Goede locatie in Brussel in de buurt van kantoren, vergadercentra, winkels en horeca. Hotel ziet er goed uit en biedt de mogelijkheid tot parkeren in de kelder.

No ice machine on the property

Het was een erg fijn hotel met vriendelijke medewerkers. Het ontbijt was goed. Enig puntje was dat er een parkeerservice bij het hotel werd geboden van €15,- per dag maar dat de parkeerplaatsen vol bleek te zijn. Gelukkig kan je 100m verderop overdekt parkeren voor €24,- per dag. Top locatie, je loopt zo de stad in.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkhäuser in der Nähe auch wenn man direkt im Hotel nicht parken kann. Schön Aufenthaltsraum im Empfangsbereich.

The property is not bad, but you do not have a fridge in the room and when you ask for ice, there's no ice at the hotel, rest not bad

Nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel is furnished with Nordic design and textiles, which give it a somewhat unique and a fresh look. Our rooms were on the ground floor, and the soundproofing wasn't very good, since the sounds of traffic could be heard inside and I was woken up at 5 am by people shouting on the street. So, If you value a good night's sleep, then ask for a room from floors higher up or bring ear plugs. The hotel garage is very small with a tight entrance, so if you're driving a bigger car you might want to reserve a parking from a facility outside the hotel.

Better than I expect it, The room was very spacious and the lobby is very friendly and cozy. I believe the theme is Simplicity, which becomes a Con when it comes to the rooms as they could have a kettle at least or one more table, or a closet. But overall its fine. The beds are very comfortable and super clean. Really enjoy my stay. I want to give a special Thanks to Latifa as she help me a lot with my baby regarding the baby .food. Amazing staff

Was advised of lift access but didn’t specify that lift only went up to one level and then had to take stairs up. Caused some confusion. Better instructions be r time would be better to know where to go.

Expedia made a mistake and had not booked Parking for my stay, although I had written confirmation that they had requested it. The subsequent stress of finding alternative parking was a major negative to the start of our stay at this hotel.

Very good place to stay , very nice staff , very good breakfast , very clean. Shower design was somehow that water was coming out and had to use multiple towels to dry the floor snd bathroom had a bit of sewer smell.

Das Hotel ist hübsch möbliert und ausgestattet. Die Lage ist praktisch. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zu Fuß erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider hat das Zimmer extrem nach Chlor gerochen, scheinbar wurde beim Putzen zu viel davon verwendet. Das war unangenehm und hat den Schlaf beeinträchtigt. Das Hotel hat Oropax zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese machen durchaus Sinn, da die Türen sehr laut sind und die Umgebung auch nachts lebendig ist.

Stunning hotel and very clean but the towels were quite dirty. There were no mirrors in the room except in the bathroom and no iron nor ironing board inside the room.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Hier gab es nichts zu beanstanden! Einzig die gluckernde Heizung war etwas nervig, wenn man es etwas wärmer haben wollte.

Our room was down the hall from check-in and the restaurant, it sounded like people were talking right outside our door at all times. Also, the room was next to the front door which means we heard every time people came in and out of the hotel. Otherwise the room was fine, if not a little dingy. Lobby was nice, but carpet in our hallway was dirty and old.

The hotel is very nicely decorated, and the staff were very helpful. Beds comfortable and shower very nice. The room was very warm and even with the windows open there was limited air circulation. They were out of coffee one morning for breakfast. Overall good stay, but just stating the facts for the review.

Das Hotel ist in einer super Lage. Innerhalb von 15 min. bin ich zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Allerdings hatte ich bei meinem Zimmer nicht so viel Glück (ich muss aber erwähnen, dass das die günstigste Kategorie war). Das Zimmer hat Wände wie aus Papier - man hört ALLES was die Nachbarn machen. Sehr hellhörig und eigentlich sind die Wände überflüssig. Das Personal ist top und sehr bemüht, alles recht zu machen.

A real mixed bag for us - in summary, avoid the top floor! We booked a “relax” room which I thought was supposed to be the higher grade of room (in truth I’m still confused as to whether it is or not). We were originally allocated a room on the top (3rd) floor - it seemed like a pleasant enough room when we entered but we both commented how warm it was. We opened a window and headed out for the day. However on returning later in the day there was no improvement, the room was clearly too hot for a comfortable nights sleep. Bear in mind this is March with temperatures in the 10-15 degrees bracket. I’ve no idea how they can sell these rooms in summer - guests must complain constantly. I went down to reception and they promptly re-allocated us to the 2nd floor. This was much better! I must say the bathroom in our new room was one of the nicest hotel bathrooms I’ve had - very large, immaculately clean, great shower. 2 other things to point out: - Bathroom in the original top floor room had a sloped ceiling so there’s no room to stand up in the shower! You’d have to sit in the bath and use the handheld shower head. Utterly bizarre design. We never got round to trying it but I imagine it would be quite inconvenient. - Breakfast is passable but wouldn’t be worth a big upcharge. If you’re paying full price, go elsewhere. The hotel is modern, clean and have very comfy beds - but they are just getting some things a bit wrong. Installing air con on the 3rd floor is a necessity.

Fint och trivsamt hotell en bit utanför centrum. Nytt och fräscht men en toadörr i glas precis intill sängen som varken går att stänga ordentligt eller låsa är pinsamt dåligt.

Room was missing some key elements. Water Kettle, refrigerator, table, bedside tables etc.

Väldigt vackert, trevligt och fräscht hotell. Mycket bra beläget nära centrum men uprecis utanför den trafikled som omringar centrum. Prisvärd parkering finns. Frukosten bra men inte extraordinär. Det stora minuset är att det inte finns air condition vilket gör rummet väldigt varmt under heta sommardagar.

Overall the hotel was lovely and staff were great. They made up our room when I mentioned that it was my boyfriends birthday upon booking! The only downside was that the pillows were quite annoying as they weren’t the standard shape and different sizes. There wasn’t any aircon and one night was quite warm so I did have to open the window, which was slightly noisy due to some sort of machine outside.

Lovely hotel, all staff very friendly and helpful. Went for friends birthday and they had balloons in the room ready for us which was a lovely touch. Fab location, easy 20 min walk to centre and excellent public transport links. Would fully recommend

Highs and lows at the Hygge Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and new. The public spaces are tastefully decorated. Our room in the new section was spacious, modern, and clean. The front desk staff were lovely, and the lady tending the breakfast buffet March 13-16 was top notch: 5 stars to her. We were disappointed with the housekeeping. It seemed every day that went by, the room had fewer and fewer amenities. We had to call down to request towels, toilet paper, and tissues. I don’t know if our housekeeper was trying to send us a message or what… As of March 16th 2025 the streets around the hotel are under noisy construction. I doubt that annoyance will persist into April, they were making rapid progress.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a little off the main street which made it nice and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. You are waking distance to a main street with restaurants and and a grocery store. We walked from the EuroSstar trainStation which took about 20 min but it was easy to find.

Hotel was clean and had nice decor. Area was relatively quiet and convenient with nearby metro stations and shops. We had an issue with the shower where the door was not flush with the ground. This resulted in water spilling into the rest of the bathroom and seeping into the bedroom. It wasn’t noticeable until I came out of the bathroom to see the floor of the bedroom was wet. We contacted the service desk and there was only one person manning the whole hotel. We asked if we could get cleaning services or at least some towels to sop it up and he said there were no cleaning people at night and since he was the only one there he couldn’t come up and leave the desk. We came down and grabbed towels and cleaned it up ourselves. He then gave us a different room to use which had a bathtub so we didn’t encounter the issue again. But this all happened around midnight and it was really inconvenient to replace our stuff and have to move when we were settling down for bed. He told us that there have been issues in the past with the bathrooms flooding due to poor design of the shower. We also read other reviews saying a similar story. Although the man was very nice, we were not impressed with how the hotel handled the matter. No one checked in again with us after this happened. When we brought this up to the front desk at checkout, they said they were going to email us about compensation details but they never did leaving us to write this review.

Loved our stay here great little hotel run by super staff. The gentleman on reception was lovely and made us a coffee with a biscuit and chocolate on arrival for free which was a lovely touch. Within walking distance of the city centre yet super peaceful overnight this hotel is brilliantly styled with points of interest all over the building. The breakfast is good, the staff friendly and efficient but not overbearing. The rooms are super clean and modern. Overall we are very pleased we chose to stay here for our 2 night stay in Brussels.

It was one of my worst experience for all the hotel stays I have booked through Expedia. Despite the not too bad rating and reviews, staff is extremely rude and sarcastic. 1) I asked the staff about check-in when I arrived in the morning, then 2:30pm again, and the staff just tell me to wait. After awhile, he started checking in other people despite me waiting at the lobby. At 2:50pm, I asked again and he said my room is still not ready and later out of the blue, 3pm sharp, the hotel is ready! 2) I asked about aircon in the room. Guess what. The staff just told me “sir, there is no aircon in this hotel rooms, it is written on our website and that’s why our hotel is cheap”. When I asked for fan, he said he could cheap but no promise and as expected, never get back. 3) I went to the lobby water cooler to top up my water in my bottle and the staff stopped me but saying the water is only for drinking there. And ask me go back to room to top up through tap instead. Whichever time I speak to the staff, nothing else to expect but rude replies. The only thing I can say nice is the external of the hotel and room renovation is nice. That said, don’t stay there, especially if you are an Asian.

Staff was friendly enough to offer room even though we arrived before check in time. We were given a very spacious room that even included patio area. It was super clean. They also offered a great selection for the included breakfast. We would highly recommend. The only 4/5 was because we did not feel completely safe in the area around property.

Situated near the metro and midi station.

The Hygge was very lovely, rooms clean, and breakfast was generous. The only complaint I have is that every morning at 7 am during stay construction crews jackhammered and made horrendous noise on the street below our room. It was a daily RUDE awakening.

The room had space and was clean, the amenities were great, and the staff was very courteous. The location of the hotel is also very strategic and in the middle of the town. You can practically walk to some of the monumental sites.

Had a lovely stay in Brussels. Location in Louise is perfect

The staff was helpful in check in and the entrance looked clean and fresh. The room was quiet, clean and large enough for us. The breakfast was included our reservation and we found it well. The distance of the hotel to center was a bit far but you could go anywhere by walking. The arrival of airport was not easy you should go to tram with 8 minutes walking distance and get the flibco. They wanted from us city tax but we were not sure about the payment which might be paid by hotels.com. But generally we were satisfied from our hotel experience.

Our stay was late June to early July 2023. The hotel is very nice. We would stay there again. Although the area between the metro station and hotel seemed a little rough, we never felt unsafe. Metro and busses are a 5 minute walk and then a short ride to plenty of bars and restaurants.

Awesome location just off Louisa avenue and central in any direction with 20 minutes of walking, close to Brussels Midi station, clean, well laid rooms. Just be cautious when you book that the rooms don’t appear as big as advertised, and hot water slow to start. Their is a bath tub but shower divider was just a moveable glass. Overall clean rooms, walkable and central, and staff is super helpful (addressed hot water), just mind expectations based on size upon booking. I would book again if I’m in Brussels again. It’s super convenient!

Inside the hotel everything was great! Friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable. We walked most of the time and area around the hotel is not the best in Brussels - safe, but not very clean.

I booked same day, it was one of the cheapest/closeted to city center. This hotel was super cute. The breakfast was great. The location is outside the circle but totally within walking distance. The parking lot was full when we booked but there's a parking garage one street over that we use it was $21 for our stay. The room was warm but we just opened the window. I booked last minute and it was the cutest hotel option. The hotel has been updated, modernized, and decorated in a Bohemian style.

Mi estancia fue excelente, personal muy amable, limpieza en todos los aspectos, lugar agradable en una zona centrica de Bruselas y es facil acceder al transporte público desde el hotel. El desayuno tipo buffet muy delicioso y buena variedad.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice minimalist design. Not far from high end shopping street and a 20 - 25 minutes walk to the Grand Place, but accessible to buses, metro and trams. Our room was lovely, quite spacious both in the bedroom and shower rrom; quiet and very comfortable. We stayed 4 nights with room price at its highest mid-week. While this is common practice I feel its unfair given usage of linen is minimised. Housekeeping changed our towels, even when we had clearly hung them on the rail for reuse (following their own instructions) and for this reason I did not give full satisfaction. Don't leave breakfast too late as they remove it very promptly and cooked produce is overheated.

Fine rom og gode senger. Nyoppusset, smakfullt, nordisk design. God frokost med godt utvalg. Stiv pris på frokosten. God beliggenhet - ca 20 min å gå til f.eks. Grand Place.

Tous c'est très bien passé juste le petit déjeuner est un peu trop cher pour ce qui est proposé...peu mieux faire.
