Kuzen Otel

This stay was extremely disappointing for me. First of all, the water pressure was very low, making it difficult to even take a proper shower. In addition, the ventilation was poor, the room did not get enough fresh air, and this significantly affected my comfort. Cleanliness was also below my expectations. When I entered the room, I got the clear impression that it had not been cleaned properly, which made it hard to feel comfortable during my stay. I have stayed in many different places before, but based on my personal experience, this was one of the worst places I have stayed. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it to others with similar expectations.

Very spacious and clean room. The location is so central that you just need to go downstairs for endless restaurants, bars, shops. Very friendly staff. Don't forget to give a try to their restaurant, delicious. Highly recommended

Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Always a smile. We stayed here twice. We had other options but chose Kuzen Otel. Good location, near metro and ferry. Our only complaint was the stairs. Staff offered to handle our luggage.
