Heaven Can't Wait: ON the BEACH!! Heated pool + hot tub, private dock. 7BR/5BA

this was our first experience with VRBO and Beach Houses in Paradise, but I can guarantee it won’t be the last. Breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset with plenty of space for the family. Every detail was well thought out, even down to them. Having games for the kids to play before bed. Yes they have 2 PlayStation 4’s and an Xbox but somehow my family of 6 made it through without ever turning them on. The beach was beautiful, coral and rocks prohibit surfing or boogy boarding buy can’t change that. The hot tub and pool facing the beach gave us a ton of options. The river said it as well appointed, and they had everything imaginable for the family. From water shoes and life vests, to full Kayaks and paddle boards. Wanna go fishing? The 50 foot dock made it easy, so if you didn’t want to go out on the water, you could sit and kast. We had a big fire and roasted marshmallows out by the river one night, what beach trip would be complete without s’mores? If you’ve made it this far, I promise I don’t work for BHIP or own the property. I am a very detail oriented person, and they hit it out of the park with every opportunity. 5 stars all around.

Despite the fact that the weather didn't offer us an opportunity to enjoy all of the amenities offered to us.....kayaks, fishing rods, paddle boards etc, we had an amazing time at an amazing home. The owner has this home stocked to a level that I've never seen with regard to dishes, pots, pans, glasses, every condiment you can think of, paper products etc etc. I would highly recommend this home if you're looking for amazing views, a beautiful clean home, and a fabulous host.

Incredible trip. Beautiful location. House has everything you need from the beach, fishing, pool and more. Great location close to downtown Stuart shopping and ice cream. The house is amazing and can’t wait to go back. Thanks!

The house was fully equipped for a perfect vacation. It had anything from a shower cap to mosquito repellant, fully stocked kitchen with all utensils and condiments. They even had a welcome basket and bathroom kits for each bathroom. If you have dogs they had dog bowl and doggie beds prepped and ready to go. TVs in everyone. Nice jacuzzi over seeing the water and small pool. Lots balconies front and back. Pier with a kayak, fishing poles etc. workout room. Of note, the house has 4 bedrooms 3 upstairs and fully equipped efficiency in the first floor. The house is located behind a rocky beach. There are rocks all along the water and hard to get into. However, there are plenty of beaches nearby along A1A. We had a nice vacation and did different activities each day.

We had a top notch stay at this property. So much so we have booked another of this company’s homes for next year. It is actual turnkey. All the water toys, so many towels, stocked kitchens and bathrooms. Lots of thoughtful extras like portable fans and binoculars. We can’t say enough good things.

There are good restuarants, golf, and a grocery store all within 2 miles...plus the downtown Stuart area is classic beachy cool. The house was amazing -- our communication with the property manager was the best I've had in any VRBO. The house was super clean and stocked with things we didn't even think we needed! Plenty of toys, towels, hygiene items - also the kitchen had everything we needed (except a bottle opener-haha). This was really the best prepped VRBO we've ever been in. The backyard is the beach - literally steps to an almost private Atlantic side beach with great waves, good sand, very little seaweed and no jellyfish for us! The front of the house has a pier where we fished everyday - the kids took out the provided paddleboards and kayaks - and we had little bonfires at night! The bedroom spaces were perfect for all the kids and us - -- especially the downstairs "apartment". The house is NOT super huge, but big enough to accomodate our group. It's quirky - which we loved. Can' t say enough good things about this management group -- they really "get it" and strive to make everything as easy as possible. We'd love to stay there again.

Rented this beautiful home for myself and employees for a job. The home was very spacious, clean, they spared no expense in making sure all guests had everything they needed to make there stay awesome. Life jackets, kayaks, bikes, fishing poles and much more. lovely place all around!

Reviewing this property is both complicated and easy! It’s complicated because I don’t want to leave anything out, but it’s also easy because everything about this property was amazing! We started our day with the sunrise over the ocean, and paddle boarded and kayaked into the sunset over the river every night. The amenities are well thought out…from the gift baskets, to little gifts in each room, plus toiletries if you need. The kitchen has seasonings and condiments for meals, coffee and tea choices galore, more than enough paper and plastic goods. There are towels, and blankets to accommodate an army. I can’t forget the ice machines - a major plus!! The property manager goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I am so glad I booked this property because the memories will last a lifetime. We spent our days between the ocean, pool and river. We spent our evenings cooking, playing games, and enjoying the hot tub. Every family member loved this property and enjoyed everything it had to offer! This is truely a great house!

Hands down, best equipped vrbo we have ever stayed in. The views, shelling, amenities, beds, kitchen and bath, dock, location all were wonderful. We would love to come back. We were there for two weeks and loved everything.

The house was in a PERFECT location, views for days and what a sunset we got over the dock every night. House was immaculate and fully stocked with anything we could ever want on our trip. Plenty of additional towels and bedding and a bunch of extra rollaways/pullout couches to accommodate a larger family than ours if needed. Family all enjoyed their stay and were impressed with the house. The kids loved their cool bunk-bed room, the X-box and especially the hot tub! Highlight for me was listening to the waves at night from my comfy king bed. Property owner was very attentive and check-in/out was a breeze. We would definitely return or rent from this company again. Loved the location, was our first time to the island!

Great house - clean - fully stocked, The photo of the oceanfront is deceiving - it looks like seaweed in the pictures and not the coral rocks that are actually there, no actual beach unless you walk down the beach a bit. The steps to get into the pool needs repair immediately. It is not easy get up and down the steps - it pulls up out of the ground. Overall - we loved "heaven can't wait"

Al was fabulous to work with. Always prompt in responding and proactive in communicating what we needed. This house is very well stocked right down to luxurious towels and robes and slippers. Very clean. Beautiful views all around. The home might look bigger in photos than it is but it has plenty of room for all and our group of 7 enjoyed our time here. If we return to the east coast of Florida again, we would definitely seek out a property managed by Al. Checkout and check in were seamless and you’re not required to do an endless list of things before you checkout. Highly recommend.

The best vacation ever. This was a 60th birthday trip with my sisters! It was a great home. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in one of Al’s properties. It makes it hard to stay anywhere else! Location was great beach is beautiful and the home is well appointed. Can’t wait for our next stay at one of Al’s properties!

We had our family of 11 stay with room to spare. There are some changes to the house from what the pictures are on line, not bad just not what the property is. We did a lot of fishing out front and back. There is a lot of coral out from t to get snagged on and we needed more information about what to fish for off the dock. The property management company was excellent to work with. We had plenty of activities to do inside and at the beach. We used it all and if we needed something, the response was quick. We had a wonderful week, would definitely come again!

Our stay here was entirely stress free because the Property Managers had everything we could possibly need right there with added touches that made us smile. The host was extremely responsive and any issues were resolved within hours of reaching out. The house was fully stocked and the AC was absolutely delightful! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Beautiful house, beautiful location. Everything that you will ever need a want. House is very well stocked. Really enjoyed how close we were to stores and restaurants but yet felt like the entire beach belonged to just us. Definitely recommend!
