Nice breakfast- Buffet style: porridge/meats/boiled eggs and toast we were able to leave our bags there while we went on an excursion for the day.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hébergement. Nous avons séjourné en chambre privée juste en face du sauna de l'auberge. L'hébergement est au centre ville et à côté de l'arrêt de bus pour se rendre à l'aéroport et au village du père noël. Le petit déjeuner est super.

I stayed in the dormitory since hotels in Rovaniemi can be quite expensive, and this property is very centrally located, close to bus stops, restaurants, and shops. There were several showers and toilets available, as well as a functional kitchen, which was very convenient. There’s also a café on the ground floor, making it easy to grab a coffee without having to go out into the cold, especially during winter. I also tried the private sauna for €18, which included a towel and water. There are also designated times when you can use the sauna for free if you don’t mind sharing it with others. Overall, it’s good value for money, especially if you’re traveling on a budget.

C’est très bien situé, 10 à 15 minutes des points de visites. Très bon accueil, personnel sympathique, bonne ambiance. La cuisine partagée est une très bonne idée. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est complet et bon, manque de variété. L’arrêt de bus pour l’aéroport (8€), le village du père (7€ l’aller retour) et le zoo de Rania est à 5’ Chambres avec lits confortables avec ou sans douche. Style auberge de jeunesse améliorée. Sauna pour femmes de 17h à 18h, pas eu d’occasion d’essayer. Pour aller voir les aurores boréales : nordic odyssey ou wild about Lapland Pleine d’autres activités et belles balades Au zoo de Ranua jusqu’à mi mars : voir nourrir l’ours et les renards polaires. Trajets en bus (16.4 ou 18.1€ le trajet) et billets (22€) à acheter en ligne. Buffets variés au déjeuner en moyenne 15€

We stayed in a double room which was excellent. Clean modern very comfy. No TV , was fine for us for a change. Hostel is very safe with key cards for all doors and lift. Breakfast was great, simple but fresh, and replenished throughout. Place has a good vibe, staff v friendly. Highly recommend this place as value for money

Lovely clean modern rooms and facilities. Great shared kitchen and lounge area for chilling out. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was fab. The cafe where we had breakfast was also lovely. Great location and would definitely stay again

The hostel was very clean, the layout was easy, and the beds were comfortable. However I did find it strange that guests with a room key were not able to access the rooftop terrace which was always empty. Seems like a waste not to have this area free to be used by their guests. I believe a special reservation needs to be made. When we asked if we could access with our room key the reception said “No” and did not elaborate further which I found strange. The service of the staff at the cafe wasn’t the warmest either, we were never acknowledged or greeted when we first entered the space and the receptionist, although professional, did not give a very friendly vibe. Overall we enjoyed the spacious rooms and the property was very clean. We had to check out early so unfortunately we could not enjoy the breakfast so we cannot comment on that.

Bien situé dans le centre. Mais il fait froid dans la chambre (plusieurs avis vont dans ce sens) L'insonorisation de la chambre nest pas terrible et on entend du bruit. Enfin, il y a des rideaux censées etre occultant mais ils ne sont pas suffisamment long et ne couvrent pas entièrement les 2 fenetres... donc la luminosité passe a côté, autant ne pas en mettre dans ce cas car totalement inefficace ou alors mettre un rideau qui fait toute la longueur de la fenetre !

I was pleasantly surprised with the Hostel Cafe Koti. Ice been to many hotels in Rovaniemi, but this was really one of the best. Only complaint i have is about blackout curtains. They were lacking quite a bit.

Es muy cómodo por su ubicación céntrica, te incluyen un buen desayuno, lastima que el último día el personal de recepción indicó que no nos podía solicitar un taxi y en la zona el transporte hacia el aeropuerto es muy complicado

Das Hotel ist vom Preis und der Leistung her absolut top!! Jederzeit gebe ich dafür eine Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Rovaniemi! Einzig problematisch ist, dass ab 18:30 Uhr der Check in nur selbst durchgeführt werden kann. Man bekommt dafür einen Code - als wir den Code bekamen, waren wir aber schon auf der Reise... und ich ich hatte leider die falsche Mailadresse, auf der ich nur zu Hause Zugriff habe, angegeben... Telefonisch reagierte niemand, was ärgerlich war, also hatte ich das Glück, dass mein Sohn zu Hause erreichbar war und mir die Codes für das Betreten des Hostels und der Zimmern zusandte.... Ansonsten wären wir nicht in das Hotel zu unseren Zimmern gekommen! Aber das war das einzige Problem - alles andere war perfekt!!

Endroit sympathique et calme. Le check-in est facile, même après 19h. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Bonne ambiance : la cuisine est partagée avec de jeunes étudiants ou touristes, et parfois aussi avec des personnes plus âgées, mais l’atmosphère reste toujours agréable. Nous avions loué une chambre double avec salle de bain. Petit-déjeuner satisfaisant et bon emplacement : l’arrêt de bus pour l’aéroport se trouve à seulement 5 minutes. A revenir!

Staff were very friendly from check in to check out. Breakfast was included and whilst the only hot food was porridge it was very tasty and warming and there were preserves, seeds and nuts that could be added. There was also freshly baked bread and a selection of boiled eggs, turkey meat and salads. Great coffee and juices as well. The location was excellent being near most of the adventure companies offering tours as well as a lot of restaurants. Easy to get to - we caught the bus from the airport and got off at a stop that was very close. Definitely recommend.

The hostel was very clean, the layout was easy, and the beds were comfortable. However I did find it strange that guests with a room key were not able to access the rooftop terrace which was always empty. Seems like a waste not to have this area free to be used by their guests. I believe a special reservation needs to be made. When we asked if we could access with our room key the reception said “No” and did not elaborate further which I found strange. The service of the staff at the cafe wasn’t the warmest either, we were never acknowledged or greeted when we first entered the space and the receptionist, although professional, did not give a very friendly vibe. Overall we enjoyed the spacious rooms and the property was very clean. We had to check out early so unfortunately we could not enjoy the breakfast so we cannot comment on that.

I absolutely love my stay at Cafe Koti. Staff were friendly, and the palce's design is very colorful and interesting. Staff were really helpful with assisting me where to visit while in Rovaniemi. Highly recommended, and pricing is fair.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hébergement. Nous avons séjourné en chambre privée juste en face du sauna de l'auberge. L'hébergement est au centre ville et à côté de l'arrêt de bus pour se rendre à l'aéroport et au village du père noël. Le petit déjeuner est super.

I stayed in the dormitory since hotels in Rovaniemi can be quite expensive, and this property is very centrally located, close to bus stops, restaurants, and shops. Endroit sympathique et calme. Le check-in est facile, même après 19h. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Bonne ambiance : la cuisine est partagée avec de jeunes étudiants ou touristes, et parfois aussi avec des personnes plus âgées, mais l’atmosphère reste toujours agréable. Nous avions loué une chambre double avec salle de bain. Petit-déjeuner satisfaisant et bon emplacement : l’arrêt de bus pour l’aéroport se trouve à seulement 5 minutes. A revenir!

There was also freshly baked bread and a selection of boiled eggs, turkey meat and salads. Great coffee and juices as well. The location was excellent being near most of the adventure companies offering tours as well as a lot of restaurants. Easy to get to - we caught the bus from the airport and got off at a stop that was very close. Definitely recommend.

Lovely clean modern rooms and facilities. Great shared kitchen and lounge area for chilling out. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was fab. The cafe where we had breakfast was also lovely. Great location and would definitely stay again

Quizá la ubicación de la cafetería del desayuno o la recepción no son las adecuadas. Además, deberían indicar qué está y qué no está incluido en el desayuno. Nos cobraron unos zumos a posteriori sin que hubiera ninguna advertencia de que no formaban parte del bufé libre. ¡En cualquier caso, recomendable!
