The property and staff at this hotel were great. The parking on grounds is Valet only with a few spots on the street not Valet out front, or in the neighborhood behind the hotel. Aside front that our stay was excellent and the staff run a clean, friendly and efficient hotel!

Not happy that details on hotel parking forgot to mention offstreet parking cost $41 extra per day and still exposed to weather. I had to park my car on public street subject to potential break in and someone damaging my car. If known in advanced would have checked other nearby competitors

I was there for couple days. It m friendly staff. Decent gym, dumbbells up to 50lbs. Good breakfast variety. Sister hotel next door had a nice bar. Located near several stores and eateries. One complaint: My room was handicap accessible. For some reason the shower curtain was about 12 inches too short, so the bathroom floor was wet after every shower.

The hotel is nice. The room is nice, the bed is comfortable. The only issue we came across was breakfast. While we were eating breakfast, there was ants crawling on my table then I looked up, there was ants on the wall crawling. The lady worker saw me studying the wall and asked me what's wrong. I told her there's ants on the wall. She reacted quickly to spray and wiped. She apologized but I told her is Ok and Thank her for her quick reaction.

We stayed in the hotel just for one night. The room was clean. There was hair in the bathroom on one towel and in the tube. There were just 3 towels for 4 people. In the evening when we arrived, the man at the reception desk was not very polite to us, but in the morning there was very nice and polite other one. Also the lady at breakfast was very nice.

I stayed here for 2 nights & it was a pleasant experience. There’s plenty of food options. AMC movie theatre is just a couple blocks away. The room was spacious & clean. The bathroom was pristine. There were some great channels available on the TV. I love the outlets available on the bedside lamps. The rooms are as pictured for sure.

After checking in and getting off the elevator on the third floor heading to my room I was greeted with an unpleasant smell of urine in the hallway, while in my room I can hear people shouting so I head out for a little when I came back there was garbages outside of a few guest room in the hallway I checked out shortly after that instead of my original check out time

My room was facing the lo g island expressway and was ver noisy. The bed was like sleeping in a hammock and very difficult to get out of. Please replace the beds. There horrible. Good location with restaurants in walking distance. Its on a good naborhood.

The location was very convenient as we were attending a hockey game at The USB Arena. The bed was very comfortable. I had issue with finding stray head hair in two different locations, pubic hair on the floor in the bathroom. The water temperature was very hard to regulate almost as if someone flushed a toilet it would run cold. I actually think it was because we were downstairs near the laundry room & I think it was fluctuating because they were doing laundry. The mat to stand on when we got out of the shower was torn & frayed. Somewhere I missed we had to pay for valet parking & definitely wasn't parking on the street.

Located in a quiet area. I missed the $40/night parking fee, so be aware of that. Rooms are TINY for what you're paying for. Mattress was firm and pillows went flat quickly. Bathroom was very clean, room also spotless. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

On our arrival there was a very rude man on Reception. He obviously didn't enjoy working there, not even a smile or polite interaction with us! We were shocked, never encountered this on our whole vacation! He was even rude to our lovely Uber driver. Luckily he wasn't on duty the next day where the staff were fantastic! When we booked out, the hotel next door was able to store our luggage for us for the day as our flight from JFK wasn't until 9pm. We had to find this out for ourselves because upon checking in we were told there we no facilities for storing luggage - so we asked at the hotel next door who were very obliging. Hence, we left a generous tip because they weren't even going to charge us! The person on duty for the afternoon/evening of the 20th October needs some training in good manners!

Very pleasant and quick check in, along with quick valet service. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We were close to Citi Field and used a rideshare to easily get to our concert. On return, we purchased some great snacks at the check in area.

Check in was very easy, several staff members from the cleaning service were very sweet and accommodating. Several staff at the desk were nice and others performed average. Breakfast closes 15 minutes earlier than listed and food runs out fairly quickly so make sure to get a head start if you are hungry in the morning. Bus routes are walkable alon with several shopping and dining areas within a 10 min walking distance. I will say, late at night the location is beside a bar and gas station which can be sketchy depending on the clients they receive so just make sure to keep this in mind when leaving late in the evening. Cleanliness was good and staff was very communicative when something was needed.

We stayed here because it was a hotel brand I trusted and it was far more economical than staying in Manhattan. The room was bigger than I expected and the breakfast was better than I expected. The bathroom was great and the bed was comfortable. The immediate neighborhood wasn’t great, but it felt safe. It was harder and more expensive to get into Manhattan than I realized, but this is a nice and well-run property.

Front desk rep. was courteous and professional. There was some noisey guests throughout part of the night on my floor, but other than that the stay was fine. There is a free breakfast which I thought was very good, and the wonderful lady who manages the breakfast is very polite and professional (and works very hard to keep everything first class).

Great bed and pillows, great shower, only downside on the breakfast was they'd run out of waffle batter before we got there - which was well before breakfast service closed.

We were so grateful to get a room at short notice after a very long journey from the UK. Staff were very friendly & efficient, our room was very comfortable, the beds especially so. The bathroom was sparkling clean & spacious. The breakfast very good with amazing omelettes. Overall a very good hotel.
