Room was clean and quiet, staff friendly, breakfast good. Unfortunately, the hot tub was down during our two night stay. We really missed that as we’ve used it in the past.

Front desk staff were super friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast selection. The pool and hot tub area is outdated. Hot tub was broken. Noise in the rooms made it hard to sleep.

The front desk was excellent and the rooms were very clean. Sadly, the pool was out of order, an elevator didn’t work, and the treadmills were broken. These were all things we would have expected to know about when paying the price we did.

The only complaint I have is that the TV's are not Smart TV's and you cannot stream your services. Other than that everything was great!

Stayed in 2 rooms for one night during a family trip. Alot of construction currently happening while they build more apartments, this area is all mostly hotels and apartment buildings, however the noise wasn't even noticeable from inside. Hotel was clean and most staff was very friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed the fresh baked cookies upon check in. One of our rooms had the pull out couch, you have to go to the front desk for linens for it. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable!! Pool area was nice and warm and the hot tub was actually HOT! Great for relaxing after traveling and and exploring for a couple days. This is a huge perk for me and I usually pick my hotels based off of having a hot tub. Nice breakfast with several options of hot and cold items. Only real complaint is that one of the toilets didn't flush properly. When I called the desk they informed me they have water saving toilets and it just takes a little bit for the tank to fill. After about an hour we had to remove the lid to the tank to manually fill it in order for it to flush, not the most convenient situation at a hotel but the gal was young and I believe she was basing off the information she had. Overall, very nice hotel. Not far from several dining areas and shopping opportunities.

Everything was great EXCEPT I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and it was cold. It was full of water but the “hot” tub water was colder than the pool!

Our stay was worth the money; quiet and comfortable and overall clean, with welcoming and helpful staff. We slept fine and were able to make an early morning stop at the Starbucks across the way. Only thing negative was when I moved the Kleenex holder on the bathroom sink, it was clear the counter hadn’t been wiped down behind it (some hair and residue hiding back there). We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or try breakfast, so can’t weigh in on that. Overall fine stay.

Very clean hotel with clean rooms and bathroom. Very good breakfast included. About 30 minutes to Denver Airport. Rates were reasonable.

Nice clean property in a nice area

Staff was so nice! There were a few things in the bathroom, it did look like the walls needed to be wiped down. There were some brown spots in the wall that really threw me off so I waited to shower until we got home but the rest of the room was spotless and smelled so good!

There was dirt on the mattress sheet, but we were so tired, we didn’t want to wait to have it changed. So we slept on the flat sheet. The bed was not comfortable. But other than that, very clean. Typical breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday inn, Broomfield Hotel and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional cleanliness services provided during my visit. Throughout my stay, I was truly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness maintained in all areas of the hotel, from the lobby to the guest rooms. It was evident that great care and attention to detail were given to ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment for guests.

Didn’t like: mold in shower… no curtains on windows, can see into rooms at night… rooms not cleaned and made up daily or fresh towels… there 3 days and not serviced once

I enjoyed the facility as it is. My room was mostly clean, there was hair stuck to the bathroom walls and the shower door was broken. The fan for the unit in the room had to be on constantly to circulate the air and there was only 1 small bathroom trash can for the entire room. Breakfast was great, the staff was friendly enough and the room was nice.

Housekeeping only came once in 5 nights…that’s was our only complaint. Would stay again. Great view of the mountains. The A/C in 301 was loud also

Rooms are always good but this time the mattresses on both beds were so sunken it made for a terrible nights sleep. My last night there I heard loud music all night and couldn’t sleep good and then had to get up and drive 10 hours.

It was just okay, served the purpose as a cheaper alternative to staying in Boulder for CU family weekend, though still too expensive for what it is. Air conditioning didn’t work well in the room. Rooms are showing wear, shower did not work properly, valve to convert from tub to shower wouldn’t stay up.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean, breakfast was quite good. Great jumping off point for our visit to Rocky Mountain National Park, and also to take in a Rockies game. Only issue was that our room on the top floor did not have good Wifi reception, and I had to bring my laptop to the lobby, where the reception was fine. They also had two computers in the lobby that were available for use. Would stay here again.

The building seemed very new... rooms were nice, clean,spacious

Spent two nights here while we were visiting colleges in the area. Selected it for location, price, breakfast, pool & hot tub. Very nice breakfast. Indoor pool was pretty small and shallow and chilly but it was fine. Hot tub was nice with strong jets. Room (2nd floor -- two queens) was standard size. Weird that the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. Beds were comfortable enough. TV was a little glitchy and we discovered several room lights (attached to closet and below the TV) the day we left. Staff was friendly but they always seemed to be in their backroom/office when we would pass through the front door. One of my biggest complaints was the construction next door. Wish the front desk would have discussed the issue with me before they gave us a room. We had a nice view of the mountains but woke early to construction equipment high pitched beeps as they backed up just outside our window. Also, the room would get very warm and stuffy and the AC united was necessary to keep the room at 69/70 so it would run quite often and it sounded like a loud airplane engine. I would stay here again but need a different room.

One night. Room perfect. 2 minor issues, the couch was hard and the led in the clock was missing most of the numbers. I didn't use either so it didn't matter to me. Breakfast was awesome.

I was overcharged by $140. I reserved the room with Expedia for $180 and when I checked in, they billed me another $140. I don't know how to get this back.

We arrived late, 3am, due to flights. I was worried because I had not alerted the hotel of our late arrival. They had no problem checking us in. The girl at the desk was so sweet and friendly even at 3am. It was a nice greeting. The breakfast and coffee was great as well!

The free breakfast ran out everyday before 9 and the staff was rude. There was never anyone at the front desk. Will not stay here again.

Everything was set up. Clean. Friendly, helpful and honest staff. I lost my AirPods and case, I told hotel staff that they were most likely left in the sheets. Jessie was able to find them and called me back to let me know they found them. Just before my needing to get to my flight out!

Started with poor Expedia performance with inability to modify my reservation. Had to call hotel desk myself to get it resolved. Also, prices were ridiculous as hotel doubled prices to take advantage of local college graduation. Bathtub was very slippery…needs a mat. Phone inop in room 333. Breakfast cinnamon rolls was best thing about stay. Towels were thin and small. Tried to add my IHG rewards number to my visit and front desk was unable to do it. No receipt on checkout as they said Expedia would send but never got it.

Stay was great! The hold on my credit card was not great as I was not aware of it and then it went from $50 the first day to $106.24 the 2nd day. Took forever for my bank to lift the hold so kind of put me in a spot as I did not have a lot of money as it was for my trip.

I have never met people so nice in the hotel industries, and the hotel was amazing.

The employee at check-in was not very knowledgeable in regard to checking in going through Hotels.com. He stated it was complicated, so it took a little longer than I had anticipated. We have not ever had an issue checking in by using Hotels.com. We were looking forward to using the hot tub. However, it was not working. That was partly why we chose the hotel. We also chose the hotel because of the reviews, the experience we had did not coincide with the reviews that we read, unfortunately! We did ask for a late check out, that they did grant us, however the fire alarm, which was next our room was triggered twice!! They said it was pulled accidentally! So we ended up leaving close to the checkout time anyway. The experience we had was far from great. We will not be returning to this hotel. We were very disappointed as we look at the reviews, and make a decision on where to stay. P.S. the breakfast was mediocre.

Clean and modern rooms with very comfy beds. The hotel is very nice and has good amenities. Location was a bit meh. There’s nothing in walking distance but it only takes 10 mins to get into Boulder. Like most hotels in the US, the recycling facilities are poor.

Clean, quiet, and a safe area

New but pretty basic Holiday Inn Express. Bathroom was fine. Got put in a smoking room on first floor initially but quickly asked for a new room and got one on fourth floor. Construction next door could be irritating but we were not in room a ton. Good location right off 36. Breakfast was same - standard HIE - nothing to write home about but plenty of it and fresh.

Great front desk staff. Very nice and helpful. Clean rooms, good complementary breakfast and close to shopping and restaurants. Last time we stayed they had water in the lobby area along with the coffee. This time they didn't have the water. That is the only suggestion I would make is to bring the water back.

Great hotel in quiet and convenient location. My only complaint was the breakfast room was not well stocked, it was out of a lot of the options.

Parking was great, clise spaces were available and no fee that i recall. We went down for breakfast 15 mins before it clised and thwre were limited choices. They should keep it replenished until the end of service

Took our grandkids aged 6 and 4 for a fun overnight stay. Close to a pizza restaurant to bring back to the hotel. Used the pool and hot tub. Got a thumbs up from both kids! Breakfast was very good…pancakes, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, omelettes, cereal, boiled eggs, fruit, etc.

The spa was down, the pool was dirty. The breakfast was the worst because food was not there. We had to ask like 3 times for them to replenish.

This hotel was very quiet, clean and well maintained. I loved that they offer turkey sausage at breakfast. It was also nice that they kind of changed things up for breakfast.

This hotel is a must-stay! It's clean, it's quiet, the breakfast is wonderful (those cinnamon rolls are to die for!), the staff are friendly, and if you're lucky enough to get a West-facing room, the view is breathtaking!
