Motel 6-Tulsa, OK

Noise of hallway, smelled like smoke on elevator and my floor ( Non-Smoking Hotel) Broken down cars in parking lot,

Roaches crawling and it stunk like a filthy house. The elevator makes terrifying noises and the fire alarm went off at 9AM.

Toilet was stopped up, door hinges to bathroom was broken, no iron or ironing board even upon request, no hair dryer, no shampoo, no coffee pot

Bed is flat and springy, dog pee in elevator and night and still there in the morning. Ice box was 46 and wouldn't get colder. The hotel was hot but a/c worked well in room.

Non smoking was a joke, 1st n 2nd floor reeked of cigarette smoke, attendant on duty was out in parking lot and no one at desk, no complimentary self care items in room, no hairdryer, towels looked dirty and wrinkled. No ice buckets available, no one at desk when needed but she did come from parking lot and truck that was leaving.

3rd floor room it took 20 minutes for hot water in the shower to get tepid.

No hair dryers. Took several tries for the key to work then taken to a different room.

Check in was very easy. Good parking area. The room was nice. The sheet on one bed was dirty, spoke to the manager next morning to let her know. I would stay again if needed.

Night staff was rude. There was not enough parking for the residents staying at the hotel. The parking gate did not work some of the time during my stay. However, the beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet. Did not enjoy the area as much but it is convenient for airport communte.

Lobby smelled and air-conditioning worked after i had to reset it to work. Elevator seemed sketchy. Overall it was a experience we will not do again. The picture are way order and does not reflect the property now.

The hotel, or my room was FILTHY—disgusting sheets that were not laundered, feces on bathtub, blood on light switch, filthy walls, toilet would not flush—

Absolutely awful & disgusting!!! Extremely filthy. Mold everywhere, the entire place smell, our room smelled like piss. The bed sheets were not changed or clean the bed was just remade. There was other peoples hair all in the bed and dirt, our friends rooms were the same way. Lots of roaches, broken things, the walls are covered in filth. The front desk lady just kept saying turn the heat up for all the problems. Wouldn’t even recommend for someone that’s homeless. This place needs to be shut down.

Room was crawling with roaches and other bugs. We were only there 10 minutes and said nope! Thankfully Hotels.com helped us out on cancelling the reservation even though it was nonrefundable . The hotel itself is zero stars

This property is TERRIBLE!! We had holes in the bedding, what we are pretty sure was blood spatter on the ceiling, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag (which I'm sure is highly illegal), holes in the walls, and they don't have hairdryer on property.

Rotten food left in the microwave Trash left under the ac its like they just made the bed and absolutely nothing else

Dirty place all around. Bedding was not changed and they offered a different room and the same issue. Human hairs and stains all over the bed. Bathroom disgusting and overall a bad experience.

Our first room was fine at first, easy check in, we dropped off our stuff and went to our concert. When we came back at 1 am, we turned on the lights to multiple cockroaches crawling all over the floor, walls, and even bed. After killing 10 of them, my husband went downstairs and requested another room. They were full, but after some finagling, we were able to move to a room of someone who was late checking in. The remainder of that night and the next two were fine. No cockroaches, pretty clean room, functioning bathroom. Bed was comfy, sheets were clean. We really just slept there, but overall good stay for the price! Solid 2 star hotel

I will never stay here again! The room was dirty, there were roaches and bed bugs!!!! There was also a strange odor! Packed up my stuff and left! Told tge guy at front desk, he didn't act surprised and said if i wanted refund I needed to contact Expedia.

Pretty decent for a Motel 6. Fridge/freezer unit not working but room was equipped with mini fridge. Heating unit shuts off randomly. Bathroom light above mirror is for show? No switch for it. Very odd smells in the front waiting area Not type of breakfast

Bed was little stiff, flat pillows and could have used more, room was clean, hot water took forever to finally begin.

They require a $40 CASH deposit upon check-in that I was unaware of. Seemed VERY shady, but it was returned upon check-out. Not really sure what it was for. My room was not inspected for damages so ??? The hallways are very noisy and the rooms are very SMALL.

Found a cockroach in room. Pillows too small/or thin. Not enough blankets in room or on bed.

This was the worst night in a hotel we have ever spent. They put us in a room that was so small we almost couldn't function. Then when they found out the television didn't work they said oh it must be the remote but the remote worked the TV said that there was no service. When I told him that it kept flipping through about 10 different Keys saying he didn't have anything else, and finally said okay you can go into room XXX. Neither refrigerator had a freezer that was defrosted. They were so iced up you couldn't put anything in the freezer. There was noise all night long from above and slamming doors in the halls. The bed was extremely uncomfortable I felt like I was on a Lumpy board. I was up by 4:00 and we were out and on the road as soon as possible. This was the first time there were absolutely no amenities. No shampoo or conditioner, no hair dryer and only one washcloth, one towel and one hand towel. This room had two queen size beds so why they thought one of each was enough I will never know. The person at the desk on check-in was about as close to rude as possible. Fortunately, the person in the morning was much better and left me feeling better than the one in the night time. The TV in the second room worked but the remote did not and everything had to be done by a toggle button underneath the screen. It was quite a challenge but at least I could watch television. I have a photo of the toilet showing the chips in the seat. This program will not let me upload.

It would have been a better stay if the microwave worked. And the matress was needing to be replaced.

Absolute WORST, RUDEST, and UNPROFESSIONAL staff imaginable. They were so beyond rude to us, I wish I would’ve got the girls name so that I could put her specifically in this review. Roaches in the room, my girlfriend said she counted 3 or 4 before we left. Never again!

The Hotel room was dirty. All of the towels were dirty in the floor. I called to at least get clean towels, and was told by the manager on duty that I had to bring the dirty towels down. I told him they weren’t my dirty towels and he hung up on me. I had to go to the front desk and argue with them for several minutes before they gave me towels.

When we arrived my wife was sick, the woman who checked us in was so caring and didn’t make her feel worse than she already did for getting sick. She is an absolute amazing person and I wish I would have gotten her name.

Upon arrival tried to give me some story about charging my card early in the afternoon because it was a busy weekend when the app said I could pay at check in. They then provided multiple excuses none of which are standard hotel protocol

There was no one in the reception area and nobody answered the phone when I called. I called Motel 6 and complained and I could hear them calling over the phone and nobody answered either. It took about 30 minutes for an employee to pop out of the elevator and found us waiting. The room very dirty. We are not staying at any Motel 6 ever again. First and last time.

There were people fighting in the wee hours of the morning you could hear through the walls. Someone knocked on the door at about 2am who I didn’t know. The traffic was very loud and made it hard to sleep. No breakfast and no one around to make coffee in the morning. Hard to understand the staff when they speak.

The bed was miserable the room smelt strange and they're was a whole homeless camp in the parking lot

Lobby smelled, room smelled of chemicals, broken window, disabled rv parked outside window, hair on sheets, receptionist basically rude.

Checked in. First room REAKED of smoke, no screen on window, no cord on phone, and no seat on toilet! so many OSHA violations. Went back to front desk. Lady was more concerned that "we did not touch anything" in the previous room that getting us a new room. As if they were going to rent it if needed. We were finally changed to a different room. Beds were horrible, but we needed sleep. I have stayed at many Motel 6's but this one was even a bit questionable for me. It's in an industrial area, right off the freeway, so close gas station and fast food.

We do not have basic needs. Coffee was terrible. Another hotel right across under the same management but much better managed and had everything needed. Motel six needs to Reassess this Hotel before getting listed. Bedding are torn and dirty

Furniture torn up by cats. Table was broke and fell off wall. Cramped room. No breakfast.
