We had a lovely time it was relaxing and quiet. We really enjoyed the small pool and the Hot tub. The breakfast spread was nice and fresh with lots of choices. I would /will recommend to my friends and family.

Our family spent one night here and had a great stay. The hotel room was updated with several clever design features. We were especially delighted by the onsite EV chargers. We were able to charge our car overnight, which was critical since we were on a road trip. There were four level 2 chargers.

This property is wonderful. The staff were incredibly welcoming, they really seemed happy to be there. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day of driving. The outdoor patio is wonderful, would recommend they add a few more outdoor fire pits, they are popular. Easy to walk to restaurants or main main strip.

An unexpected detour to Manchester and this was a last minute reservation. We arrived late, but the check-in was very easy, the room was spotless, and the bed was clean and comfortable. I will say the bathroom was the cleanest hotel bathroom I've ever been in!

Great property that is well maintained and very clean. Rooms were well appointed, bathrooms were spotless. Breakfast in am was perfect. Again very clean. I’m not sure when the property was refreshed, but it looked very recent based on overall condition. Staff was very friendly as well.

Loved the oatmeal with healthy toppings and the fresh fruit. I'm also gluten free so this was healthy and perfect. The front desk staff was so friendly and so welcoming, so nice. Shout out to Elle who checked us in. We loved the hot tub. It was clean and relaxing. The room was fine but not 5 star clean. Does the housekeeping staff have mops? The floors were not clean. Sheets were rumpled. That was the only downside of the stay.

No major issue but a lot of little things. Floor in the room was sticky, no conditioner in the dispenser and laundry room right above my room so heard it while trying to take a nap. Hassled when trying to check in use rewards number because it was under a spouses name. Just felt like everything was just a bit harder than it needed to be.

Unfortunately we were given a handicapped accessible room which we did not like. Turning the lights on was a challenge and I could not figure out how to work the shower. The hotel is very nice and I would stay again as long as I had a regular room.

Extra spacious room - very nice! You feel much better in a big room. It was, most likely, a one-off, but I'd take it any time. Complaints - small and very few. Sliding door, shared by wardrobe and bathroom, was always sliding towards wardrobe - kinda funny, not to the person, using a toilet, though. I used a key-card from my previous stay to make a wedge and steady the door in closed position. Hilarious. Being trained as almost a rocket scientist I had no problem figuring how to handle window blinds.

The shower clearly had a water saver on it. A shower took a very long time because of that, probably resulting in more water being used. Other than that it was excellent.

Comfortable bed and room was big and very clean. Only problem was that I asked for a walk in shower for my husband and was told that the room had one but it had a tub instead . It was hard for him to get into and was slippery .

Amazing stay and service! The hotel is comfortable, clean and centrally located to downtown Manchester. There was ample space in the lounge area to accommodate our five families, and they allowed us to use this space to bring in dinner. The customer service was outstanding! Stacy from reception went out of her way to ensure that all the needs of our large group (and our teens) were taken care of! Another gentleman gave excellent recommendations regarding dining in the area. Would highly recommend staying in this lovely hotel!

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay. Facilities were neat and clean, staff were friendly and knowledgeable and overall it was a very quiet location. Everything worked as it should. Many fine restaurants and shops are within walking. When I return to the Manchester area, I won’t hesitate to stay here again.

We chose this hotel this time on our trip to Manchester. Hotel was great. The morning breakfast had a wide variety of food. The coffee was always available and hot. Our room was clean. The shower was great. We had excellent water pressure. Overall, it was a terrific stay and we certainly would come back there

The hotel is centrally located in the town close to all outlets and restaurants. The grounds are very well maintained and the interior is very clean and comfortable. Amenities are all fairly new and well maintained. Breakfast is buffet style with enough variety for everyone. Toaster needs to be upgraded because it’s too slow and it is a bottleneck when busy. Great place to stay.
