First thing to say is I’ve never stayed in any other hotel in Turkey. I arrived late and was put in a basic room even thought I’d payed extra. The next day I was put in the correct room. The late night staff were rude. The air conditioning made some weird noises and the shower head was broken. Overall the room was very rough and very tired. If they spent some time to DIY the walls, ceiling tiles and shower it would be ok. Having seen two types of room, I would say the “Royal Suites” probably aren’t much better. I would avoid this hotel.

Terrible smoking smell all over the lobby and rooms. I got sick there. Noise from other rooms is so disgusting
