Room felt neglected. Sheets had been changed. Bathroom tap was dripping, water pressure was very low in shower, The sliding door in bedroom wasn't attached at bottom, it swings half hazardly. The desk in the pictures isn't the same. One closet wasn't usable as was storing garbage bags of outside equipment. The lock on the door seems bent. It was quite difficult to use. Charged 2x for cleaning - once on hotels.com and once on check-in. Floors were not cleaned before arriving. Good point is we were able to check in early. That was really really amazing and we were greatful as the weather was terrible and we had a baby with us.

I've stayed a few times within this building and with this agency. They are good to deal with and their places are nice. This one was very lovely and the view of the city was very cool. Would definitely stay here again.

Will do anying to keep deposit and they charge a cleaning fee just to not clean properly. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again

As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry I would recommend white crisp bedding, towels and white washable floor towels to give clean hotel feel. The bedding and towels were old. With dark colours it’s hard to tell if it anything had been cleaned or not. Also the towels had a very strong fragrance as a woman with sensitive skin I didn’t like that. The blankets were also very thin. When I walked in the entire place smelt like room spray. When I sat down on the couch it smelt like fish. It didn’t seem hygienic to sit on the smelly fabric couch and it didn’t have a throw blanket. The walls and bathroom sink needed a good clean. However great location with a beautiful view.
