I thought everything was great at this location. Super friendly and helpful staff. I love the breakfast options, hot and cold. I took one star off because there was only one working elevator. Also, a spider crawled on me my first night. I think it came from the bed. The room furniture should be dusted and cleaned before guest check in.

Excellent service. They allowed us a late check out which was helpful due to not feeling too well on the day of check out. Breakfast options were plentiful with great variety and there were also complimentary board games to borrow. Fitness center was open 24 hours and hours of the pool and hot tub were perfect (6am - 10pm). Only "complaint" was that neither the pool ro hot tub were as warm as we expected. Everything else wss great.

The staff was super helpful but the room was dirty. There was a musty smell in the room, a dead spider on the bathroom floor and the shower had a lot of hair in it leaving me to believe the bathroom was not cleaned.

The property was ok but there were large gross stains on the carpet and wall of the room. When I told the person at reception they were had a ‘what can you expect’ attitude and didn't make any effort to improve the situation.

Very quiet, clean, they had dove shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap and lotion in the rooms, so no need to bring your own. There was a keurig machine in the room, safe, ironing board, extra blanket. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was great, complimentary coffee and tea all day and night. Highly recommend everyone to stay here. Will stay here again myself.

Stay was ok. It was clean enough. Beds were comfortable. The walls are paper thin. Can hear conversations from the floor above and people walking floors 2 flights up. Very poor noise control. Young kids having parties and quiet time was not enforced. Will not stay again.

Wow we were truly impressed by this hotel! We were passing through the area and, when we arrived for a late check-in, the staff were friendly and genuinely happy to greet us! Our rooms were clean and perfectly spacious. The breakfast was a winner! So many options for our family, including kids. The buffet staff helped us find everything we needed and we enjoyed chatting with them. It’s very evident the staff take great pride in this hotel!!

I booked this hotel based on the reviews- just be aware if you stay at the front of the hotel there is constant road traffic noise all night long from the highway near by. Ask for to have my room cleaned- I purposely left Kleenex under the cover - (left a tip before leaving the room) came back Kleenex was still under the cover and on the bed (covers were just pulled up. Was awakened the second night with loud noise above my head at 4am. Also, before I went upstairs for my second night of stay I asked if I could have a late check out - I was told to call in the morning- I went down at 6:30am to ask for a late check out (which is only an hour (noon) - check out -1am) and I was told NO by the front desk person FRED- (only 2 people had requested a late check out and the hotel was basically empty after New Year’s Day - I am very unhappy with my stay.

I was in town for 1 night only after attending a funeral. It wasn't one of the better Holiday Inn expresses that I've stayed at. But in all fairness they are getting ready to remodel. What really bothered me was the woman who checked me in didn't have the best attitude and later on when I came downstairs because I had to get something out of my car she was right outside in front of the hotel smoking with a co-worker. Just thought it was unprofessional. The other staff were fine. I have to say I slept very good and there was a lot to choose from for breakfast. The coffee was great and it was nice that you could help yourself to coffee, hot chocolate etc. anytime! I would recommend though that you carry milk to buy in the cafe.

We love Holiday Inn everything was great as far as hotel. I was a little annoyed at checking in as the woman at check-in was more interested in having a conversation with another co worker than acknowledging my presence. I think it would be more professional if she had stopped her convo to at least greet me. Also hollering loudly to the back to continue a separate conversation regarding an upcoming fire drill that was misdated. It was just a weird experience. Everything else is awesome! Especially the woman in charge of the breakfast, she keeps it clean and stocked and is friendly and courteous!

We stayed for 3 nights. Staff was pleasant, breakfast had eggs and sausage or bacon as well as breads, cereals and pastries. It's back off the road with some trees around so it's quiet. There's a McDonalds walking distance and it's convenient to the highway. Halfway between Lake George and Saratoga.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Queensbury - Lake George Area for a few nights, and while the hotel was decent overall, I was pretty disappointed with the breakfast experience. For a hotel like this, I was expecting more breakfast options, but there wasn’t much variety. The few options they did have weren’t great, and the quality could’ve been better. On top of that, the breakfast timing was a bit strange. They stopped serving it earlier than I anticipated, and it didn’t seem like it was long enough for most guests to get the chance to eat, especially if you’re on vacation or have a busy schedule. It would be great if they could extend breakfast hours and offer more diverse and higher-quality options. Aside from that, the hotel itself was comfortable, but the breakfast situation definitely left a lot to be desired.

Excellent hotel....clean, excellent location and good accommodation for the money. Breakfast is excellent and thank you Marilyn so much for your daily breakfast service. There are hot and cold breakfast offerings. The quiet policy from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. is so appreciated. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will go back again. Thanks to all the staff!

Loved staying at this location. The rooms were clean. Area was calm and quiet as well. The best part of staying was their breakfast!! So many varieties (bagels, muffins, pancake maker, cinnamon buns, omelette, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pork and turkey sausages, potato wedges, fresh fruits, orange juice, chobany yogurt, oat milk, and so much more). It was so lovely. Thank you Queensbury location for an amazing experience. Across from this hotel there’s a McDonald and Taco Bell.

Very nice staff. Clean spacious room. My only complaint is that the breakfast was pretty bad. No fresh fruit except wrapped apples. No peanut butter for the toast. Would love more healthy options like plain yogurt and berries.

Terrible stench in room, was told it was the air conditioning unit but they had no one to clean it. Offered to febreeze the room! One night I came back to my room door left open by housekeeping. Completely unlocked!! Unacceptable and a major safety issue. The housekeeper pulled up the covers as an attempt to make the bed. Breakfast was decent but the staff was so rude. At 9:59 they herd you out of the food area to pull down the dividing door. Said it was hotel policy. Breakfast ends at 10 but why not clean up while people grab and leftovers? So strange. This place is mismanaged and staff is incompetent. I will not go back.
