Ants in kitchen and bedroom. Battery from smoke detector went off at 2am, waking up pregnant wife first night. High in ceiling had to wait to remove battery and change. Ac/heat would just randomly turn off, even using override settings. Otherwise, cottage was awesome

Everything was wonderful for the cpl of days we stayed. Very clean and comfortable. We would enjoyed having a storm door to let the sunshine in, but that was only preference. We look forward to returning again.

The East Island Resort is a perfect place to go to, Close to Newport and right next to a vineyard. The cottages and the Lodge are beautifully set up . The room was nicely decorated, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable
