Stayed here many times. Our opinion the hotel has gone down in excellence. Poor customer service breakfast bland with little to choose from. Pool closed. With having children they looked forward to it. Room was as expected. Huge stain on carpet.

Very centrally located so could walk to several of our destinations. Felt safe. They have a mini refrigerator but wish they had had a microwave. Great breakfast and the pool was nice and warm.

I like that you have to use your key card to get in the building, go up and down in the elevator and get into the pool and gym areas. Free breakfast is also a plus and super helpful.

The facility was very nice, but they charge $20 for self-parking, taking no responsibility if anything happens to your vehicle. They have designated parking spots next to the building. I had never seen this before.

We have stayed here a few times when visiting Tulsa. The staff is always friendly but this stay the toilet in our room would not flush and we had somebody come and maintenance it twice saying they fixed it and it was never fixed. The hallways were so hot and the pool area was not very clean. The first day we went to the oool it smelled like sewer and the 2nd day they had light bulbs and ladders just laying out everywhere.

Excellent staff members! Property was clean and in generally good condition. Signage for elevator key cards would be nice, no one told us and we spent 5 minutes in the elevator trying to figure it out. Parking for this area is absolutely terrible and no signage to let you know ahead of time.

I found a bed big in my room. Told the staff and was told to email the ops manager no response. I found long black hairs in the shower and the toilet was also not as clean as I think it should be. My concern was about the bed bug. I had to come home and make sure there were none in my bags and that itself was a chore. I know it’s likely sometimes but never had an issue at the Hampton. This was a first and a last for me.

It was very convenient and close to the concert we were going to. It was an ok hotel but there were huge stains on the floor and just wasn’t as clean as it should have been. I won’t stay there again.

Stains on carpet and chair made it feel dirty in the room though there was no obvious dirt. In and out parking initially was challenging having to park in a deck that wasn’t attached to the hotel and having to engage homeless people on several occasions. Probably won’t be back to this property despite being loyal Hilton customers.

We love the convenient location. The 1st thing we saw when walked into our room (213) huge stain on the carpet at entry. Not a great 1st impression but overall the room was fine. Breakfast was very busy running out of things quickly. Guest services very polite. It is pay to park but plenty of spaces on the street all sides. Closer than parking garage.

Room was dirty supposed to clean it while we were gone came back 2 hours later still dirty went to front desk and they did give us a clean room on another floor. Parking garage was about 2 blocks away I did not like that when you went in the elevator in parking garage you ended up in a different building then you walked about 2 blocks to hotel

Liked convenience to venue (BoK center) but furnishings were old. Also, AC kept room cool but damp & humid all night (sheets, floors, towels, TP all damp), which I reported at checkout. Only available parking for my brand new car was on the street for $21.70! Outrageous!

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and it was quiet. There were two issues I had… 1. The signal and WiFi in the building was horrible. I could not send pictures, my text messages wouldn’t deliver. 2. The main bathroom sink stopper was all the way down and would not come up. I called and they said they would send someone up, but they must have had an emergency as they did not show. Luckily we were only there one night, so we didn’t make a huge deal about it. Overall, our stay was good but definitely not great especially at the price we paid.

Conveniently located a block from the BOK Center for our concert. Hotel staff very friendly and accomodating. Pillows were flat as a board and the bed wasn't very comfortable. That's a game breaker for me. I was actually surprised because most Hampton's I've stayed at the beds have always been cozy and comfy.

The staff was amazing! So accommodating! Our beds seemed old and worn out. We only stayed one night, but anymore than that would have been a problem. Very clean, lots of amenities! Overall a great stay other then the beds.

This is hands down the worst experience I've had at any Hilton property. Entrance was already locked at 6 ish when checked in, the desk person was the only staff I saw and was rude, which put me in a bad mood, which didn't help the situation. No water in the room. Parking is in an open lot in what appeared to be a sketch neighborhood. Not a place at4 which anyone should stay.

When we attempted to check in, we were told that our room wasn't ready and that it was too early for us to check in. I understood that. When I went back later to check in, I was given a ticket to put on my dash for parking purposes but was told where to not park. When I got to the room there wasn't a blanket for the sofa bed, and we only had 2 bath towels and hand towels. There weren't any wash clothes to use. We had 4 people in the room, so I asked the front desk for a blanket and towels. They were very accommodating and apologized for the inconvenience. They explained that the blanket should have been in the closet and would make sure for future the cleaning people would make sure there would be enough towels and bedding for the sofa bed. The breakfast bar wasn't too bad, but the area was crowded due to the activities in the community for the weekend.

The young man at front desk was amazing. He knew my adult daughter and I were alone and when we went out to smoke he kept a close eye on us to make sure we were not bothered. He answered all questions with a smile. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The young woman at the desk the next morning was very friendly. I definitely will stay there again. I really liked the fact that you can't get to other floors in elevator without room key. And they lock the front door at 8 pm and key card opens it also.

Check in person-can’t remember his name , but he was very friendly helped me out with my luggage. The lady who checked me out was even more helpful and very friendly shared conversation with me while I got breakfast and got ready to head home. I truly enjoyed my time there and would recommend the hotel again.

We received 2 towels upon arriving. And we're promised more towels after that and never received any, the next morning when everybody wanted to take a shower. We were told the towels were in the dryer and we never received any. I was also double charged for the room. I booked my reservation on hotels dot com which I paid for and then the hotel tried to charge my card again which I had them reverse the charges. The young lady working The desk was very polite and nice. But it seemed like her hands were tied trying to take care of customers the location to the BOK center was excellent, but I think we will stay at another hotel next time.

The receptionist couldn’t locate my reservation and wasn’t too interested in figuring it out. She expected me to locate a Hotel confirmation number but I had only a Hotels.com number. Eventually the manager solved the problem but it took time and the receptionist remained rather abrupt.

We had to wait an hour and 45 minutes after checkout time for our room to be ready. The room was clean. The bathroom door did not shut all the way. It was a sliding door that stayed open 2 inches. Checkout time was at 11 but housekeeping entered our room twice before then.

A lovely property in the exact center of Downtown Tulsa. So many restaurants close and quick access to the BOK event center! Lovely staff and decent parking close by. Pool was well maintained and the work out room had good workout equipment as well. Wonderful property for a quick weekend trip.

The staff was wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The towels and linens were lovely. The location left something to be desired unless you were there for BOK or some professional activity. We felt very isolated. It was like a ghost town. And why do they charge for parking? Just because they can? They have designated parking spots. If someone is paying to stay, they should get a place to park.

This area of town has no convenience store. So, if you need anything, you will have difficulty. We needed change to do laundry as we were on a long trip. The hotel desk has no change, and the restaurants nearby were cashless. Big problem!

Hotel was convenient and walkable across the street to the BOK Center. Breakfast choices were not good for an upscale hotel. Parking next to the hotel was good. No dark roast coffee at breakfast and when they brought it out it was so diluted it didn't taste like coffee. Bed pillow were small and uncomfortable and i only got a few hours of sleep because of this.

An affordable and convenient location downtown. I did expect the rooms to be cleaner and the fixtures to work properly. The room we were offered had no working fan in the bathroom, and the sink did not drain. Not impressed by the limited breakfast either. The bowl of cereal I had was good. But entire coffee bar empty when I tried to get some. In future visits to downtown Tulsa, I will be seeking a different hotel.

Front desk service on Sat April 29 was disinterested and lackadaisical and it was difficult to extract paid parking info from the check-in-clerk. After going to the parking lot and seeing the signs, we had to return to the desk and ask for a window permit. It was never offered, even after all our questions about how self-parking worked. Sunday April 30 the breakfast room was invaded by 2 girls' soccer teams. When they left, the room was a mess with food and trash on the tables and floor. The overflowing trash can prevented folks from cleaning up after themselves. The one visible employee drifted around ignoring the mess and doing nothing. The empty fruit bowl was filled only after a guest asked for fruit. We could hear several employees in the prep room, no one started cleaning. Eggs and sausage were cold. The breakfast area was still a wreck when we left the hotel an hour later. The next morning the floor still had not been vacuumed or mopped. Finally, after the front desk staff asked, an employee started wiping tables and vacuuming. 1st floor trash in the men's restroom was overflowing. A bulk hair conditioner container in the shower gave the impression it had product in it. It was empty. I had to step out of the shower dripping wet to retrieve my own conditioner. Our room was otherwise clean and comfortable but overall this was not the Hampton Inn experience we are used to.

We had a good stay especially since we went to a concert at the BOK center and just walked over. There are very few options for places to eat around the hotel. Breakfast on Sunday was good but was not restocked well on Monday. The hours are 6:00 am to 10:00 am. We got there at 8:00 and there were no eggs or oatmeal toppings.
