Hampton Inn & Suites Hammond

Great stay, very clean and quiet

Hotel is outdated. Furniture in rooms were busted open. Floors and walls were dirty

At check-in, I was given the wrong room type so I had to get that corrected with no apology from the staff. I was not greeted as a Hilton Honors member. I was thankfully granted a late check-out. My room was outdated in comparison to other Hampton Inn hotels I stay at. The surrounding area is not great. My only dinner options in the area were Cracker Barrel and Wendy's.

Breakfast & room was great. Pool was closed due to damage & leak.

This was our 2nd time visiting and our reason for return was absolutely thee service from All staff members was exceptional. An the entire Hotel premises were clean and beautiful. Thee most awesome stay anywhere I’ve experienced
