I wanted to give them a five start cause it's so pretty and the workers are so nice, but they're are issues with the hotel cause they're under construction and my second night staying with my daughter the first almost went off at midnight. No actually fire, just fault, but it went on and off for thirty minutes.

The hotel was extremely clean. The room was nice and very inviting with no issues. Jay at breakfast was fantastic. He was very friendly, polite and made you feel like you had a friend there. I was very impressed by him and he is an asset to your company. My only issue was elevator doeer when I was leaving did not stop as it should and hit me extremely hard in the side. I didn't think a lot about it until I got home and am extremely sore. Otherwise every thing was superb.

Very nice stay with friendly staff. We were disappointed that we were unable to get local TV stations. We were unable to view the prime time college football game on ABC. Have never experienced that in other hotel stays. Everything else was very good to excellent.

Nice hotel. Lots of grass outside for my dog. Room was spacious, beds were comfy. Room smelled a little like a dirty sock. Other than that I like hotel.

Beautiful Suite. The pool, Bbq and outdoor areas amazing. The staff all 5stars!! Parking so convenient. Cant wait to come back. Loved Rae’s hospitality at breakfast, and the ladies at the front desk do a wonderful job. Beds comfy, bathrooms nice!!, love the Zero products in the shower, the breakfast food was delicious.

What does paying a bit more get you? Well, at Home2Suites it gets you a lot. Really nice area for breakfast (good food too), great service, clean and bright public areas. And the rooms? The desk chair actually does go up and down, there are outlets everywhere and well placed for the tech dependent traveler, real pillows, lighting that works and is well placed. So if these conveniences and creature comforts are useful to you, this is the place to be. If all you need is a bed in a dark, stark room, you can save money elsewhere. But pay a bit more and you'll enjoy your time at Home2Suites. We sure did!

The staff are wonderful. There was a 1 AM fire alarm after heavy rain. The system malfunctioned several times but the staff had great communication with the guests in a stressful situation and handled it wonderfully.

So, Nathaniel in the mornings for breakfast made our trip!! He was amazing and made sure everyone was cared for. That their food was hot and your coffee was top notch. We will be back just to visit him!

Thought the rooms were very well laid out, modern and squeaky clean. The real star of the experience was Mr. Jay. I have no idea what his job title was but he was the most friendly, personable, helpful staff I’ve ever met and I’ve done a lot of traveling! What a gem he is! His sparkling personality put a smile on ours and everyone else’s face. We would stay there again simply for the opportunity of having breakfast with Mr. Jay again. I hope he is well taken care by his employer.

Home2 Suites in Muskogee was a very pleasant stay. Customer service was great from the get go. The room itself was very spacious and clean. They had everything you needed for an extended stay. I also like that you can just text and get things you need.

That breakfast attendant saw my vacant look and sweetly walked me through. He had no idea I was going to a funeral after jumping on a red eye flight. He then flipped around and helped another gentleman in fluent spanish. Housekeeping was so kind too. They all made me miss Oklahoma. Thank you.

The stay itself was nice. No children running in the halls. Quiet. The only issue I had was checking in. My husband tried explaining he was a Hilton rewards member. Instead of acknowledging him and simply saying the rewards don’t carry over, she ignored him an walked away. This was NOT good customer service.

The property was in a nice area and the hotel was very clean. The room was very nice and clean although pillows could have been more fluffier. The only downfall was that they were a bunch of people in the hall somewhere nearby talking loudly late at night. Otherwise all was good. They even offered a nice breakfast.

First room had a loud mechanical noise coming from ceiling area. Second room was better. Breakfast needs to be open earlier. at least toast and simple items like fruit and individual yogurt. We had to delay our planned leave time to wait on breakfast. Then, there were no individual yogurts with various flavors, just plain generic stuff squirting out of some generic machine... However, the guy tending to breakfast was very nice. Nothing was "terrible," but just a little disappointing for one of the more expensive places to stay in Muskogee OK.
