The breakfast had little to no options and wasn’t stocked when I had gotten to it at 7:30 am in the morning only real option was yogurt cereal and waffles nothing in the bread holder so no toast or bagels. The hot tub was out and the pool was heated during the summer so that was bummer not having a nice cold pool in triple digit weather. All around tho decent stay for 80 bucks right off the turnpike and by a 24 hr gas station.

The bed was very comfortable and the indoor heated pool was really nice until a bunch of unsupervised children took it over. The phones didnt work, there were no ice buckets, bags for ice or trash cans anywhere. House keeping knocked loudly on our door both mornings before 9am which was annoying. There was no juice in the juice machines and the hot tub was filmy and the jets barely worked. But at the end of the day it was only 65 a night. It wasnt horrible but it wasn't great either. Good for a night stay on the road but not for a nice weekend getaway.

It was great for a quick one night stay. Room was clean and bright. The hot tub was down and the pool chemicals kind of strong, but we enjoyed it anyway. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was basic and fine. For the price, the hotel experience was above average - better than nearby at comparable rate.

Room was clean but needed a new shower head. Grimy and full of mold. Staff was gracious to change out immediately. All staff was pleasant, except for Astra (owners wife) very rude and is good about rolling her eyes when you asked her a simple question (she is the reason for the 3 star because everyone else was great)! The place is very old and there was barely any choices for breakfast. I was told there was shortage (even milk had to be bought to sustain the guest). My room was very clean but for some reason, there was an excessive amount of flies we had to deal with by morning. Couldn’t figure out where the location was that allow the flies access, my last two days ate the hotel. The hot tub does not work and has not worked for months-this should be addressed on the website. This is false advertisement.

First and last time I stay at a Days Inn. Where do I even start.. I booked 2 rooms through Expedia, paid through Expedia, and I was charged at the hotel as well, that’s just the beginning. (Still waiting on my refund from the hotel). The rooms smelled musty, the bed sheets were dirty. I requested another room and those sheets were dirty as well. The walls are falling apart, one of the bathroom doors was broken, the shower tub must have been clogged because the water was going down very slowly, I literally had to turn off the water multiple times to let the water drain just so I wouldn’t be standing in dirty water. The shower towels were moist as well as the toilet paper. Breakfast was a joke. Microwavable eggs and sausage, waffles and cereal. That was the breakfast menu. Only reason I stayed was because it was the middle of the night and my kids were exhausted. Horrible experience.

BLACK MOLD on bathroom walls. Caused a nasty allergy reaction. Should be reported to Ottawa County Health Department to shut down. --- Very rude at check in, lecturing on policies as if I was a criminal. Did not offer a different room or refund when told about the the LARGE filthy BLACK MOLD and very musty stench in the room. Was told to make complaint with Hotels.com as the hotel did not have a way to refund the room.

For the dollar it's what you would expect. But the sheets had fresh stains. Remote batteries were dead, Only had stairs which looked like the carpet has never been vacuumed . No coffee pot. Parking lot was well lit. Again, for the money it was a cheap place to stay.

My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night the first night, went to the front desk and was told “I only work overnights, and I don’t know anything about ac’s”, so after messing with the air conditioner for an hour or so I was able to resolve the issue. Then had people stomping well into the middle of the night. Lastly our room had ants everywhere.

The room was ok but dont intend on getting any sleep here. Noise all night long. Loud music, loud talking, people upstairs moving furniture around or aleast thats what it sounded like. Got maybe 2 hours of sleep before people started slamming doors and tvs really loud. Just a very noisy place...

I would give zero stars if I could. Reserved our room, given keys to an occupied room! People coming out of their rooms yelling while front desk confronts the people in the room. Finally get into a “clean” room to find bugs in the bathroom-floors were so gross I would not take off my shoes. If you like to stay where you can hear other people’s conversation as if they’re sitting next to you, this is the place for you. I highly recommend driving 30 miles down the road to find higher quality rooms for less!! I can’t believe Wyndham would even associate their brand to this MOTEL!

We didn't get to stay here, the hotel didn't have power when we arrived for our stay. I just want to point out that the entire staff was very friendly and easy to work with to receive a refund. It was much appreciated.
We didn't get to stay here, the hotel didn't have power when we arrived for our stay. I just want to point out that the entire staff was very friendly and easy to work with to receive a refund. It was much appreciated.

The hotel had trash around the outside, no lock on main door (they have a string to tie it shut), bathroom disgusting as there was someone else’s hair in the tub, bathroom door filthy, some type of green yuck on the shower head. When we came in late from the casino, the night counter lady was asleep in a chair in the lobby - she never even knew we walked past her! Housekeeping started literally beating on the door at 10:40 am when check out is 11am. She banged on the door 4 different times! Lobby and hallways are not clean. This is a less than one star hotel!

BLACK MOLD on bathroom walls. Caused a nasty allergy reaction. Should be reported to Ottawa County Health Department to shut down. --- Very rude at check in, lecturing on policies as if I was a criminal. Did not offer a different room or refund when told about the the LARGE filthy BLACK MOLD and very musty stench in the room. Was told to make complaint with Hotels.com as the hotel did not have a way to refund the room.

It was great for a quick one night stay. Room was clean and bright. The hot tub was down and the pool chemicals kind of strong, but we enjoyed it anyway. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was basic and fine. For the price, the hotel experience was above average - better than nearby at comparable rate.

This was a good deal for a moderately priced motel. The rooms were clean and looked like they had been updated recently. Everyone in our group liked the beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is not exceptional but was safe. The location has easy access to major roads and to Interstate 44.

The breakfast had little to no options and wasn’t stocked when I had gotten to it at 7:30 am in the morning only real option was yogurt cereal and waffles nothing in the bread holder so no toast or bagels. The hot tub was out and the pool was heated during the summer so that was bummer not having a nice cold pool in triple digit weather. All around tho decent stay for 80 bucks right off the turnpike and by a 24 hr gas station.

Front desk woman was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Place needs updating. Bathroom and beds were clean. Inside microwave was clean. Outside dirty. I had to wipe down table, desk and tv stand, bedside table and phone.Cloth was filthy. Breakfast was not impressive. No peanut butter or Jelly for toast. Would not stay again.

My room was dirty- the bathroom floor was dirty especially around the tub toilet area. the bathtub mat was disgusting. The mirror in the bed area was nasty, and one of the "clean" bathroom shower towels were rolled up differently and was dirty when I rolled. The breakfast was low quality, the bagels were hard, milk was barely cold. The tub didn't drain when we showered

First they show you a nice room that's it the bathroom shower head is way over due to be replaced the toilet seat I guess if you like that kind of atmosphere then take it home no tools required the breakfast if you don't mind heating your food in a microwave and consider that the plate you are going to use might leach toxins in your food. U can do a lot better

Room was clean but needed a new shower head. Grimy and full of mold. Staff was gracious to change out immediately. All staff was pleasant, except for Astra (owners wife) very rude and is good about rolling her eyes when you asked her a simple question (she is the reason for the 3 star because everyone else was great)! The place is very old and there was barely any choices for breakfast. I was told there was shortage (even milk had to be bought to sustain the guest). My room was very clean but for some reason, there was an excessive amount of flies we had to deal with by morning. Couldn’t figure out where the location was that allow the flies access, my last two days ate the hotel. The hot tub does not work and has not worked for months-this should be addressed on the website. This is false advertisement.
