Poor construction/maintenace. Chipped counters, doors don’t align/close/open properly. Staff pleasant and willing to help.

The breakfast was good. The room was just OK. The cleaning of the room was not that great just picked but no cleaning of the floors and she wanted a tip for that.

OPAF! This hotel is a great example of having a prime location and taking full advantage of where it sits in a beach town by overcharging for what I consider to be low-quality accommodations. I’ve paid less for amazing, all-inclusive resorts, with food and drinks included. The rooms are old and outdated, musty and underwhelming. They need to replace a majority of the exterior, including all of the outside fencing around the pool. The breakfast was something I would expect if Motel 6 had a complementary breakfast. If you’re going to overcharge, maybe hold back some of the money from your shareholders and make this property’s value a little more comparable to the price you charge.
