No ice machine except on the first floor. Towels were very cheap and no soap or body wash in bathroom. Don’t recommend this hotel especially at $200/nt.

Sadly, this is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed it, and it’s entirely because of poor management. I had to stay four weeks for a business trip, and my room was cleaned maybe five times the entire time I was there and only because I begged for someone to come clean. They over charged me four different times, and I ended up having to call my bank and put in a fraud report to get the money back. The pool didn’t work and the staff were incredibly rude any time I asked for housekeeping.

Everything was great, especially the staff. If I had to make a recommendation, it would be to have ice machines available on each floor. I had to go to the lobby to get ice, which was not too much of a hassle, yet not very convenient.

We stayed here for a short weekend visit. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We enjoyed the pool.

I booked 5 rooms for a Civil Rights Trip. When we arrived, Marriott had given our rooms away the night before we arrived and sent us to Holiday Inn Express. We drove to Holiday Inn Express and they said they were booked so we went back to TownPlace and told them our 5 rooms were booked and paid for and they needed to figure it out. The lady at the front desk could not have been nicer, nor apologetic or helpful, she was great. We arrived at 8:00pm and we got into our rooms after midnight. They were filthy. Clothing tags on the floor from the prior guest, crumbs on chairs, counters and tables.

There were stains on one of the bed’s top bedding and chair(large stain on foot rest). The shower curtain had mold/mildew on it. I would have switched rooms but we were only there for one night. Overall the property was nice. I would stay there again but I wouldn’t settle for a room in that condition again.

No a/c the first night. They moved me to a second room and it was dirty, had a feminine pad on the floor, tub was dirty.

Checked into a room that had a chemichal smell coming from the a/c system, after 15 minutes my wife had a headache from the smell and had an allergic reaction, Lady at the desk was very helpful in trying to get us into another room, She showed us a total of three rooms all in same condition. Rooms were dirty, had pubic hair everywhere, we complained to the manager in the morning, He was very apologetic and helpful. Said that he would give a full refund, But his regional manager refused to give a full refund, Don't be fooled by the clean lobby .rooms are falling apart. Paid almost $300 . We did not sleep until about three hours after a check inn. We'll never stay here again and do not recommend to anyone who appreciates cleanliness.

Bathrooms are nasty with rust stains, refrigerator has nasty rust all over the doors…not sure how this can even happen. The beds are uncomfortable. The pillows are so flat they feel like it’s from the dollar tree. Room doesn’t feel clean at all.

The shower head had black mold on it, however, when I brought it up to the front desk, they immediately addressed it. The room was spacious and hotel was close to plenty of restaurants and stores. The staff, for the most part, seemed pleasant, however, one person at the front desk had an unwelcoming presence and didn’t seem to care to assist me anytime I needed help.

Room...The room was extremely poorly maintained. TV in the living room didn't work, matress on the pull out couch was soiled,shower/tube had mold growing around the shampoo dispenser and the bathroom sink had a slow drain. The room was very unhealthy!

It was average. I travel to Montgomery often. It’s been years since I stayed here. I don’t mind if a hotel is old. My biggest concern is always “is it clean”. That shouldn’t be something you have to pay extra for at any hotel. It wasn’t. Hair in the tub and all around the bathroom, shower curtain was molded, hand and face prints on glass and windows. At best I rate that s hotel average.

We loved it here! The air conditioning was load, but we will definitely stay there again.

We had never stayed at a TownPlace before but we loved it! The room was great and had so much room, tidy and clean. The breakfast was so good! My whole family loved it! They had a little bit for everyone! We will definitely stay again!

It close to my work and they didn’t help when I told them my pregnant wife and son both fell, the WiFi is horrible will never stay here again

It took The front desk 25 minutes to realize I was there to check in. Then they gave me a single occupancy room when I booked 2 queen beds. Then blamed Expedia for not contacting me about reservation changes. I called them at noon, the day of the booking to make sure room was still available & told them I was traveling with a special needs person. They told me that reservation was good though the room was not clean yet. We were traveling from Mississippi to the Auburn football game, was told that room would be available when we got there after the game. When I showed up it took 25 minutes for someone to show up at the desk & check me in. When I got upstairs it was a single room. Went downstairs to tell front desk about mixup. Was told that it was Expedias fault that I wasn’t nodified about change to my reservation. Was told that there was a pull out sofa & bedding in the closet. Went back upstairs to find no bedding for nasty pull out sofa mattress. Went back down stairs waited 20 minutes for bedding for room that was not what I reserved. This place lacks coustomer service for sure

I’ve been here a few times dropping through Montgomery. The hotel especially being a Brand Name Hotel needs a good cleaning from walls throughout. I had an eye lash in my pillow and we had a dirty stain towel with low water pressure. But the staff was pleasant and professional. The Breakfast eggs were nice.
