Location was surprisingly easy to find. Parking appeared to be challenging, but tips from the check in staff made it super easy. Room was beautiful with a fabulous view. City was very fun. met some great folks and enjoyed the area.

Hotel is perfectly placed in the center of Palermo. If you want to see the historical sites of the city, this hotel is great for that. They have a private garage parking at a cost of 30€ . This is a big plus as it is very difficult to find parking in Palermo and i wouldn't want to leave my car on the street at night . Federika will welcome you and give you great places to.check out . We had a great time . Me and my wife

Great hotel beautifully styled, with helpful staff and in the centre of the town. However if travelling by car the town is a nightmare to navigate, parking is at a cost and limited within easy walking distance to the hotel.

Personal hat auch gute Tipps für die Stadt und umliegende Ausflüge/Restaurants gegeben. Frühstück war super lecker und auf der Terrasse hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Hotel sehr zentral in der Stadt, gleich an einer belebten Straße. Dadurch kann man leider nicht direkt am Hotel parken und muss auf umliegende Parkplätze ausweichen.

The property is located just off the main square so gives good access to explore the town. Recently renovated the property is very clean and bright and some rooms have fabulous views over the port area. The place lets itself down on several areas; -Parking is a nightmare and with recent traffic restrictions it’s now difficult to even drop off bags at the hotel on arrival. -Breakfast is very low budget and doesn’t go anywhere near what is shown on the hotel website. -Charging 2 euros for coffee pods in the room is mean and no complimentary water either. Also a change for beach towels, also mean spirited. -It was very irritating to discover that last minute booking directly with the hotel was virtually half of what we paid by booking ahead via Expedia.

Excellent hotel; staff extremely helpful. The rooms are somewhat large, and the view of the port is memorable. The rooms are immaculate and extremely quiet. There are bars and restaurants and some shopping within blocks. Some smaller grocery stores are nearby; a full range grocery is at least a mile away. I enjoyed the hotel and the area so much that I extended my stay. I would defnitely come back.

This is my second time staying here, and let me tell you it was just as amazing as the first time. The staff are all so friendly and nice! They truly try to make you feel so at home here, and to be honest it is starting to feel like home. They also give wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The rooms are wonderful and very modern, the views of the marina, and seaside are just gorgeous. The breakfast is perfect, and again how can you not love it with those views, along with the waitstaff for breakfast who are very attentive and friendly as well. The location is great, the rooms are wonderful, the staff is even better. I could go on and on, but will just say you can not go wrong staying here.

Lovely room, excellent bathroom. Silvano was very helpful and recommended several excellent restaurants. Our favourite was Otto which was just next door. We were a little sceptical about Al Faro down near the port as the exterior looks a little shabby, however, once inside the trattoria is lovely and serves great food, a testament to this is that LOTS of Sicilian eat there

Great friendly staff, view from room was amazing. On-site restaurant Vela was the most creative cuisine we have had during this trip to Italy. Had the 8 course taster menu and every dish was unique! Friendly and attentive wait staff.

The staff were great. Room was nice. Great location. Only complaint. The breakfast wasn’t good. It runs till 10 am. If you go down to eat at 9:30 you’re lucky if you’ll get a spoonful of cold eggs. Pastries gone. Croissants gone. We asked and were told that we arrived too late.

Gem of a hotel linked to an amazing restaurant called Vela. Breakfast was on a beautiful terrace too. Sciacca was a lovely little town with some lovely shops and cafes, well worth a one or two night visit.
