Great service and attentiveness. Lovely room overlooks st Stephen’s green. Great choice at breakfast and good location. Only downside was the gym space being tiny but not a big deal for a short stay. The highlight was definitely the staff!

Location was good, the staff were very nice (Dublin- everyone is nice). However there was a fair amount of noise - they were remodeling a room across from mine and the noise was very loud. All day. I should have been for warned. Or rather not placed in the room that I had. Also guests coming in late at night midnight and beyond you were awakened by their conversations. It was quite expensive for noise disturbance. For that I’m glad my stay was brief

I would rate this a true 4 star property. Wi-Fi was weak at best, streaming difficult if not possible, no amenities except dark small interior gym , I would not recommend.

The hotel has a great location in downtown. Close to the park and Grafton street. Close enough to Guinness and the Castle. The hotel itself and room were nice. The staff was exceedingly nice and friendly. The problem at our time of stay was being placed on a floor with that was being renovated. We literally walked through construction to our room. Our room was remodeled and very nice, but we should have been on another floor until construction was finished. Hopefully this is rectified.

The hotel is simply wonderful. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are clean and quiet, providing a peaceful environment. However, we encountered a minor inconvenience one morning when there was a hot water issue. Despite this, the hotel promptly compensated us at checkout for our inconvenience and expressed their sincere apologies. Later, we discovered that they had to install a new boiler using a crane, which was quite a feat considering the narrow streets of Dublin.

Everything was great, but our room after the cleaning smelled like someone smoked inside, also the last night our room was not cleaned ( we put the sign of please clean my room) and we are sure the lady who cleans the room switched it and put the one that says privacy! We always take care of this so we are sure she did this.

The hotel upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. Room faced the garden so very quiet meaning we got a good nights sleep. Bed very comfortable. Room was very clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Close to shops and tourist attractions. All within a short walking distance. No complaints would recommend to family and friends.

Bathrooms had mold all over it, the luxury room we booked was a basic room, and the second room we booked for my fiancés handicapped grandmother (which they were aware of) they put her on the complete opposite side of the hotel from the elevator

Jeg havde det mest fantastiske ophold på The Fitzwilliam. Hotellet ligger super belejligt og lige over for en smuk park. Værelset var af ældre dato, men det var rent og pænt og jeg sov fantastisk i den meget komfortable seng. De ansatte var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme - og morgenmaden var simpelthen så lækker. Jeg er sjældent blevet serviceret så godt som her. Jeg glæder mig til at komme tilbage.

The staff was great and so was the breakfast, but this is NOT a five star property. The room I stayed in was dated and filthy and moldy. The towels are scratchy. The bed is like a rock and the sheets are subpar. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here unless you want a 3* experience. The staff was really friendly and I should have been on notice when I was told on checkin that there were no upgrades available without me even asking (despite rooms being available online). If I wasn’t so exhausted and staying for more than one night I would have taken my money and ran.

Misleading information at the front desk. Gave room on construction floor to which elevator doesn't go and you have to take stairs from floor below. AC didn't work and had to crack open a window. Coffee table not cleaned properly. Side of the bed was ripped in one place. Rain shower was great. Chips, water and mini bar complimentary with soda and juice etc. 15 minutes ride to O connell and Parnell streets to take tours. Won't stay again.

Lovely hotel with excellent service. Our room was large and comfortable. The bar was convenient and the drinks and food pretty good. Quibbles: the door did not close on its own and I realized that one night we had slept with the door open. The king size bed was not even a large queen. However we liked the free waters and chocolates and the helpfulness of the concierge.

Hard to believe this was 5 star. The front desk staff were lovely but details were missing from the hotel. WiFi was horrible. Could not work as kept cutting out. Also, while most 5 star have breakfast included, it was not.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing location! Concierge service was poor - didn't really have suggestions for simple requests. But Dublin is a great place to wander and explore. Housekeeping changed towels every day despite us trying to hang them to use again. Overall, would definitely stay again!!

terrific choice to explore dublin. very nice hotel with quiet rooms, delicious room service, and very helpful concierge. right across from st stephen's green and half a block from the heart of dublin. tons of restaurant and pub choices and and easy walk to museums, temple bar, dublin castle and the churches and universities, a taxi stand and tram are a few steps away for longer excursions. we would highly recommend this for a dublin trip.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room, nicer than it looked in the pictures. Room service food was decent. Complimentary minibar a nice surprise. Door was a bit hard to close on the way out and the long dark hallways patterned carpets a bit "The Shining" but that added to its charm.

What a nice surprise ! Great location by Westbury where we typically stay but more intimate and room just as nice for better price. Only suggestion is to upgrade TVs for streaming and food in restaurant poor .
