Place was clean, check in instructions clear. The only exception was that the sliding door could not be locked, so from a safety aspect this was unsettling.

The staff was excellent. We had 2 issues with the unit, 1 was a leaking toilet, not a fun experience at 4am, they had maintenance there later in the morning for repairs. 2 issue was the front door lock was not working. Again the staff sent maintenance over to replace battery for the door lock.

No real interaction with staff after checkin. The condo was clean but very outdated. The TVs were difficult to control. Used the pool once - no bathrooms at the pool made it very inconvenient. Overall - not worth the money spent
