TESLA DRIVERS: There are two free destination charges, a great benefit for those on a road trip. Other EV drivers: you can use with the right adaptor (I hear there is a 220 and 110!socket available as well — I didn’t see them as it was too cold outside to linger.) Nice motel and a great value.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite. The same two hot foods, scrambled eggs & sausage links, were offered at breakfast all three days of our stay. We were disappointed the waffle machine was replaced with a pancake machine. The shower surface of the walk-in shower was slippery when wet. Both of my feet went out from under me when I attempted to stand from a seated position while I was holding the grab bar with both hands and I fell in a seated position.

Hotel design is nice & updated with tall ceilings, modern ambient lighting & larger than average tub. The mattress was hard for my liking, and I found it uncomfortable. A 1-inch memory foam topper would go a long way. Front desk staff were nice, and I love that this hotel is pet-friendly.

This property was conveniently located, just off the main highway. It was clean with ample, well lit parking. The rooms were well appointed with plenty of outlets and USB ports. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, alarm clock, coffee maker, and good sized TV. While we were on the ground floor it was still surprisingly quiet. The breakfast buffet was fully stocked with cereals, breads and muffins, sausage, eggs, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, juices, as well as granola bars snd mini danishes pre wrapped to take on the run. They also have free coffee, tea, and cocoa 24hrs a day. The ice machine was very conveniently located and the facility had a mini market with snacks and items one might need for their journey. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and any staff we spoke with were kind snd friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking for an affordable stay while traveling in the Brookville/Clarion area.

Room and bathroom were clean, and bed was relatively comfortable. The only negative was that I could hear every word of the next room’s conversations due to thin walls (which means they probably heard my TV). Not that uncommon, but still a bummer. Hotel, room, & premises were clean and aesthetically pleasing. Would stay again if I return to the area.

Front desk are super friendly. We arrived around 3am and the gentleman who greeted us was so friendly and even told us we can check out at noon instead of 11am. Then I recieved a voicemail from them that I had forgotten my cell. They kept it safe for me till I managed to return to their business to retrieve my gadget. Amazing. I will definitely come back!

Check in was easy and the desk clerk was super polite and helpful. Never used this brand of hotel before but was very pleased with all aspects-the lobby was renovated and nice, hot chocolate in lobby was appreciated, the room was spotless and newly renovated too. So pleasantly surprised as the price was half of usual brand hotel we use. Great option for family travel!

They had this amazing text service for check in from the link that they provided to make sure you are coming for sure and you could just text back to let them know if you needed anything in particular. Reserved room for Friday and Saturday night. Fell asleep at home and woke up late. Drove 3 1/2 to hotel and go there at 9 am on Saturday. Told clerk that I would like to check in and she said that my room was cancelled. Said that I already paid for two night and would just what it was intended. She did not hesitate and said that I would have to book a new room and pay for it to get it. Left the building. Clerks was very rude and did nothing to help me out. Enjoy the money that you got from me. If I have a choice between here and sleeping with wolves, I'll find that nicest wolf there it.

I was with my daughter alone at the property and my husband was running late to arrive to check out. They would not allow us to even remain inside the property until we pay for another $160 plus tax for a second night. My daughter and I wandered around aimlessly, luckily there was a large Exxon station in walking distance. The women at the front desk accused me of having no intention of paying and was afraid I was going to just leave without paying. I was appalled the made this accusation with my daughter right beside me. I will never EVER stay at this hotel or any hotel attached to their name.

We checked out to head to a family Memorial Day réunion about 20 minutes from the hotel. I suggested to my wife to put inher new hearing aides. She realized she only had one and at that moment the front desk called and said the cleaning lady (Jan, I think) had found the small, in the ear hearing aide and they had it for us at the front desk! Very nice!

It's a vey convenient hotel for us when we are traveling across Pennsylvania. It doesn't have the most amenities, but it is clean and has what you need for a stop over, and breakfast is pretty good (the kids love the make your own pancakes).
