. We came in early hoping to check in early and they were very accommodating and welcoming. The unit was very clean and beds very comfortable. Hotel was very easy on and off highway with shopping all around. Only 7 minutes from Springfield. Pool was small but perfect for children (4’ deep). Breakfast was very good. In the area again, would definitely stay again.

Great hotel right off the toll road. Ashley was the front desk attendant when we checked in. We went to the room and realized we had booked a smaller room than we thought. We thought we had booked a suite with a separate bedroom. I went down to speak with Ashley about my mistake, and she politely upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. Incredibly nice hotel. The lobby, rooms, and exterior were well maintained and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield area.

Check in was very easy, and front desk clerk was very helpful about where I should unload, how to move the bags to the back entrance, and dinner recommendations As others have noted, breakfast options were very good, and I appreciated good decaf coffee in the room. All the staff seemed friendly and helpful. And my partner enjoyed the pool. Just wished there was a shower or even a changing room. Mattress was a little soft, but that's always a matter of personal taste. And it would be helpful to have a stronger fan in the bathroom to de-steam it. I noticed that some of the wallpaper/plasterboard is starting to give way so it would help with that too. But lighting, towel bars, etc. very good. And the location is great. I really didn't want to have to drive far for dinner, and the longest drive was maybe 4 minutes? I could have walked it except my partner has mobility issues. Just wish it was easier to exit off of I-91 heading north and then get over to the right lane! But my trusty GPS rerouted me! Just be prepared to have to "go around the block" so to speak.

The location was nice. We visited the Basketball hall of fame. It was close, but not in the busy city. There was a mall nearby & a cracker bart. The room needed a deep clean. The moldings were dirty, walls had handprints, touch up paint was needed but it was not in disrepair. The beds were clean.

The front desk staff didn’t blink an eye when I requested two large duffel bags and two large shopping bags be stored in their office. I was even more surprised they agreed to my request when I witnessed how small of an office space they worked from.

The water in this hotel is all terrible yellow. we told the front desk staff, but she told us she could not do anything. She asked we told manager next morning. So, how could we use terrible yellow water to brush teeth and wash face (if not take shower). The staff only will give us one little bottle water, and ask us to buy extra by vending machine. Next day, the manager told me the water in the all building was all the same. That's it!! Terrible hotel service. Don't chose this one!!

Women at check in was rude at first. We arrived at 315 and she said they were fully booked and wasnt sure she had a room for me. She was very snappy about it. We got our room right away, seemed like she just literally wanted to upset me. She completely changed him attitude when my husband came up to counter though.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, the 4th floor ice machine was not working, the hair conditioner in the shower was empty, and the little bar of soap for hand washing crumbled upon opening, making it useless. Breakfast had plenty of options and was available early and was quite tasty.

It was easy to find. We arrived at 8:45 pm & all the restaurants closed at 9:00. That was our only problem. Finally found an Irish Pub open in Holyoke.
