Very nice hotel, my only complaint is that the hot tub did not work most days that we stayed. As well they turn it off early in the evening if it is working so you are not able to use it after 6pm. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

Great Hotel, friendly staff, Pool is closed until late, clean rooms with tile floors (non carpet), free parking and breakfast included. Definitely recommend it if you are thinking of staying a few days in town and don't want to break the bank.

The AC never worked properly it was a nightmare at night, the shower didn’t have good water pressure and adjusting the temperature was almost impossible it was always hot, the cleaning was never done properly they never cleaned the floors, the towels had debris and hair, the room key wasn’t working every day I needed to get it programmed at least once. Pros: the breakfast was delicious.

Hair was left on my pillow and shower. Check-in was at 3 room was not ready till 4:00 they didn’t give me the right room. There was no microwave in the room and the communal microwave was disgusting. When I asked them to clean my room they said it was done but the hairs were still on my pillowcases, and in my shower, I asked to speak to a manager and the manager refused to talk to me.

The staff was lovely, the hotel itself was very clean and beautiful, but our room had a smell like wet mold which unfortunately ruined the stay for me. The windows we had were not the type that open, and the AC wouldn’t get colder than 22. We requested another room but they didn’t have anything available. The maintenance person looked but didn’t do anything. The smell was so strong just in our room, it woke me up several times. The toilet was cracked so I assume there is a leak that has soaked underneath the flooring and is causing the odor. The room needs to be decommissioned until the issue is fixed. Also, the listing on Expedia said the hotel was beach front and that was not the case. The freeway was between it and the beach, not even accessible to walk there. I would not have booked there if I had known this, as we were seeking beach front. As our last night in Mexico, it was very disappointing. The rooftop pool is very nice, breakfast was really good, and the staff were all very friendly and very courteous. There is also a plaza area below with many really good restaurants. We made the best of it, but overall I was still very disappointed.

We stayed here for a week during kids spring break visiting Cabo. This was equidistant from Cabo and San Jose so we could visit both sides. Room was clean with 2 queen beds. Decent size bathroom, included refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee maker.. pool was nice although the water in hot tub wasn’t hot.. breakfast was really good with lot of options.

Has the potential to be better. We had difficulty finding the entrance, really did not get good information on where to park. The room was very spacious and had comfortable beds however our view was obstructed by an other part of the hotel. The hot water was not hot. The 5th floor pool and hot tub (not hot) and bar and views were beautiful. The restaurant complex next door were fantastic.

We stayed for 2 nights and would return if we had a reason to be in this area again. The breakfast selection was very good and rooms were quiet. Staff were excellent. Parking is secure underground and included in the rate. We did find the lighting in the rooms were much too dim , especially in the bathroom. The light above the shower did not work. We woukd suggest that at the pool area they divide the roof section into a smoking and non-smoking area. Because smokers in the hot tub or sitting next to you is not pleasant for non smokers. That said, this hotel is overall nice.

The staff here is very helpful. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are amazing - we had a beautiful sea view. Breakfast options are amazing even for vegetarians. The staff in the kitchen are very helpful too. Do no hesitate to book your stay at this wonderful property. Close to some lovely beaches. Having your own transportation is convenient with free parking but there are bus stops close by if you need to go to downtown Cabos San Lucas. To top if off there is a clean swimming pool and a hot pool on the roof with amazing views. The gym is also well equipped. All in all an amazing experience staying here for 3 days.

Liked the property but the front desk staff are astonishingly rude and unhelpful. Long wait times for check in (2 hrs) Unaccommodating and avoidant staff. Not just to my family but many people in line before me complaining about the situation too. I’m honestly so chill and easy especially while on vacation but this was above and beyond. Maybe it was an off day for them??? Who knows. Definitely messed up our whole days plans though.

Initially we arrived an hour early so they told us to come back in an hour and then our room would be ready. We came back in an hour and then they said the room still wasn’t ready and we’d have to wait 30-40 min. My mom went and spoke Spanish to them, and then miraculously the room was ready in 15 min. Later on we asked for more towels be sent to our room, but they never came.

The front desk is completely unhelpful and unreachable -- I had to cancel the last two nights of my booking and I was told that, per their policy, I would be charged a cancellation fee of one night, which I found fair. However, when Expedia (who I booked with), tried to reach out to them to confirm this policy, they were hung up on several times. The front desk / employees at this property are completely unreachable except for in-person, which ended up costing me a full night's stay due to their inability to communicate with 3rd party vendors. Additionally, I did find some hairs that were not mine on the bed, and the location was not as convenient as I was hoping.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice, courteous, and helpful as well. The only big negative for me and my family was the off location of the hotel from any beaches around there. There are no beaches around there where you can walk to. You will have to drive to go to any public beaches, therefore, you will require a car. The hotel is at mid point between San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Other than that, good place to stay and there are good eating options around the hotel. The pool on 5th floor (on top floor) was very nice and clean as well.

This hotel is 20 minutes from the airport. You can get a shuttle for $17 or taxi for $70 one way. I took the shuttle to the airport and took a $22 Uber back to the airport. The hotel is very clean. It is NOT walking distance to the beach. I took a $6 uber to Playa Palmilla and an $8 Uber to Playa Chilleno. An Uber to Downtown Cabo was $24. The free daily breakfast changed every day and was very good. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel still looks new. The ceiling fan is a nice addition. The food hall next door is full of a vast array of delicious food. There is also a convenient store within 2 minutes from the hotel. I walked there daily for beer and wine.

There is no place to walk and the area is on a highway. We were advised not to try to cross the highway because of all the speeding traffic. You must Uber to get around. There are a few places to eat that are close. There is a pharmacy, and s few other shops It is near a hospital, so we met many people from all over the world at breakfast.

The ease and safety, is why I’m a continued visitor. It’s centrally located to Cabo and San Jose Del Cabo. You can quickly hop on the toll booth and get to the Airport quickly. Bring about $3.00 US Cash each way. The pool is great! The property is great. The employees are awesome!

Great hotel if you want breakfast included and save money, but if you stay here, rent a car so you can get to places. We had to uber and it was $30-45 dollars to the marina ever time and we would have to get 2 ubers since there was 12 of us. The hotel was clean and great customer service.

Hotel is clean with very comfortable beds. Ceiling fans are a plus, what all hotels should place in the rooms to cut down on AC costs and provide added comfort, while being eco friendly. Not having exhaust fans in the bathroom was not appreciated. Locating the hotel is difficult and frustrating, as is the parking and way to the entrance. A large Hampton Inn sign by the street and reversing the entrance/exit would make it so much easier to find and access.

Hotel cómodo con buena relación calidad - precio. Las habitaciones estándar no tienen buenas vistas por las ventanas y las alfombras de los pasillos ya necesitan una buena limpieza o cambio. Están realizando trabajos en el cuarto o quinto piso y se oye todo el ruido en las habitaciones desde temprano incluidos los fines de semana. El desayuno incluido es tipo buffet muy bueno y completo. Otra ventaja es que hay un mercado gastronómico justo frente al hotel con varias opciones de comida. En general es una buena opción de alojamiento cerca de San José del Cabo.

This hotel is such a great value for the price. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff are amazing and the location offers many options to go either to Cabo or San Jose. The roof top pool and the view was excellent. I saw whales jumping. Will be back soon.
