My phenomenal first evening in Ferragudo. As I stood on the Panorama Bar terrace at Hotel Casabela, the view spans from the open Atlantic coast right up to the rolling peaks of the Serra de Monchique. The Atlantic breeze tangled in my hair, a cold drink in my hand, I fell in love with the Algarve. The Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms and environment was impeccably clean. The buffet break fast was delicious and in bounty. I wish they could have some tea and coffee in the rooms. Great proximity to the beach, restaurants and other towns. The property is in a beautiful setting surrounded by lush greenery and the views of the sunset and ocean from our balcony was amazing. The beach is a short 5 min walk down the trail from the property. The town of ferragudo is about 2 km from the property and takes 20 to 25 min to walk via the beach or down the road. We enjoyed the peace of the pool and surrounding lounging areas. Highly recommend and will definitely come back. The staff were especially nice.
