Overall, the property offers good value for money. In terms of the room itself, it appears to be recently renovated. The room and bathroom were clean. Unfortunately, there were stains on the towels and bedsheet that were provided. This is something that hotel management can and should easily address to ensure future guests can have a more pleasant stay. Parking may be scarce if you return to the hotel late at night, especially if hotel guests own multiple cars. We didn't face any issues finding parking, but spots were limited late at night.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Issue with tv and it was fixed very quickly. Bed is firm. I prefer a softed bed. If you have a trailer or boat, parking is not good on weekends. Small lot. Only ground floor rooms.

I like that they had cameras everywhere, so I didnt have to worry about someone trying to come in or mess with my vehicle. lady in office was nice. Room was clean and comfy.

I really liked my stay there, stayed 3 days and then 2 the next week. PROS: Seems safer than most Conroe locations. The staff is always at the office with full view windows all night, they can see the whole property from the office so that would be a deterrent to thieves. Had my truck driver's window busted out at another Conroe hotel 5 years ago, so I will only stay here from now on. Huge plus to me. Larger mini fridge than most provide, comfortable bed, good size bath, and a kitchenette I did not expect with a running sink. They disable the stove top but there is a lot of space to store items in the cabinets, all very clean, and a functioning microwave. Hotels.com messed up the dates I reserved and they were very accommodating to correct. The staff were all very helpful and professional. CONS: Only two small ones really. They have one washer (3$) and one dryer ($2) - quarters they can provide if you don't have them so that was fine but the dryer should dry clothes in one load the size I had. It is a commercial dryer and should do better. Both times I did a load I had to pay twice, 4 bucks and it took over and hour to dry 3-4 pairs of jeans and 3-4 t shirts and underwear. That dryer should do that in 30 minutes. First time I went to check out by 1100 I stepped out to pack my truck at 10:45 and got locked out. The girl told me in the office it happens automatically. I said at 10:45 it should not and they need to fix that, I don't know if they did.

It Is a two story motel that did not have an elevator. Had to carry luggage upstairs. The second floor did not have a ice machine. Had to go downstairs and walk across the property to get ice from the single machine that they have. The room did have nice amenities, such as a small kitchenette that include a stovetop, microwave and fridge, as well as a separate sink in the kitchenette area separate from the bathroom.

Friendly as always. Room clean and comfortable. Parking lot clean and had great lighting. We love staying here. Easy location. Fast on and off highway. Great shopping and dinning close by. Our go to spot for multiple TRF weekends yearly.

We stay here every time we visit this area. Always clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff very pleasant. Ice machine was broken this time around. Hoping it’s repaired on our next visit.

One night stay. Extremely happy with the service, the room, the location, everything. Definitely found a new "go to" stay. The room is quite large, has a frig, a 2 burner stove, sink and microwave. Linens are clean, the floors are spotless and the bathroom is spacious and sparkling clean. Haven't been this pleased with a hotel room in a very long time.

The toilet flush was not operational from the moment of check in. There were cigarette burns on blankets that were in a non smoking room. There were roaches in the rooms. The floor was not clean.

This was such a wonder clean and well kept property. I loved it!

I have never stayed in a room this clean. The AC worked great too and I love the little kitchen.

Unbelievably clean room and property.

Checked in to a room and microwave was filthy opened it up to warm up baby food and it smelled worst the a dead animal. Then whole room started smelling bed spoke to the receptionist and was moved to another room same story again food was spilled in the microwave in the new room we checked in so cleanliness wise it suck’s they need to hire a new staff. Bedsheets had hairs on them. Bedding smelled bad and top blanket dark color one I don’t think they change after every stay. Worst stay ever. It was late and we had a baby so just said forget it.

The sheets are dirty, hair in the towels.

Clean and comfy, no-frills motel. Stayed here for one night, walls were a little thin so I heard some noise from neighbors, but room was clean and bed was comfy and I slept fine. Amenities included some mini bars of soap, so bring your toiletries. The room was way bigger than I expected and had a kitchenette and seating area. All in all, great stay at this price point.

The electrical outlet by the bed was busted, so you couldn't use it. The hair blower in the bathroom didnt work. The entrance to try to get into the room is just a broken ankle waiting to happen. There's large rocks you have to walk across before you get to the sidewalk, and then you have to step up about 12-18" before you get to level ground. There's a ramp to get up, but its on the other side of the complex. So, if you do have to use the ramp and your room is on the other side, hopefully you are not in a wheelchair, because then you have to maneuver around guys sitting out in front of their rooms in chairs. The reception desk is behind enclosed glass. Should have just cancelled as soon as we saw that. Did not feel safe staying there at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

It was good for its price. I do wish the pillows were bigger. They were very square. And the bed was a lil hard but other than that it was good!

Room was very clean…loved having no carpet on floors! Shower had good water pressure. Shower was very clean (I’m super picky!!). Bed was surprisingly comfortable!!! I guess I was expecting a crappy mattress! Lol…was pleasantly surprised! We stayed here the night before driving to Galveston for a cruise…and the only complaint was the rooms were not very “sound-proofed”…but no big deal as we just used our “white noise” app on our phone as a sound machine. Overall very impressed for an economy hotel.

This was an excellent location for us. Parking wasn't the most convenient, but our room was. The stovetop and the hood did not work. There wasn't even a light bulb for it. We had no problem getting door dash but I would have liked to have a cooking option. There was something that may have once been food in the microwave but the rest of the room seemed clean. Some yelling went out for a while when we were trying to sleep. There was a weird smell in the lobby but the room was fairly clean and modern.we were comfortable for our Tay which was fairly last minute. Check-in and making the reservation was easy and staff was friendly and helpful.

It is a very basic Motel-like Hotel. House keeping is very good. They knock on the door every morning and do their thing. Property is clean and there is plenty of parking. But for the price of around $100/night it should offer a bit more. The TV was outdated and was almost useless. The Air Condition unit is very noisy.

Television didnt work when I checked in at 3:30. Was told to call back at 5. They said the maintenance man would be on site at that time. He was actually leaving at 5. We went to dinner and came back at 9:30. We were told to switch rooms. We did, but that tv was not programed and they would come to our room because it was too late for them so they came in the morning. Another issue is the front door would not shut well and had to push hard to shut. Didnt feel safe.

They need pot and pans Plates foil spoon knives. So you can cook something

Home flooded in recent disaster and had to evacuate, so I chose this property. Feels safe there. Love the spacious rooms, very clean. Beds are a bit firm but decent. The shower is MAGNIFICENT! Housekeeping staff and office staff are wonderful..very, very nice and accommodating. Rates are reasonable. The only quarrel I had was having to pay $10.00 to use the stove in the kitchenette. I didn’t see any statement referencing this on the website. So heads up, it’s $10 per day…for safety reasons...I have never experienced this before at other hotels and assumed it was part of the amenities. But I paid the 10 bucks and kept it moving. Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay and I do recommend. There is a $50 extra fee for early check-in. 8/10

Stafd was outstanding, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable!

The stay was nice as always. We have stayed many time at this location. We feel safe and secure normally. This time changed it all. I informed the desk clerk a young man our door didn’t lock. He said he would check and have it fixed. No he didn’t, we got blown off. We got back to the room after a long day away. The room was still completely open and unlocked. Housekeeping came in doing a fabulous job. The next morning I reported the non locking door. The same young man completely ignored me. Blowing it off. Being a woman traveling the knowledge I’m safe is most important. The hotel I have stayed in and recommended over and over failed me.

We were running late, and the gentleman at the front desk called to ask if we were coming. He was also kind enough to give us directions when we got lost. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable!

Only had an issue when staff were not going to accommodate my service animal

I wasn’t expecting much just going by the cheaper rates but I was pleasantly surprised. Driving up the property is clean and fairly new looking. The guy behind the window was hard to hear but nothing off putting. The room was clean, no bugs, clean towels and the bed was made. So what more do you want. The tv remote wasn’t there but they got me one quickly. I’ll be staying there from now on when I’m Conroe.

Everything was clean as always, service desk was polite. Cleaning lady pissed me off. She came in at 10:08, then started knocking again at 10:17 and said you have 10 min. To get out. Didn't even have time to blow dry or change clothes.

Cost efficient, polite staff, quiet. However i requsted housekeeping and did not receive it

The property was in a great area right off the highway and I felt it was a quiet and safe area. I especially enjoyed the small kitchen area that allowed us to prepare breakfast and bottles for our infant. The room itself was pretty spacious and allowed us to entertain our infant while traveling. The staff was friendly and the price was great, will definitely stay here again.

Front desk very friendly, room was nice and clean. Breakfast was a total let down, nothing hot or fresh, nothing remotely healthy or good for you. Coffee watered down. Was only a bunch of generic honey buns and brownie bites. Bagels,toast,muffins, fresh fruit, perhaps even something hot would have been nice, considering the nightly rate being as high as it was

Parking lots is small. Rooms were clean, beds were good, minni kitchen great appliances were all new! Love the cooktop! I was disappointed in what they call breakfast 🙁. Cereal, bananas apples, cheep honey buns, brownies , cereal bars individually wrapped out of a box only sour orange juice no apple juice in the dual side dispenser. No other drinks milk was in gallon only vD oh & coffee no creamer. Not exactly what you would get elsewhere

Nice place for the price. Breakfast options are lacking unless you like pasties for breakfast.

All was good overall but breakfast is lousy, sucks.

Clean and quiet. Very simple breakfast available cereal, and oatmeal, juice and milk, but it filled the void. friendly check-in.

Good service breakfast was not a hot meal , mattress was stained badly would not go back.

Room smelled heavy of sanitizer. Breakfast was non existent with a rotten apple and over ripe banana as the only choices.
