WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The hotel is constantly filled with smoke and vape from the "smoking area" that is illegally set up right in front of the man n entryway. I'm a disabled veteran in a disabled access room and the "smoking area" is directly below my room, so ALL THE SMOKE AND VAPE ARE COMING DIRECTLY INTO MY ROOM

Overall clean hotel rooms and main areas but the pool smelled and had green growing on the sides. Staff friendly but often sitting on the ground just outside the back door smoking with it cracked open a bit which allowed the smoke smell in the lobby.

The property is very clean and stylish. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The complementary breakfast was delicious. The pool was being refurbished when we were there so we didn’t get to use that. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This Hampton Inn is in very bad condition. The furniture was nasty to try to sit on, plus the bathroom floor was sticky and the shower had mold on the shower floor as well as all around the shower door. I did not even use it. The bed was very hard. I could ge on and on.

The room was alright but had dirty areas. The bathroom is moldy and it just seems things weren’t wiped down. The wall paper is peeling, ceiling is peeling in the shower. The shower door is broke making the shower unusable. I wish I could post pictures to this review.

The front desk person was extremely friendly and asked to make sure our room was comfortable and clean. She checked us in quickly and provided us all the information we needed for the facility. The decor was fresh and modern and extremely clean. It was one of the first hotel last I’ve stayed in that had zero smoke smell. The room was spacious and perfectly clean. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Hotel is fine. Got loud at 2 am for a few hours with people slamming doors and running up and down the hallways. Nothing was done. Family on both the 2nd and 3rd floors could hear the loudness.

Clean, easy access right off highway. Breakfast was excellent for a free breakfast. Only issue was the noise above us from being on the 1st floor. It sounded like people were running and wrestling. Ha! I slept well and would stay again. P.S. We didn’t bring our dogs but they allow them which I thought was cool.

Check in was great, we arrived a lil early and a room was available. We were able to park by the door where are room was. The walls / ceiling seemed thin and bathroom seemed to have had water damage, but besides that, all was good🙂

We had made the reservation only hours before arriving at the hotel. While checking in we found that we had made the reservation for one week in the future and not for the night of arrival. The hotel was full, but the desk clerk worked with us and was able to provide an "emergency room" for us. We paid a 50% premium over the online price. Upon getting into the room, we could tell it was a "held in reserve" room as the shelves and cabinets had not been dusted, and the hair conditioner dispenser in the bathtub was empty. The bed was comfortable and the heater worked.

The hotel is clean and well-kept, making for a comfy stay. The area around it isn’t the best, with lots of trailers and some sketchy-looking people wandering around. Luckily, we only stayed for one night as a rest stop during our long drive. The next morning, we woke up to find a flat tire. We drove to a nearby town, which felt much safer, and got it fixed. Other than that, no complaints about the hotel itself.

Breakfast choices were the best we've seen in a long time. We were thrilled to see bacon & omelets, even oatmeal and salsa for the eggs, strawberry mix for waffles. Incredible breakfast options. Very little seating though on a busy event weekend. Staff was super friendly & fast. Cons - room not vacuumed well, tub was not very clean. Few amenities in the room as far as cups, soap etc. Not the quality of room we expected for the price. Cute decor but cheap. Had to walk softly & not talk loud due to noisy floors and walls - zero privacy for anyone as far as noise reduction goes. Breakfast was definitely the redeeming quality at this property. Convenient to the casino event.
