Heritage Bed and Breakfast

I booked this cosy looking B&B from a recommendation I was given and it didn't disappoint. When I arrived late afternoon, I was warmly welcomed by Ellie the owner and her gorgeous dogs (very well behaved I might add). She even offered me freshly brewed coffee and a snack which was very gratefully received after my long-ish drive there. My single room was very cosy, immaculately clean and equipped with the essentials to make my 2-night stay very comfortable. This room had a wet room bathroom, equipped with body wash and shampoo (there's a hair dryer in the room also) a heated towel rail. I was handed a very comprehensive menu choice for breakfast the following morning - tea/coffee, juice, yoghurt, cereal, full English options, omelette, eggs benedict and even a 'Heritage breakfast burger'. Ellie was the perfect host and made me feel very comfortable during my stay. Very interesting to chat to and very knowledgeable of the local area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and book again myself.

we had a great stay breakfast was fantastic, only slight moan parking outside sometimes was unavailable , but there is a pay and display car park very close buy so when a space became available outside i moved my car .

Immaculate accommodation in a friendly homely B&B. So much care has gone into making the room comfortable and homely. The owner is so friendly and cannot do enough to help you.

We came to see Avebury and it was magnificent. We took the train to Bathe which was also wonderful. We made the mistake of not coming with a car which limited our access to many places. So come by car! However our hosts were helpful with rides and went above and beyond. Warm, friendly and gracious. Wonderful breakfasts!
