This is a motel type place where every door opens to the outside. We didn’t feel very safe. Even though we had reservations, the rooms were hot and the air conditioning never cooled the room adequately. Also, we did not have adequate soap, the tub had no way to stop it up so we could bathe the toddlers, and there was no elevator so all luge and small children had to travel 2 flights of steps.

The person that checked me in at 1:42 am was pleasant. There isn’t an elevator. The room was hot when I got inside and didn’t cool off by morning. There was a faint unclean smell around the bed and a hair in the bathtub. The bathtub floor felt like it had a soap scum film on it. The towels are stored over the toilet.

We got got the hotel. The area was a little rough looking. However the hotel property was clean. The check in area was very clean. We were assured the area was safe. Proceeded with check in. Got to the room found blood on the comforter and a "brown sunstance" on the sheets. Second bed was in good shape. The sheets were quickly changed out. The room was fairly clean, but we wiped out the shower just to be safe. The score on hotels.com was a 4.8 but google reviews were a 3 star.

I would definitely stay here again. Everything was nice and clean. It was simple, but there was nothing wrong with it. It had everything we needed and was very updated. I’ve definitely stayed in big name hotels that are run down and old, and this was not like that whatsoever. We did not try the breakfast, so can’t vouch for that.

There was cockroaches in the room and stains on the sheets, when I told the front desk attendant about this and showed him the videos of the bugs and sheets in the room; he told me he could spray the room with bug killer but that was all he could do to help me. Very unprofessional, dirty and just disgusting. I told him I wouldn’t stay in the room and wanted to check out and while I was in the office they had a sold out sign on the door. The front desk attendant then proceeded to go into the room, remake the bed with the same exact sheets and took the sold out sign off the door; as they fully intended to resell the room for the night.

Second time staying here. Large room with a King size bed and a large bathroom. Excellent shower with great pressure and hot water. Bed was very comfortable. Condition of the room was excellent, looked like it had been remodeled not long ago. Left before breakfast so can't comment on that.

This was the worst stay.. first hotel i ever had this experience with. I will not stay here again. The front desk guy was rude. We do alot of traveling.The tournament got canceled and this hotel WOULDN'T WORK WITH ME IN ANYWAY. all they wanted was their money.

Hotel does not understand ADA and federal regulations regarding service animals-staff stated their system requires paperwork/card that does not exist for service animals. Apparently they think service animals and ESA dogs are the same which they are not. If you have a service animal go elsewhere and save the hassle. Property wouldn’t cancel the reservation and has a penalty charge for their lack of knowledge of the law. No contact from management after I tried to reach out. So many other great hotels in the area that understand ADA so please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

My wife and I often stay in or near catoosa for work. Dollar for dollar this is hands down the best place in town to stay. We've stayed at basically every hotel in the area. We've NEVER had a problem with our accommodations. The staff is always friendly, and eager to help.

Upon check in, the clerk took double deposit and claimed she didnt run my card even with me showing the card was pending. She wouldnt get off her bike to even go check, claiming it was the booking agent who put a hold on my card and still took the additional 100 dollar deposit which made the stay there uncomfortable. Checking out was a different story. The morning clerk was awesome and seen that there was a double deposit and gave my my cash and assured that the other would be released in 3 to 5 days which was expected. Overall, if the checkin would have been smoother, the stay would have been great.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!! My sister and I booked a room at this hotel last Friday night through Expedia for a girl’s weekend. All seemed well until 2:30 am in the morning when our door suddenly burst open and two men stood in our doorway. The result of the hotel office overbooking the room and issuing room keys for our room to a third party. Imagine the shock and terror for both me and my sister along with the two young men who thought they were entering their room. The worst part of the whole thing was that the hotel management dismissed it as “just a misunderstanding”. This was NOT “just a misunderstanding”. It was gross negligence of our safety and privacy. So again, I say: NO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!

Super helpful staff. We arrived a little early for check in, they had been fully booked the night before and the night of our stay. But the clerk moved some things around and let us into a room right away. The property is older - but well maintained and clean. Great value for the price and right down the road from Hard Rock casino.

The front desk don't know their ADA laws, need to be educated.This hotel will make you cancel your stay and will not issue a refund. Terrible customer service. At least, the rooms were kinda clean.

The stay was okay, however, the person working the front desk was very unprofessional and somewhat rude. He was more concerned about speaking on his phone to his friend which resulted in taking too long to check in and having difficulties speaking to him about issues when he was on his phone every time I ran into him

Not pet friendly! The woman at check-in was very unfriendly, which was surprising after reading all the positive reviews. She asked me how big my dog was and when I said he’s a 45-lb sheepadoodle she had me go get him out of the car so she could see him. I have never been asked to do this at any pet friendly hotel. She then told me they only allow puppies, but since I was already there I could stay and she would just charge me more than the stated pet fee. Lastly, while the sheets were technically clean they had gross stains on them.

We have stayed at this property numerous times. We have always had good experiences. It is always nice and clean, the staff is very friendly, the location is close to Interstate and easy to get at, reasonable rates. You won't be disappointed.

If I am passing through Tulsa on business I always like to stay here. Near a number of good places to eat, a Walmart if you forget or run out of something and easy off and on to the interstate.

This was a clean updated motel. the only draw back was the area was not great. There was run down shopping centers all around that were trashy. Lots of homeless camps very close.

Be sure to bring your own shampoo, soaps, lotions etc. We stayed here for two weeks before moving into our new house. The breakfast bar is very minimal. We used food delivery every day. It was fine for our situation.... close to the new house. Cleaning staff were wonderful.

Had to pay for my dogs even when they said it was pet friendly. No access to a specific area for the dogs. Breakfast was suppose to start at 6 am, we had to leave without it because at 6:20am there was still no breakfast.

I really did not need a Raddison for a one night stay on the road. You get what you pay for! Was clean. But, forget what they call breakfast! Go to Cracker Barrel! :)

Overall for under $100/night it was good. Rooms looked like they were updated relatively recent, and they were clean. Breakfast was really just cereal, the waffle mix was sour and no staff present to swap it.

Nice older hotel that has been completely updated. Room was nice and clean. Across the highway from a shopping area and casino. The side of the highway this hotel is on was a bit run down. Hopefully they will get surrounding area cleaned up soon. There was a large group that had music and talking in the parking lot, but luckily it ended before bedtime. Breakfast consisted of cereal, waffle maker and breads. Overall for the price, i would definitely stay here again.

I slept really well. Customer service seemed like she was being bothered and didn’t want to be there at all. In the morning we just got a sign to leave the keys in the box. Breakfast was bread, butter, jam, cereal oh and coffee that I didn’t have. I even paid a little extra for a couch and it was so gross and torn I didn’t even put my bags on it. Aside from that I did sleep really well. The bed was very comfortable.

The coffee tasted like some kind of perfume, grabbed a napkin, they also had the same perfume or some type of scent, perhaps what they store the supplies with. The coffee was not consumable
