Underbar liten trädgård med växter, träd, liten pool och hängmattor. Stort fint rum med balkong med utsikt över poolen. Rent o snyggt både i rummet och i trädgården. Dessutom ligger hotellet på bra promenadavstånd från stora torget. Kommer gärna tillbaka! Enda negativa var att den lilla baren bara var öppen flr frukost och inte hela dagen, men det var som sagt nära till barer o restauranger utanför.

This is a nice boutique hotel....simply furnished and clean with friendly, helpful employees. The pool is lovely and there are a few nice loungers and sunbeds surrounding it. What we most loved is the location... a half block from Candelaria Park and all the community activity there, and a 5- or 10-minute walk from the central plaza, shopping and restaurants.

The staff and hotel was great, our only downside is that they don’t have an elevator and we had a stroller and my mom hard time with stairs, we asked for a room on the first floor and they said they didn’t had any available, parking also is hard to find you have to park on the street hoping is not full

La chambre était un peu décevante car plutôt sombre (aucune ouverture sur l’extérieur), décoration inexistante, mais propre. L’espace jardin et piscine en revanche est très agréable et fidèle aux photos.

Mi estancia en este hotel fue cómoda y agradable. Es un lugar tranquilo y acogedor con una piscina linda, nos hospedamos en la habitación familiar y nos gustó mucho. El único detalle fue que no tiene estacionamiento y hay horas en las que es difícil encontrar un espacio. Por lo demás todo estuvo muy bien.

GARAGE Hotel VALLADOLID Di boutique ha solo il nome. L appartamento sembrava un garage da sequestratore americano, umido e con un microclima sub tropicale. La stanza era originariamente prenotata per 2 ospiti ma in realtà eravamo un po’ di più considerata la fauna locale (insetti e ragni non ben identificati). All inizio avevamo un po’ di difficoltà con i nuovi coinquilini ma poi ci siamo ambientati e alla fine abbiamo fatto anche amicizia con le zanzare ma un po’ meno con il personale dell hotel che è stato poco collaborativo soprattutto quando ha dovuto cambiare le lenzuola e le federe perché erano completamente luride. È stato un sollievo scoprire di non avere la colazione (consiglio il caffè se volete cadere in depressione in vacanza). L’arredamento era di dubbio gusto e spartano. Il bagno era soffocante, angusto e da qui forse si spiega l assenza del phon che avrebbe sicuramente contributo a far nascere qualche nuovo microorganismo. Esperienza consigliata solo ai campeggiatori più esperti.

The hotel was super super clean , the gardens pretty and mostly the staff were very friendly and helpful. Though on some shifts the man in charge had poorer English so could not be so helpful. Any requests were promptly dealt with. Breakfast can be bought in the hotel 6 days a week only, and after 12:00 the small cafe closes. The pool was not really clean enough to be enticing....even in the heat.

Very Clean! Great location! Helpful staff. I think it looked better in person than in the pictures. Lots of tropical plants around the pool area. Breakfast was delicious! We were in room 20 which had 3 double beds. We thought they would be in one big room, but were separated a little bit by a wall. Almost like a suite. Would be good for families with older kids. Would stay here again no problem!

Super bien placé, l'hôtel est propre et la chambre était très calme avec un style typique. Il y a une télé qui ne reçoit que les chaînes nationales. Dommage que ce ne soit pas une smart tv, sinon, top. La douche est bien, l'eau est chaude. De superbes recommandations et il est super bien placé. On s'y est senti très à l'aise.

Excellent location, walking distance from the ADO bus station, as well as the beautiful cenote Zaci. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the area map and recommendations upon check-in. I was booked in Valladolid for one night and ended up extending my stay. Property is amazing and the room was very clean and comfortable. I booked one with the private pool and could just live there. :) Amenities were great as well. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again, when I return to Valladolid.

Lovely little hotel with walking distance from town centre and ADO station. Very friendly and helpful staff, great pool area, central location. Clean spacious room that could benefit from a little facelift and some soundproofing. A pleasant stay overall.

The property is lovely & a really fantastic location - just a few minutes (or less) walk to the main plaza, the bus terminal, the collectivo for Ek Balam, the grocery, & many restaurants. Cenote Zaci is an easy and direct 10 minute walk. The staff is super welcoming and helpful! The rooms are definitely not sound proof - & there was a lot of noise from firecrackers/fireworks (I was told it was nothing particular, just cultural - no idea what that meant) - it was happening during the day and until late in the night for all 4 days I was there, not sure if it's a regular thing or somehow just during my time there... This is not the fault of the property - I think I would have heard it from anywhere in the center of town. Either way, something to consider for traveling to Valladolid if you are noise-sensitive. As a single traveler, I felt very safe at the property and while walking around all over town. I appreciated that they have a water dispenser - but I really think basic coffee should be available in the morning for no charge (they do not offer it in the rooms). Aside from the coffee issue (which will be a consideration next time I come to Valladolid), I would happily stay again.

En general muy bien. Solo sentí poca flexibilidad por parte del personal de recepción para ciertas solicitudes. No aceptan amex y no se puede pagar el hotel en expedia. En lugar de encontrar una solución me comentaron que podían recomendarme algún otro hotel. Obviamente ellos reciben instrucciones .

We had a great stay at Casa Valladolid. A beautiful building in a great location - a short walk from everything Valladolid has to offer. The room was comfortable and quiet with good air conditioning. Most importantly, the hotel arranged a great driver to take us to various spots for the day, and then drive us to Chiquila for a reasonable price. They even allowed us to borrow towels to swim in the cenotes after we’d already checked out. I’d highly recommend this hotel.
We had a great stay at Casa Valladolid. A beautiful building in a great location - a short walk from everything Valladolid has to offer. The room was comfortable and quiet with good air conditioning. Most importantly, the hotel arranged a great driver to take us to various spots for the day, and then drive us to Chiquila for a reasonable price. They even allowed us to borrow towels to swim in the cenotes after we’d already checked out. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine until there was an incident with the room key that was misplaced and lost and when we reported it to the administration they charged us an excessive cost of $600 pesos when the policy is $200 pesos. They told us a story that the entire lock in the room had to be changed instead of getting a duplicate. Very bad management by the administration. They agreed to contact me and two weeks have passed without any information. I felt ripped off. I think it was an abuse of authority. And because of that incident I don't think I'll return or recommend it.

Very very bad experience; I paid for room with lagoon and terrace view but I was given very poor dilapidated room on ground floor; when I addressed with staff they were very rude to me and said things like ok go leave bad review whatever we don’t care. Excellent location, walking distance from the ADO bus station, as well as the beautiful cenote Zaci. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the area map and recommendations upon check-in. I was booked in Valladolid for one night and ended up extending my stay. Property is amazing and the room was very clean and comfortable. I booked one with the private pool and could just live there. :) Amenities were great as well. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again, when I return to Valladolid.

L'hotel si trova a circa 200 m. dalla stazione ADO molto vicino alla piazza principale e alla via principale piena di negozi e bar. This is a nice boutique hotel....simply furnished and clean with friendly, helpful employees. The pool is lovely and there are a few nice loungers and sunbeds surrounding it. What we most loved is the location... a half block from Candelaria Park and all the community activity there, and a 5- or 10-minute walk from the central plaza, shopping and restaurants.

It is a beautiful property with an old-world feel to the rooms and the grounds. Easy walking distance to the ADO bus terminal, central plaza, and great restaurants (go for the Tamales @La Palapita, Burrito Amor). For breakfast we opted for the bakery (Tartalette) a few doors down, it was AMAZING! A great place to stay for couples, families or singles.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The location was great. The water was tepid in one of our rooms, but great in the other. The kitchen is not open every morning, but coffee is always available, as are muffins and bread. We would love to return!

Modern, spacious room with large comfortable bed and aircon (if you want it). Limited breakfast and no bar, but close to other eating options. Parking was available close by. This was a great value hotel for a couple of days as we explored Vallidolid and the staff were helpful with maps and advice.

Magnifique ! Les chambres comme la piscine et l’installation avec les lits et les hamacs à côté. Le restaurant propose un menu déjeuner simple mais très bien, si on préfère ne pas sortir trop rapidement le matin. Propre, calme et très beau, avec ses blancs et sa verdure. La boutique n’est plus ouverte mais l’hôtel est tellement bien situé que vous ne manquerez pas d’occasion pour magasiner.

Very Clean! Great location! Helpful staff. I think it looked better in person than in the pictures. Lots of tropical plants around the pool area. Breakfast was delicious! We were in room 20 which had 3 double beds. We thought they would be in one big room, but were separated a little bit by a wall. Almost like a suite. Would be good for families with older kids. Would stay here again no problem!

Quite centered, close to shops, in the afternoon hard to find parking beside the street infront of the hotel. Hotel is a nice 200 years old building. Bathroom is small though and amenities is lacking so you have to ask for cotton buds, hair dryer or extra towel at the front desk. They don't have shower cap. Overall it is nice and cozy.
