Very, clean, staff respectful, friendly, helpful. This place is quiet close to the center villa we have walked in a safety manner.

This hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star property; it is closer to a 2-star experience. The room had no air conditioning, only a small fan, and the temperature exceeded 29°C, making it very uncomfortable. The towels and bed sheets were of poor quality, and the bathroom was in bad condition, with a partially broken shower. I had read in previous reviews that the breakfast was excellent, but this was not my experience. Food items that should have been refrigerated such as fruit, cheese, and cold cuts, were left exposed, with many flies around them, which was both unappetizing and concerning from a hygiene perspective. Overall, I am very disappointed and genuinely surprised by the rating this hotel has on Hotels.com.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the center. Thank you very much to the employees for a friendly atmosphere, I would be glad to stay at your hotel again! And of course a huge thanks to the lovely cat Pasha, he really likes guests!
