husband said he slept so well and so comfortable and that’s a huge compliment! My grandson and I ordered breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and sourdough toast. The dining room had 3-4 customers sitting eating breakfast, so it was not busy. Not sure why we were overlooked, but it took over 30 minutes to be served, while others who ordered after us had been served prior to us.
