Great View from Rooftop, with infinity type pool, although small but adequate. Rooftop Bar & Dining had a nice ambience in the evening with view of ocean and partial view of dragon bridge. Staff up here were plentiful & excellent, informative. On our 2 night stay only went to breakfast once, felt room & breakfast area not big enough for the amount of rooms at the property. Carpets in hallways need a good clean. Rooms pretty soundproof. Overall, satisfied with our short stay!

Rooms were spacious, beds are comfy and view was incredible. We enjoyed our stay here, roof top pool offers incredible views of the city and a nice happy hour. Nice gym as well. Definitively a great property, worth the price.

Hotellet ligger godt tæt på stranden, men man skal være opmærksom på en del støj fra diverse barer og en trafikkeret vej. Poolen er meget lille og der var kun 2 liggestole til rådighed ved selve poolen. Øvrige få liggestole er på en etage over. Morgenmad var udemærket, uden at være prangende.

Our whole experience here was first class. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel special. It is a great location as it is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The spa provided excellent massages and the roof top pool was stunning

I had a fantastic time at this sea front property. All the staff are extremely attentive. The rooms are very comfortable and the rooftop infinity pool has a breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding area. Ms. Hannah (customer relations manager) and Ms. Thu (food & beverage manager) definitely went the extra mile for all of the guests.

屋上のプールは小さいながら景色がよく良かったのですが、椅子の数が少し少ない感じがしました。上の階に空きスペースがあるのでそこにビーチベットを並べて頂ければとても良いように思います。ジムも最低限の設備ですがクーラーもあるのでしっかり運動する事が出来ました。

We had pleasant stay in Mandila for 3 Nights. Bathtub bit odd as need to hop over. Shower curtains and Glass shield roller are old. Fantastic Infinity pool. Beach right across. Nice Spa service quality is better than outdoors ones. Good buffet breakfast. Decent size room with Balcony for seaview. Thankful to all staff.

The property is ok, rooms clean enough, breakfast very busy & very hard to get seated the breakfast was okay, pool was fine my issue was huge hotel with x 2 lounger at pool n x 3 upstairs where the gym was. Yes there’s a beach across the road but you sometimes just want to chill at pool, also Halo the bar at pool & where u can eat music so loud it would put u off eating, the staff were friendly n helpful would i stay again no

The view from and room and the pool area was very beautiful. Breakfast offered was varied and tasty. All staff helpful and friendly. Only 2 lifts serving all floors so at this can be slow but not a major problem. We were on the 17th floor 3 bed apartment, it was fairly noisy in this apartment on 2 or 3 of the nights/ morning with noise from the beach and possibly up in the bar or from the adjacent hotel from 5am and at night until 1am. However, this also meant the location was central to amenities and lots of shops, restaurants. On the whole we enjoyed our stay and felt it was good value for our money.

We stayed at the Mandela Beach Hotel DaNang for 4 nights. It was a very comfortable stay. We had a great room with a balcony that overlooked the beach. The staff are very professional and attentive especially the bellhops who are opening doors for you and helping with your luggage. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. The only negative was that the bathroom only had a tub with a handheld shower so water went everywhere when showering.

房間空間很大及整潔，可惜淋浴只有浴缸，並且沒有間隔或浴簾，洗澡後洗手間會被弄濕，不太理想。而浴缸亦太高了，萬一遇著小朋友、老人家或腳部行動不便的人，對爬出來真的十分不便及危險。另外電視機不是只按能源開關便可，還要按其他制才可收看，但又沒有英文指示，第二天早上找人協助，可惜晚上回去又是開不到，也不知是什麼原因，總之就是比較複雜吧。不過我想讚賞餐廳各員工，早餐時段很忙，但各人都很勤快，不停清潔及自覺留意各地方，所以就算很多人使用都沒有污穢的感覺，而且他們一直都保持著禮貌及笑容，我們離開時經理又為太繁忙多人致比較嘈吵而表示歉意。另外食物很豐富及美味，整個酒店最滿意就是餐廳服務。

I requested an airport pick up which took 5 communications for them to get the information and they never showed, however, upon checking in they wanted to charge me. The gym had dirty towels folded in flowers for use. I took it to the manager and requested clean ones, water, and some disinfectant wipes or spray. They sent a maid with a towel to wipe down equipment. Sad in todays health scare they could care less about providing this. Communication in English was barely spoken by a few. This made communication extremely hard. The tub and shower set up did not offer a shower curtain therefore water was all over the floor. The beds were very comfortable tho.

Very clean in every respect. The staff were exceptional, especially Ms Hannah Nguyen from customer relations. Everyone greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. And wow, the breakfast buffet was extensive and well prepared.

We were a family of 4 in a room and we were refused even more than 2 towels (asked to pay for additional) - four people to share 2 towels (horrible and unheard of policy). Same for water / cups etc. Never before have experienced such practices. At one point, one of the housekeeping ladies also pointed put that one hand towel is missing (which in fact it was not, when accounted for later) Separately, my little kid feel sick and threw up on the bed and the bedding had to be cleaned. During the final settlement, they charged us for dry cleaning ($75USD - after generously applying a 50% discount) coz as per them the stains could not be removed. First, they did not inform about this policy before (even when we asked housekeeping categorically if any issue) and when we asked that we be shown the stained pieces at check out, they themselves could not find the stains (at which point we left without paying as we had to arrive at the airport and they clearly were trying to get away with charging us - they did not expect us to ask for the pieces to be shown to us). Also, to our utmost disgust and astonishment, they also charged us for a cold water bottle from the room fridge (which we did contest but we were 100% not to have consumed any because we eventually bought our own 5L water bottle from the mart right next to the hotel) The food and cocktails were can be avoided at the hotel. Definitely would neither go back nor recommend this place. only the hotel location is good

Front service staff were perfect! Well greeted quick to get luggage and very friendly. The roof top restaurant staff could use a little training from front service staff. They were slow even when I was the first and only customer. Refills and coming back to check on me was very slow and they stood inside talking instead . Didn’t honor the happy hour offerings BUT the view made up for this. Also the two drinks I did order were very good . Room was fantastic as was the housekeeper who was very pleasant . Thank you to everyone.

Hotel was really great. Super close to the beach but not walking distance to a lot of markets, shops and restaurants. Although there is a small convenience store next door. Hotel pool was great and often quiet. The best thing was the staff service. Hannah at reception was beyond helpful and attentive. We were so thankful for her advice and attention during our stay. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was fantastic for our family of 2 adults and 2 children (13 and 11). The room could probably use a fresh coat of paint as could the hallways on the 17th floor. Otherwise it was a great room. The room included breakfast and 4 foot massages. The foot massage was fantastic after a day of walking. The day spa is well worth a visit for a hot stone massage too. Highly recommend Mandila Beach.

スタッフは優しいし、隣にはすぐコンビニ。歩いて2分かからずビーチ。タクシードライバーもホテルの名前を言えばどこか分かっているから移動しやすい。オーシャンビューのお部屋にしましたが眺めは超最高！遮るものが何もなくひたすらに海！！サンライズ超〜良かったです。スタッフは英語が話せる人も何人かいました。私たちは翻訳アプリを使ってコミュニケーションを取りましたが変な翻訳も理解しようと頑張ってくれました。毎朝笑顔で玄関を開けてくれました。たまたま連泊中に誕生日を跨いだのですが、ホテルからサプライズでケーキのプレゼントがありました！！心あったまる接客に感動です。ありがとう！

The overall is good. We have no complaints about the hotel. However there is a beach lounge about 200m away from this hotel which plays very loud music throughout the night. If you have trouble sleeping than you should consider the city view instead of ocean view.

It was an ok stay, the location was great except for the noise from the beach bar accross the street, their music was loud and awful til late. Room was clean. The staff was very nice, attentive and responsive to guest’s need. Breakfast was ok for a short stay but for anything longer than a couple of days, it gets really boring and meh, nothing much of a food rotation. The complimentary foot massage and dinner coupons were very nice and generous. In general, it is a nice hotel.

This hotel was a good value, but not accommodating. The check in and check out were a bit long and they refused to give us an extra hour to check out. Breakfast was good but the restaurant was too busy. Food on the rooftop was ok and the menu can be improved to include local dishes especially seafood. This hotel has no private beach, but the public beach is just one busy crossing across from it.

スタッフはとても親切で接客はとてもよかったです。朝食はとても美味でした。注文すると、玉子をその場でオムレツ等にしてくれたり、フォーを作ってくれました。連泊しましたがメニューは少し違っていたので飽きませんでした。部屋は明るく見晴らしも良かったです。シャワーの水圧も問題ありませんでした。隣にスーパーがありましたのでビール、水、お菓子等を買えたので不自由はありませんでした。とても快適に過ごせました。
