PROs: comfy beds, back door to dog walk area & pool, looks recently renovated, large room, sink separate from bathroom (big help if more than 1 getting ready), 2 wastebaskets). CONs: room only had 1 coffee pack & cup (despite reservation for 2 adults), no grab bar or bath mat (dangers when exiting shower), some towels a bit grungy, only had two bathtowels & 1 washcloth for 2 adults.

They put a U-Haul business where breakfast used to be served. They are remodeling, but renting dilapidated units in the meantime. The bathroom door was damaged. The water was luke warm, and the smoke detector was off of the ceiling. I asked to be moved. The one they moved us to was good.

Good value overall. Room was decent. A couple dead bugs but that seems to be everywhere in the summer. Laundry room/ice room was a little dirty with water on floor. Relatively quiet area. Coffeemaker in room and fridge and microwave was nice.

The stay was ok, but the pool was closed which was a major part of why we booked. Oklahoma heat is no joke. The room smelled like smoke and the lady in the front was hesitant about giving me an extra towel. She said there's two in the room and I told her we booked the room for 3 people. She gave me the towel but reminded me that now I gave 3 towels in my room. I was like ok.

This motel is filthy. It’s in severe need of a renovation. The shower had dirt in the textured floor, the towels were dirty, stained and frankly my shop towels are cleaner. There were several big fat flies on the floor and bugs flying in the room. The sheets well, no fitted sheet to sleep on just a flat sheet. Ratty quilt with holes in it to sleep under. The headboard that hangs on the wall had handprints with that somebody got sexed up vibe to them. Finally the floor was so forking filthy my feet were black. The general vibe about the place was very ghetto and I was glad I was armed. Don’t stay here. It’s not worth the “value”.

This place is horrible. Rooms half done. Bad part town. People played music half the night. Train whistle blows every couple hours. Toilet literally brown. Sheets not clean. Blanket looked like simmering in my dogs kennel. Pillow old and yellow. Disgusting.

We didnt stay went in and inspected the room and the sheets were nasty with blood stains. Fire alarm missing with wires hanging out of the ceiling. And a whole fingernail hanging out on the bed. They said they wouldn't swap our rooms but if we wanted clean linnens they would do that, or stay elsewhere. Worker needs fired along with the cleaning staff.

The bed was really comfortable and did the job for an overnight stop on a cross country drive. There's also a great donut bakery a block away with amazing donuts. Would consider staying again.

The floor was dirty and covered in cigarette burns. The bath tube felt like it was going to collapse. If I wasn't homeless i wouldn't stay here

There was graffiti on the artwork in the room (which we informed the staff about upon checkout). The refrigerator's freezer was broken and caused the fridge to become a freezer. The towels were very stained.

We were not impressed at all here. Towels were dirty, sheets were dirty, room was filthy! Bugs galore, roaches, beetles , excessive flies! My husband got to the hotel before I did, he killed flies while he waited for me. Gross! We had to move rooms twice because TVs didn’t work. Staff was friendly and tried their best to help the situation but after driving several hours that’s the last thing you want to worry about! Paid $72 per night for two rooms to be like this! Never again!

This hotel was the worst one we have ever stayed at. Lights didn't work over the mirror. Electrical socket by the bathroom didn't work. Tv and dish we're not set up. They were unplugged. We had to plug it all in. No way to call the front desk. The remote batteries were dead. Literally spiders in the bed. Dead June bugs all over the floor.

I\'ve stayed all over the US and this place is one of the worst I\'ve ever seen. Dirty, dusty, some kind of liquid on the wall receptacle next to the bed anf a fist sized hole in the wall next to the mirror. This place is a DUMP, do not book here. Expedia.com was absolutely no help in securing a refund, they just shrugged their corporate shoulders and said " oh well "

You get what you pay for. First room we were given was all dismantled and in the process of being painted. Curtains on bed. TV off the wall. Second room: Bedding all had stains and hair within the sheets. Shower head had a cloth around it to absorb leaks? Toilet seat was broken and not attached to the bowl. Bed and mattress is old.

The back door had a gap at the bottom more than 1/2 space; the sink ran water on top of the counter when turned on. The staff did not give clear directions to another guest who try to gain entry in the late evening, There were holes in comforter. On day two, dirty towel taken but no replacements. I recommend that this hotel be removed from your site.

The room had a front and back door. The bottom sheet on the bed was a flat sheet rather than fitted and it pulled out and bunched of every time we rolled over. The bd was not very comfortable.

We felt very unsafe staying here, to the point where we checked out about 10 minutes after we checked in. They placed us in a room around the back of the building with no cameras or lighting. We ended up staying at another hotel, and they refused to refund my money.

This place said it was a 3 star hotel. I don’t even give it a one star. The place was dirty, floors not swept, socks were dirty from walking on the floor, people lived in the hotel rooms, also I had to work on the cable myself to watch tv because no one would come up to help, I have never felt unsafe staying at a hotel until staying at this one. Never again
