We had such a great stay at this property! The staff upon arrival was welcoming and very helpful and the room was clean and well stocked for us. The location was perfect - close to shopping, dining, and major highways to get to and from everywhere we needed to go. My only complaint was that the ventilation in the pool wasn't very good - the smell of chlorine was so overbearing that it made me cough and I had to crack a door to get some fresh air, just to watch the kids play. But otherwise, no complaints.

The room was comfortable and clean for the most part. Moved a chair to look for a missing item and found an old key card and used kleenex, showing they vacuum around the furniture. The pool and hottub were very dirty though. Green slime all around the filters and the hottub had enough foam from dead skin cells, etc to drown in! Was very gross.

I loved our stay here. It was so nice and clean, quiet, and well maintained. The room was spotless when we arrived and the daily cleaning service was great to have, they did a wonderful job. The pool and hot tub were great, the cafe in the lobby was a nice touch to my morning routine, I woke up around 7/8am and enjoyed heading down to grab a latte and sit in the lounge area to answer work emails. There was even ann employee who brushed the Ice and snow off our car and all the others in the lot when there was an overnight storm. The fruit water in the lobby was really cool, and the little snack market corner was nice for midnight munchies. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor patio/fire pit but in warmer weather it would have been perfect. There is shopping and lots of good food options in walking distance. Great experience, would definitely return.

Front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. We only stayed a few nights for a concert. Great location, easy access to highway, shopping and the mountians. Upon arrival and during our stay the hallways and elevator had not been swept or vacuumed. Room was decent enough for the price. The breakfast/coffee bar had decent options. However, both days there was no attendant and items needed to be refilled and tables wiped down. We had to ask the front desk to track someone down to refill pancake mix, forks, bowls, coffee, and they had no salt or pepper.

This was the first time we stayed on the bottom floor and hopefully it’s the last it was too noisy. You could smell the coffee from the Starbucks. You could tell when someone ordered a breakfast sandwich because you smelled the bacon cooking.

Stayed on a Sunday thru Sunday. Won’t be going back to this hotel. Other than carpets are gross, kids toys, cig butts and other random garbage in the parking the whole week I was there. They do not have enough staff working the counters, several times I stood at the counters waiting for someone. Friday night ordered food from the cafe through the app, went downstairs to pick it up only to have the front counter girl say sorry, I’m the only working and so we are no longer serving food tonight. But yet the app took my money and was told it will be refunded in a couple days. It’s been a week and a half, nothing. So, dirty hotel, garbage in the parking lot, lack of customer service, no hurry to refund for failed service. No more Marriott’s for me.

I stayed one night at this hotel. The property is well kept, nice clean rooms, it was quiet, and enjoyed the room. The customer service was horrendous. I arrived around 4:30 to check in. The guy working said there were no rooms cleaned and had to wait and see. This is totally unacceptable. Check in is at 3pm and you should have a room ready. I didn’t get to my room until an hour after I arrived. This set a poor tone for the stay. I went to the desk to check out and hand in keys in the morning. The guy standing there didn’t acknowledge me and just looked at the computer typing something in. Just zero acknowledgement and lack of customer service. I can’t recommend this hotel for that alone. I won’t be back because of this.

Very nice hotel, convenient and close to restaurants and shopping. Check in was fast and friendly.The only downfall is there was no free continental breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately the breakfast prices were outrageous for a family of four it was cheaper for us to go eat across the way at Snooze.

Our room was great, with a comfortable semi-firm bed, and everything was very clean. We loved the big shower. The pool and hot tub are a little small, but again, kept very clean. Front desk clerks were both friendly and helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We do wish breakfast was included with the room, however, the meals we ordered were fantastic (loaded tots, and yogurt parfait) and I love that they offer Starbucks drinks so you can get a latte in the lobby (before 9am). We stayed here twice during our Christmas roadtrip to visit family, and would happily stay again if the need arose.

This property is very poorly managed. We reserved a room with breakfast included, but when we arrived for breakfast, no one seemed to know that breakfast was part of our reservation. After some back and forth, the staff finally checked and confirmed that it was indeed included. The breakfast itself was disappointing, but the bigger problem came at checkout. Although breakfast was included in our rate, we had been asked to sign a bill each morning, and we discovered that we had actually been charged for it. When we raised the issue, the manager told us that she could only correct the bill after we had already left the hotel, which is hardly reassuring when dealing with incorrect charges. Even worse, on the morning of checkout, housekeeping entered our room at 8:30 while we were still in bed, and at 9:00 a maintenance worker walked in without knocking or announcing himself. Poor communication, incorrect billing, and unacceptable disregard for guest privacy.

We stayed here about 4 yrs ago and it was great then and they are maintaining a high standard. It’s in a great location with lots of great restaurant options within a few minutes walking or driving. They have a good workout area, but are also near neighborhood trails. Also near excellent shopping options. IMO best hotel in this area, you cannot go wrong staying here.
