We had a great time! The pool, pier and cottage were all excellent. The location is easy access to all restaurants, beach, and piers. The management was super friendly and helpful. It made our stay one to remember. Highly recommend!

Pool was a little dirty and the grills for certain cabins aren’t accessible without being in someone else’s property. Also parking for some cabins is inconvenient. We parked across our cabin right next to another persons cabin. Like right next to their window and their front door. Seems odd. never had that issue before and we’ve been staying here since 2018

Over all the stay ok. We got in the pool at night but there was a lot of mosquitoes, other than that, the pool was pretty. The parking for our suite wasn't clearly marked like the others so we weren't sure if we were parked in the correct spot or not. The pictures from the website of the pier are nothing the same. We thought the pier was easily accessible from the place, it was actually located across the street a little farther than expected. It's a nice place to stay if you're not expecting to walk to the pier.

It’s a great place to stay to go fishing on the pier. The pier is lighted and nice. The only problem was that the lock to the pier was broken so anyone could get in there which takes away from the safety and advantage of staying here. I hope that they fix it soon. Everything else was nice.

The room was nice enough. All the coffee fixings except for the coffee in the room. When we asked about it, we were told they didn’t have coffee but we could buy some at Dollar General. Also, we had to take out our trash and strip the bed before we left… that’s a first. The property was nice. Pool and hot tub area was good.

The property is beautiful. The room was very clean and had easy access to swimming pool and bbq pits. With that being said the check in process is crazy. Literally nobody is in the office to check you in. It was a weird process but the pool and landscaping of the place made up for it. We had a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back.

The pool area was super cute. I’ll give it that much. The room was eh… the carpet was very dirty. We walked on it with white socks and it made our socks brown. There were a few roaches and the tub was dirty.

Floor felt gritty when walking with shoes and then while walking with white socks they turned black. Also, the chair and sofa need a good cleaning. The spoons had food stuck on them. Couldn’t leave food on counter due to ants.

The resort was clean and really nice. The pool was refreshing and clean and the kids had a blast. The staff was nice and helpful.The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean. The pier was awesome to fish from. Over all we would stay here again.

So I wanted to like this property but…check-in was interesting. I went to the office and was told that I would get an email with the door code. I drove to the unit but no code came. Plus someone was parked in the spot for my unit. I drove back to the office. The man working the front desk asked me to describe the car and then determined it was likely a staff member’s car. As for the door code, he seemed irritated with digital software but wrote down the door code for me. Once we got parked on the correct space and got inside. We were met with a heavily stained carpet and room with dirt and dust prevalent. The beds were fine just very old linens that had been heavily used. The cleanliness of the unit was subpar.

We were unable to access our room when we arrived. I reached out to the property several times until I finally got a response 2 hours later. The pool was so mucky dirty you couldn’t see the bottom. The cottage was dated and plenty of wear and tear. The floors were filthy and have probably never been mopped or cleaned.

Parking is a little tight BUT overall the amenities and access to a pier are very nice. Rooms seem a little thin in the walls as I could hear my neighbors. I'd still recommend for the price and location.

Cute cabin . #15 was pet friendly and in the middle of the property far enough away from the highway noise . A few things need updating and there is nobody on property to assist you if needed but the rooms were comfortable and very clean.

Gum, candy wrappers, and pet food in abundance under edge of bed. No wifi signal. No remote to operate tv. Light switch broken so light didn’t work. The office closes at 5 pm so no service after that. Nobody to call about missing remote. I’m surprised Hotels.com would advertise this property-it is substandard. I won’t say it was terrible because it could be worse. Maybe one tier above a flophouse. Definitely not at the Hotels.com standard.

I had a business meeting in Corpus on Friday 5/2 and had booked this "resort" for that evening. We got there at 5:30 and there was a sign on the door that provided 2 phone numbers for emergency or after hours check-in. I called both numbers SEVERAL times. I never received any instructions from the hotel. I went back and looked afterward. I worked with Hotels.com who also had no luck getting ahold of anyone. Hotels.com did not help me as they deferred to the hotels policies. Unacceptable.After many many years of being a hotels.com customer, I will no longer use this platform. In addition to this experience, the new one key rewards program takes FOREVER to see any value.

My family of four had a great time in our recent stay. The resort offered everything we wanted for our visit. Before booking, we reached out to the property and spoke with a representative who provided very helpful information on the cottages and the check-in process and pet fee. The day before our trip, we were contacted by Grayson who very apologetically notified us that the pool would be out of commission during the time of our stay and offered us consideration on our fee. We happily accepted because we liked the area and especially wanted to take advantage of the private fishing pier. The bed was comfortable, everything in the bathroom and kitchen worked well and the internet service was helpful to keep the kids occupied too. We will definitely stay there again for a future visit.

The cottages are nice and well-kept, and if you enjoy fishing, there is a nice fishing pier. There is no beach access in walkable distance, and it is about a 10-minute drive from downtown shops, restaurants and beaches, but a clean and comfortable home base.

Great quiet place to relax with family. Pool at hot tub awesome. Each cottage is very nice with outside rockers and a bbq pit. This is the 4th or 5th stay for our family and we will continue to use this pleasant facility.
