A very nice room conveniently located right off the Ave Louise. Attractively remodeled. Good value for money. Might suggest a mat in the shower as the shower floor can be slippery. Otherwise fine. Nice coffee in the morning. No lift - so for those with mobility problems might be difficult to climb the three flights of stairs if you have a room on the top floor as we did.

No lift so if you are carrying anything heavy be prepared to carry them upstairs. Staff was kind but basically they are only there from 10am to 3pm while theybclean the rooms that are getting vacant. After that you can only get service if you call or mqil them. Rooms get cleanead in a per visit basic so avoid long stays.

Recommended. Tiny hotel without any front desk. Enter with codes at any time. Rooms are randomly decorated and a bit worn but functional. There is no elevator and only one narrow staircase which was a small challenge with my suitcases when the room is on the 4th floor. The online help was very responsive and helpful. Breakfast in the micro breakfast was plentiful and the nice Nepalese lady asks you what you want. You can store your own luggage and retrieve it with a code later.

La habitación estaba limpia y la cama estaba cómoda. Lo malo es que está en un cuarto piso y no hay elevador, tampoco hay aire acondicionado solo un pequeño ventilador por lo que la habitación se calienta un montón. Al hacer check out te tienes que llevar las maletas contigo porque no hay lugar para guardarlas mientras esperas.

Kleines verstecktes, persönlich geführtes Hotel im Altbau mit wenigen Zimmern um die Ecke von Avenue Louise mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung (Bus, Tram). Check-in läuft mit Codenummern; Kommunikation war sehr zuverlässig und äußerst freundlich. Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Ich hatte ein Zimmer unterm Dach, das sehr aufgeheizt war. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung als echte Alternative zu großen Hotelketten.

The room was perfectly clean and tidy. The bathroom is well equipped with a hair dryer, toiletries and a shower with sufficient water pressure. The host was lovely and very considerate - an ironing board and iron were provided on request. The breakfast was more than adequate with fruit, bread, spreads, pastries and more. We had a completely trouble-free stay at the property.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos. We were on the 2nd floor and faced the main road. With the windows closed, there was minimal noise from outside. The hotel itself was very quiet. The location is quite good as it is outside of the main tourist areas but there is a bus only a 5 minute walk away which will take you to Brussels Centraal. We stayed here 2 nights at the start of our holiday and one night at the end.

Picture and description are not at all what you get. 3 flights up, no lights or significant signage and over an Indian restaurant! Not a great part of town, very loud. Both tvs had no signal and didn’t work, never saw a human being until 10 am on check out day when she wanted to clean? Multiple codes to get in property and room but no light on outside of property. Bare minimum place w good pics

My room was clean and ready by the time I checked-in. The area is a block away from a grocery store and stops for the tram and busses, which is convenient. The hosts were responsive to all my questions I had during my stay in Brussels.

Really friendly staff and helpful. We opted for breakfast which was also great value for the 2 of us. There is a tram stop about 2 minutes walk from the hotel which will take you into the city centre which I would recommend. We walked to Louiza and that was a nice suburb to walk around too.

A very nice room conveniently located right off the Ave Louise. Attractively remodeled. Good value for money. Might suggest a mat in the shower as the shower floor can be slippery. Otherwise fine. Absolutely horrendous. The property itself is 1-2 miles from City Centre. There is no staff on-site. No air conditioning no heating, bright orange light pouring in through the windows all night. Beds were stiff flimsy and difficult to sleep on. Floors covered by a very rough area rug.

Kleines verstecktes, persönlich geführtes Hotel im Altbau mit wenigen Zimmern um die Ecke von Avenue Louise mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung (Bus, Tram). Check-in läuft mit Codenummern; Kommunikation war sehr zuverlässig und äußerst freundlich. Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber, die Betten bequem. Ich hatte ein Zimmer unterm Dach, das sehr aufgeheizt war. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung als echte Alternative zu großen Hotelketten.

Really friendly staff and helpful. We opted for breakfast which was also great value for the 2 of us. There is a tram stop about 2 minutes walk from the hotel which will take you into the city centre which I would recommend. We walked to Louiza and that was a nice suburb to walk around too.

Recommended. Tiny hotel without any front desk. Enter with codes at any time. Rooms are randomly decorated and a bit worn but functional. There is no elevator and only one narrow staircase which was a small challenge with my suitcases when the room is on the 4th floor. The online help was very responsive and helpful. Breakfast in the micro breakfast was plentiful and the nice Nepalese lady asks you what you want. You can store your own luggage and retrieve it with a code later.

The room was perfectly clean and tidy. The bathroom is well equipped with a hair dryer, toiletries and a shower with sufficient water pressure. The host was lovely and very considerate - an ironing board and iron were provided on request. The breakfast was more than adequate with fruit, bread, spreads, pastries and more. We had a completely trouble-free stay at the property.

We stayed in a twin room for four days and we both totally satisfied the location and its price. That was well stay for the first time visitors in Brussels!! The room was just right size for two of us and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was well cleaned and so was the shower room. We had to go to the lounge to make coffee and tea, but all clean equipments were set always. The staff was so nice and she did everything as we requested right away without bothering our schedule. Their wifi was good and fast, but we wished our tv hadn’t lost its signal on the second day. We knew there weren’t a lift, but if there was, it’d be more helpful with heavy suitcases.

Hoome was wonderful! The staff was amazing. My room surpassed my expectations. After some initial difficulty, getting access to my room and wifi acess due to a missed email that might have been helpful, everyone and everything worked out great!
