Bed and bathroom were clean. Staffing issues obvious. Kept his cool but obviously needed help. Weekend very busy for only one person. Pulled in several directions and rude customers. Bar never open. Shortage of towels/no washcloths. Pillows were hard and flat. Fun idea at meeting table area at entrance but dry erase board doesn’t work with chalk to answer question about where you came from. Scrabble board with no letters to play with. Room has poor lighting.

Room clean, staff friendly, parking adequate, but my room on first floor overlooked the pool which was noisy until after 10pm. Towels could use an upgrade (thin) and almost fell in shower as floor very slippery.
